Abstract
The invention relates to an angle measuring device and a measuring method thereof, wherein the angle measuring device comprises a circular ring, a first ruler and a marking line arranged at the intersection of the circular ring and an extension line of a central line of the first ruler; the circular dial is arranged in the circular ring and positioned on the same plane with the circular ring, and a second ruler is integrally formed on the circular dial; the cover plate is hinged to the center of the circular dial and comprises a connecting plate connected with the circular ring, and the circular ring and the circular dial can be connected in a mutually rotatable manner; the end part of the abutting ruler is hinged with the end part of the second ruler; the end part of the connecting ruler is hinged with the end part of the abutting ruler and the end part of the first ruler, and the first ruler, the second ruler, the abutting ruler and the connecting ruler are enclosed to form a parallelogram; the circular dial is marked with angle graduation marks along the circumference, and the position of the marking line corresponding to the circular dial when the second ruler is perpendicular to the first ruler is set as zero graduation mark; and the abutting ruler is attached to the second ruler on the slope surface and is vertically arranged, and the reading of the circular dial corresponding to the marking line is the slope.

The angle measuring device is further improved in that a gap is reserved between the circular dial and the inner edge of the circular ring.
A further improvement of the angle measuring device of the present invention is that the cover plate includes:

The invention also provides a measuring method of the angle measuring device, which comprises the following measuring steps:
rotating the circular ring and the circular dial, and adjusting the first ruler to be vertical to the second ruler, so that the marking line of the circular ring is aligned with the zero scale line of the circular dial;
the abutting ruler is attached to the structural surface to be tested, so that the circular ring rotates relative to the circular dial; and
and reading out the marks of the circular ring, wherein the marks correspond to the scales of the circular dial.

The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and the specific examples.
Referring to FIG. 1, a schematic diagram of an angle measuring device according to the present invention is shown. Referring to FIG. 2, a schematic diagram of the angle measuring device of the present invention is shown when measuring a slope. As shown in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, the angle measuring device of the present invention includes: a circular ring 10, a first ruler 11 is integrally formed, and a marking line 12 is arranged on the circular ring 10 along an extension line of the central line of the first ruler 11; a circular dial 20 provided in the circular ring 10 and positioned on the same plane as the circular ring 10, wherein a second ruler 21 is integrally formed on the circular dial 20; a cover plate 30 hinged to the center of the circular dial 20 and located on a side of the circular dial 20 away from the circular ring 10, the cover plate 30 including a connection plate 31 connected to the circular ring 10 such that the circular ring 10 and the circular dial 20 are rotatably connected to each other; the abutting ruler 50 is attached to the structural surface to be tested, and the end part of the abutting ruler 50 is hinged with the end part of the second ruler 21; and a connecting rule with one end hinged with the abutting rule 50, and the other end hinged with the end of the first straight rule 11, wherein the first straight rule 11, the second straight rule 21, the abutting rule 50 and the connecting rule 60 enclose to form a parallelogram; the circular scale 20 is marked with an angle scale mark along the circumference, and the position of the mark line 12 corresponding to the circular scale 20 when the second ruler 21 is perpendicular to the first ruler 11 is set as a zero scale mark; by attaching the abutting ruler 50 to the structural surface to be measured, the reading of the circular scale 20 corresponding to the marking line 12 is read as the gradient. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the center of the circular ring 10 is removed by a circle, the circular dial 20 is arranged in the circular ring 10, the circular dial 20 and the circular ring 10 are positioned on the same plane, and a gap is reserved between the circular dial 20 and the inner edge of the circular ring 10, so that the circular dial 20 and the circular ring 10 can be conveniently rotated, and the measurement efficiency and accuracy are improved.

In this embodiment, the connection plate 32 is a sector plate. The plurality of connecting plates 32 are connected between the cover plate 30 and the circular ring 10 and cover the circular dial 20, so that gaps exist between the plurality of connecting plates 32, the shielding influence on the scales of the circular dial 20 can be reduced as much as possible, and the reading of the scales can be prevented from being seen.
As a preferred embodiment of the angle measuring device of the present invention, the present invention further includes a level 70 secured to the circular dial 20. The air bubbles are arranged in the level meter 70, and whether the top end of the circular dial 20 is horizontal is judged by observing the positions of the air bubbles in the level meter 70, so that whether the second ruler 21 below the circular dial 20 is vertically arranged is judged, and the second ruler 21 is conveniently adjusted at any time when the gradient is measured, so that the second ruler 21 is kept in a vertical state. In this embodiment, the first ruler 11, the second ruler 21, the abutment ruler 50 and the connection ruler 60 are provided with scales, so that the length measurement can be performed, and the device is convenient and practical. Vernier scales are arranged on two sides of the marking line 12 on the circular ring 10. In the reading process, the whole number of degrees is read from the circular dial 20, so that the number of degrees ranging from 0.1 to 0.9 degrees is read on the vernier, and the whole number of degrees and the decimal are added to obtain the angle reading, so that the measuring accuracy and the reading accuracy are improved.

rotating the ring 10 and the circular dial 20 and adjusting the first ruler 11 and the second ruler 21 to be vertical so that the mark line of the ring 10 is aligned with the zero scale line of the circular dial 20;
the abutting ruler 50 is attached to the structural surface to be tested, so that the circular ring 10 rotates relative to the circular dial 20; and
the mark lines 12 of the read-out ring 10 correspond to the graduations of the circular dial 20.
As a preferred embodiment of the measuring method of the angle measuring device of the present invention, the present invention further includes fixing a level 70 on the circular dial 20; maintaining the second ruler 21 in a vertical arrangement includes: looking at the level 70, the second ruler 21 is set vertically.

4. A measuring method of an angle measuring device as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the measuring steps of:
rotating the circular ring and the circular dial, and adjusting the first ruler to be vertical to the second ruler, so that the marking line of the circular ring is aligned with the zero scale line of the circular dial;
the abutting ruler is attached to the structural surface to be tested, so that the circular ring rotates relative to the circular dial; and
