In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the insulating structure 5 includes a body 53, and a first connecting portion 51 and a second connecting portion 52 respectively located at two sides of the body 53, wherein the first connecting portion 51 is used for connecting between the insulating structure 5 and the upper beam 21, the second connecting portion 52 is used for connecting between the insulating structure 5 and the outer bracket 3, and the first connecting portion 51 includes a first buckle 511, the upper beam 21 is provided with a first matching hole 23 matched with the first buckle 511, the first buckle 511 includes a pair of buckles oppositely arranged at the front and rear sides of the body 53, a clamping portion on each of the pair of buckles extends in a direction of the other buckle, so as to achieve clamping fixation, ensure clamping effectiveness, and clamp the insulating structure 5 and the upper beam 21 firmly, as shown in fig. 4, the first screw 522 is used to connect the body 53 of the insulating structure 5 and the upper beam 21, so as to ensure the connection strength and prevent the influence caused by the falling off of the first latch 511.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the second connecting portion 52 includes a second buckle 521, the outer bracket 3 is provided with a second engaging hole 31 engaged with the second buckle 521, the second buckle 521 includes a plurality of pairs of buckles disposed on the front and rear sides of the body 53, the plurality of pairs of buckles are sequentially arranged in the vertical direction, the plurality of pairs of buckles are disposed to effectively ensure stable engagement between the insulating structure 5 and the outer bracket 3, and to improve the connection reliability, preferably two pairs of buckles are disposed, and the first connecting portion 51 is disposed between the two pairs of second buckles 521 in the vertical direction, so that the overall structure of the insulating structure 5 is reasonable, thereby ensuring the connection strength between the insulating structure 5 and the upper beam 21 and the outer bracket 3, and the overall structure stability after the insulating structure 5 is connected with the outer bracket 3 and the upper beam 21, and at the same time, the protruding structure 54 is connected with the outer bracket 3 by a second screw 541, the influence caused by the falling of the second buckle 521 is prevented, and the connection stability is ensured.
More preferably, the insulating structure 5 is made of a non-conductive material, preferably a plastic material, and has good insulating property, easy processing and low cost.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the beam 2 includes an upper beam 21 and a lower beam 22, the outer bracket 3 includes a left bracket 32 and a right bracket 33, the upper beam 21 is connected to the left bracket 32 and the right bracket 33 through an insulating structure 5, the lower beam 22 is connected to the left bracket 32 and the right bracket 33 through a thread, the electric heating plate 1 is directly connected to the upper beam 21 through a thread, the electric heating plate 1 is connected to the lower beam 22 through a first bracket 4, the beam 2 and the outer bracket 3 are made into a split structure of upper, lower, left and right, which is more convenient for an operator to connect, improves the connection efficiency, and saves the installation time. It should be noted that the insulating structure 5 can be used for connecting the lower beam 22 and the outer bracket 3, and the first bracket 4 is disposed on the upper beam 21 to achieve the insulating effect between the electric heating element 1 and the outer bracket 3.
Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the above-described preferred embodiments may be freely combined, superimposed, without conflict.

Claims (9)

1. An electric heating piece fixing structure of an electric heater is characterized by comprising a cross beam, an outer side support and a first support, wherein the cross beam is connected with the outer side support, the electric heating piece is connected with the first support, the first support is connected with the cross beam or/and the outer side support, a clamping groove is formed in the first support, one end of the electric heating piece is inserted into the clamping groove, the cross beam comprises a lower cross beam, the first support is arranged between the lower end of the electric heating piece and the lower cross beam, the first support is made of a non-conductive material, and the first support is made of a high-temperature-resistant material;
the beam also comprises an upper beam, the electric heating piece is connected with the upper beam, two ends of the upper beam are connected with the outer side bracket through an insulation structure,
the upper cross beam is connected with the insulating structure in a clamping and/or threaded manner;
the outer side support is connected with the insulating structure in a clamping and/or threaded manner;
the clamping grooves are provided with a plurality of clamping grooves, each electric heating piece corresponds to one clamping groove, each clamping groove comprises a side wall and a bottom wall, one end of each side wall is connected to the bottom wall, the other end of each side wall is a free end, a notch is formed in each side wall, extends from each free end to the bottom wall and extends to the upper surface of the bottom wall, so that the side walls form a plurality of side plates which are arranged at intervals, ribs are arranged on the inner wall surfaces of part of the side plates of the clamping grooves and used for clamping the electric heating pieces in the clamping grooves, reinforcing ribs are formed on the outer wall surfaces of at least the other part of the side plates, the side plates provided with the reinforcing ribs and the side plates provided with the ribs are distributed at intervals, so that the reinforcing ribs and the ribs are alternately arranged when the electric heating pieces are connected with the first supports, the ribs form U-shaped grooves in the direction towards the openings of the clamping grooves, and the, the buckle comprises a first buckle part and a second buckle part, the first buckle part and the second buckle part are located on the inner side faces of two opposite side walls and are arranged oppositely, the buckle part of each of the first buckle part and the second buckle part extends towards the direction of the other side wall, a protruding structure is arranged at the end part of the electric heating piece and can penetrate through the first buckle part and the second buckle part to be located at the lower side of the buckle, and therefore the end part of the electric heating piece can be fixed through the buckle.
2. The electric heating piece fixing structure according to claim 1, wherein the first bracket is connected with the cross beam in a clamping manner and/or in a threaded manner; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the first bracket and the outer bracket are connected in a clamping and/or threaded mode.
3. The structure of claim 1, wherein a plurality of said clips are provided on each of said slots.
4. The structure of claim 1, wherein the bottom wall is fixed on the lower beam, and a via hole and/or a wire groove are/is formed on the bottom wall.
5. The structure of claim 4, wherein the wire trough comprises two elastic clamping arms disposed opposite to each other.
6. The structure of claim 1, wherein the insulating structure is made of a non-conductive material, and comprises a body and a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion respectively disposed at two sides of the body, wherein the first connecting portion is used for connecting the insulating structure and the upper beam, and the second connecting portion is used for connecting the insulating structure and the outer bracket.
7. The fixing structure of an electric heating plate according to claim 6, wherein the first connecting portion comprises a first buckle, the upper beam is provided with a first engaging hole engaged with the first buckle, the first buckle comprises a pair of buckles oppositely disposed at front and rear sides of the body, and the engaging portion of each of the pair of buckles extends in a direction of the other buckle; and/or the second connecting part comprises a second buckle, a second matching hole matched with the second buckle is formed in the outer side support, the second buckle comprises a plurality of pairs of buckles arranged on the front side and the rear side of the body, and the plurality of pairs of buckles are sequentially arranged in the vertical direction.
8. The electric heating plate fixing structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the insulating structure is made of a plastic material.
9. An electric heater, characterized in that the electric heating sheet of the electric heater is fixed by the fixing structure of any one of claims 1 to 8.
