if the conventional discharging mode is executed, the battery management system controls the main relay to be disconnected and judges whether the main relay is successfully disconnected or not, and if the main relay is not disconnected, discharging is finished; if the main relay is disconnected, judging whether the electric drive system has a fault; if the electric drive system fails, reporting the electric drive system discharge failure and executing passive discharge; performing an electric drive system discharge if the electric drive system is fault-free; the vehicle control unit detects the voltage on the direct current bus and judges whether the voltage value of the bus is reduced to a set safe voltage range, if so, the discharging is finished; if not, continuing the discharging process until the discharging reaches the safe voltage range, and finishing the conventional discharging;
