本发明公开一种柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将柳条采用绞编的方法编织成长为1.5m的雨棒,然后将雨棒清洗干净,放入烘箱中烘干处理;(2)将雨棒放入浸泡液浸泡处理4‑5小时后,取出晾干表面水分;(3)在雨棒的轴向中心处以上10cm区域和以下10cm区域涂刷上油漆;(4)将刷上油漆的雨棒放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得成品。本发明提供的柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的雨棒,稳定性能优异,在使用的过程中,不易发生变形的现象,同时提升了雨棒的脆性,使得雨棒发出的声音更加逼真。

本发明属于柳编制品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法。
背景技术
雨棒是一种能模拟雨声的古老乐器,被称为“静心神器”,通常由1米左右的干燥仙人掌、竹子等中空木制结构制成发音管,然后用钉或杆以升序或降序螺旋钉入发音管内,使发音管内部形成一种楼梯的螺旋形结构。小石子、种子等物体被引入到管中,然后在两端封口,这些小石头与针或者木杆以及发音管碰撞的时候会产生尖锐的叮当声,与雨声相似。受到发音管制备材料的影响,一些地区选择使用柳条、藤条编织成中空的发音管,不仅重量轻,而且具有大方、美观的特点。但是现有技术中用柳编制成的雨棒,存在着“雨声”清脆的效果较差,并且柳编发音管易变形的缺陷。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将柳条采用绞编的方法编织成长为1.5m的雨棒,然后将雨棒清洗干净,放入烘箱中烘干处理;
(2)将雨棒放入浸泡液浸泡处理4-5小时后,取出晾干表面水分,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:乙酸铝11-15份、焦磷酸铁4-9份、铬酸锂1-3份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠6-10份、水160-180份;
(3)在雨棒的轴向中心处以上10cm区域和以下10cm区域涂刷上油漆,其中油漆由以下重量份的组分制成:水性丙烯酸乳液49-54份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐11-16份、均苯三甲酸三乙酯4-8份、蓖麻油2-4份、山嵛酰胺3-6份、锡酸钠5-8份、重质碳酸钙7-9份、分散剂1-3份;
(4)将刷上油漆的雨棒放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)和步骤(4)中,烘箱的温度均设置为65-70℃。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,水性丙烯酸乳液的固含量为49%。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,蓖麻油的酸值为1.8-2mgKOH/g。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,油漆的涂刷量为400-450g/m2
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的雨棒,稳定性能优异,在使用的过程中,不易发生变形的现象,同时提升了雨棒的脆性,使得雨棒发出的声音更加逼真。步骤(2)中,本发明提供的改性液,可有效的提升雨棒所使用材质柳条的的致密性,减少柳条的孔隙率,进而有利于雨棒内部声音的传递;本发明提供的油漆,在干燥后,脆性较好,雨棒内部的小石子、种子与雨棒内表面接触后,发出的声音更加清脆,使得乐器演奏的声音更像雨声。

实施例1
一种柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将柳条采用绞编的方法编织成长为1.5m的雨棒,然后将雨棒清洗干净,放入烘箱中烘干处理;
(2)将雨棒放入浸泡液浸泡处理4小时后,取出晾干表面水分,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:乙酸铝11份、焦磷酸铁4份、铬酸锂1份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠6份、水160份;
(3)在雨棒的轴向中心处以上10cm区域和以下10cm区域涂刷上油漆,其中油漆由以下重量份的组分制成:水性丙烯酸乳液49份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐11份、均苯三甲酸三乙酯4份、蓖麻油2份、山嵛酰胺3份、锡酸钠5份、重质碳酸钙7份、分散剂1份;
(4)将刷上油漆的雨棒放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)和步骤(4)中,烘箱的温度均设置为65℃。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,水性丙烯酸乳液的固含量为49%。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,蓖麻油的酸值为1.8mgKOH/g。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,油漆的涂刷量为400g/m2
实施例2
一种柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将柳条采用绞编的方法编织成长为1.5m的雨棒,然后将雨棒清洗干净,放入烘箱中烘干处理;
(2)将雨棒放入浸泡液浸泡处理4.5小时后,取出晾干表面水分,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:乙酸铝13份、焦磷酸铁7份、铬酸锂2份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠8份、水170份;
(3)在雨棒的轴向中心处以上10cm区域和以下10cm区域涂刷上油漆,其中油漆由以下重量份的组分制成:水性丙烯酸乳液52份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐13份、均苯三甲酸三乙酯6份、蓖麻油3份、山嵛酰胺5份、锡酸钠7份、重质碳酸钙8份、分散剂2份;
(4)将刷上油漆的雨棒放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)和步骤(4)中,烘箱的温度均设置为68℃。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,水性丙烯酸乳液的固含量为49%。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,蓖麻油的酸值为1.9mgKOH/g。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,油漆的涂刷量为430g/m2
实施例3
一种柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将柳条采用绞编的方法编织成长为1.5m的雨棒,然后将雨棒清洗干净,放入烘箱中烘干处理;
(2)将雨棒放入浸泡液浸泡处理5小时后,取出晾干表面水分,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:乙酸铝15份、焦磷酸铁9份、铬酸锂3份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠10份、水180份;
(3)在雨棒的轴向中心处以上10cm区域和以下10cm区域涂刷上油漆,其中油漆由以下重量份的组分制成:水性丙烯酸乳液54份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐16份、均苯三甲酸三乙酯8份、蓖麻油4份、山嵛酰胺6份、锡酸钠8份、重质碳酸钙9份、分散剂3份;
(4)将刷上油漆的雨棒放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)和步骤(4)中,烘箱的温度均设置为70℃。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,水性丙烯酸乳液的固含量为49%。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,蓖麻油的酸值为2mgKOH/g。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,油漆的涂刷量为450g/m2

(2)将雨棒放入浸泡液浸泡处理4-5小时后,取出晾干表面水分,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:乙酸铝11-15份、焦磷酸铁4-9份、铬酸锂1-3份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠6-10份、水160-180份;
(3)在雨棒的轴向中心处以上10cm区域和以下10cm区域涂刷上油漆,其中油漆由以下重量份的组分制成:水性丙烯酸乳液49-54份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐11-16份、均苯三甲酸三乙酯4-8份、蓖麻油2-4份、山嵛酰胺3-6份、锡酸钠5-8份、重质碳酸钙7-9份、分散剂1-3份;
(4)将刷上油漆的雨棒放入烘箱中,烘干处理后,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)和步骤(4)中,烘箱的温度均设置为65-70℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中,水性丙烯酸乳液的固含量为49%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中,蓖麻油的酸值为1.8-2mgKOH/g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柳编音效乐器雨棒的制作方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中,油漆的涂刷量为400-450g/m2
