本发明公开了一种三七切药机,包括机体和切药箱,所述机体的一侧面设置有进料口,所述机体的底部固定连接有传动电机,所述传动电机通过皮带传动连接有从动轮,所述从动轮的表面覆盖有输送带,所述机体的底部固定连接有驱动电机,所述切药箱的内部设置有刀盘,所述切药箱的表面开设有出料口,所述切药箱的一侧面通过旋转销转动连接有盖板。该种发明设计合理,功能实用,通过在机体内部设置有输送带和传动电机,可以将药材自动导入切药箱内,减少了劳动力度,通过在驱动电机和传动电机底部设置有减震弹簧,可以散发机体在工作时产生的热量,进而提高工作效率,该发明结构多样,功能性强,适合广泛推广。

本发明涉及制药设备技术领域,特别涉及一种三七切药机。
背景技术
三七切药机时一种对药材进行切割粉碎的制药设备,目前市场上的三七切药机结构多样,但是功能较低,不能很好的满足操作者的需求,列如;目前的三七切药机在工作时会发出强烈的震动,且发出噪音,对机体存在着影响,且在工作时,机体会产生大量的热量,当前的三七切药机不能很好的将热量散发出去,进而影响工作效率,目前的三七切药机在工作时,会经常发生药材卡于刀盘呢,造成机体故障,进而影响机体的工作,目前市场上的三七切药机不能很好的解决这些问题,具有一定的局限性。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种三七切药机,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种三七切药机,包括机体和切药箱,所述机体的一侧面设置有进料口,所述进料口的下方设置有输送带,所述输送带的内壁两端传动连接有从动轮,所述机体的底部固定连接有传动电机,所述传动电机与从动轮通过皮带传动连接,所述机体的底部固定连接有驱动电机,所述切药箱的内部设置有刀盘,所述切药箱的表面开设有出料口,所述切药箱的一侧面通过旋转销转动连接有盖板。
进一步地,所述驱动电机与刀盘通过齿轮箱传动连接。
进一步地,所述机体内部设置有导板,所述导板的倾斜角度为45-60度,所述导板的高度低于输送带的高度3-8cm。
进一步地,所述驱动电机和传动电机与机体的底面通过减震弹簧固定连接,所述减震弹簧设置有4个。
进一步地,所述机体的一侧面开设有透气槽,所述机体的内部一侧面固定连接有风扇。
进一步地,所述刀盘的表面嵌接有刀片,所述刀片的表面开有通孔,所述刀片设置有4个,且所述刀盘为可拆卸结构。
进一步地,所述出料口的四周设置有磁铁,所述盖板为防锈铁质材质。
进一步地,所述切药箱一侧面的上部通过导板与机体真空连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该种发明设计合理,功能实用,通过在机体内部设置有输送带和传动电机,可以将药材自动导入切药箱内,减少了劳动力度,通过在驱动电机和传动电机底部设置有减震弹簧,有效的减轻机体在工作时产生的震动,通过在机体内部设置有透气槽和风扇,可以散发机体在工作时产生的热量,进而提高工作效率,通过在刀盘上设置有4个刀片,且刀片上设置有通孔,可以对药材进行均匀切割,且刀片上的通孔可以有效的过滤刀盘上的药材,防止造成药材卡于刀盘内,影响工作效率,该发明结构多样,功能性强,适合广泛推广。

如图1-3所示,一种三七切药机,包括机体1和切药箱2,所述机体1的一侧面设置有进料口5,所述进料口5的下方设置有输送带4,所述输送带4的内壁两端传动连接有从动轮6,所述机体1的底部固定连接有传动电机13,所述传动电机13与从动轮6通过皮带传动连接,所述机体1的底部固定连接有驱动电机9,所述切药箱2的内部设置有刀盘3,所述切药箱2的表面开设有出料口16,所述切药箱2的一侧面通过旋转销17转动连接有盖板18。
其中,所述驱动电机9与刀盘3通过齿轮箱8传动连接,可以通过驱动电机9与刀盘3之间的相互配合,进而达到对药材进行切割粉碎的效果。
其中,所述机体1内部设置有导板7,所述导板7的倾斜角度为45-60度,所述导板7的高度低于输送带的高度3-8cm,药材通过输送带4的传送,在通过导板7进入切药箱2内,进而对药材进行切割。
其中,所述驱动电机9和传动电机13与机体1的底面通过减震弹簧10固定连接,所述减震弹簧10设置有4个,可以在机体1工作时,有效的减轻机体1的震动。
其中,所述机体1的一侧面开设有透气槽11,所述机体1的内部一侧面固定连接有风扇12,可以通过透气槽11和风扇12的配合,有效的降低机体1内部的温度,进而提高机体1的工作效率。
其中,所述刀盘3的表面嵌接有刀片14,所述刀片14的表面开有通孔15,所述刀片14设置有4个,且所述刀盘3为可拆卸结构,可以有效的防止切碎的药材卡于刀盘3内,影响工作效率,且刀盘3发生故障时,可拆卸下来维修。
其中,所述出料口16的四周设置有磁铁19,所述盖板18为防锈铁质材质,可以有效的将磁铁19和盖板18紧密连接,防止在工作时,混入其他杂质。
其中,所述切药箱2一侧面的上部通过导板7与机体1真空连接,可以通过导板7使切药箱2和机体1连接。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种三七切药机,使用时,首先将药材通过进料口5置于输送带4上,通过传动电机13与从动轮6的传动配合,使药材通过导板7进入切药箱2内,同时打开驱动电机9,通过驱动电机9与刀盘3的相互配合,刀盘3内的刀片14对药材进行切割粉碎,切割粉碎时,刀片14上的通孔15可有效的过滤刀盘3上的药材,同时在工作时,关闭盖板18,盖板18与切药箱2上的磁铁19紧密连接,防止在工作时混入杂质,影响药材的质量,机体1内的透气槽11和风扇12可以降低机体1工作时产生的热量。

1.一种三七切药机,包括机体(1)和切药箱(2),其特征在于:所述机体(1)的一侧面设置有进料口(5),所述进料口(5)的下方设置有输送带(4),所述输送带(4)的内壁两端传动连接有从动轮(6),所述机体(1)的底部固定连接有传动电机(13),所述传动电机(13)与从动轮(6)通过皮带传动连接,所述机体(1)的底部固定连接有驱动电机(9),所述切药箱(2)的内部设置有刀盘(3),所述切药箱(2)的表面开设有出料口(16),所述切药箱(2)的一侧面通过旋转销(17)转动连接有盖板(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三七切药机,其特征在于:所述驱动电机(9)与刀盘(3)通过齿轮箱(8)传动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种三七切药机,其特征在于:所述机体(1)内部设置有导板(7),所述导板(7)的倾斜角度为45-60度,所述导板(7)的高度低于输送带的高度3-8cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种三七切药机,其特征在于:所述驱动电机(9)和传动电机(13)与机体(1)的底面通过减震弹簧(10)固定连接,所述减震弹簧(10)设置有4个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种三七切药机,其特征在于:所述机体(1)的一侧面开设有透气槽(11),所述机体(1)的内部一侧面固定连接有风扇(12)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种三七切药机,其特征在于:所述刀盘(3)的表面嵌接有刀片(14),所述刀片(14)的表面开有通孔(15),所述刀片(14)设置有4个,且所述刀盘(3)为可拆卸结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种三七切药机,其特征在于:所述出料口(16)的四周设置有磁铁(19),所述盖板(18)为防锈铁质材质。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种三七切药机,其特征在于:所述切药箱(2)一侧面的上部通过导板(7)与机体(1)真空连接。
