Description
【技术领域】
本发明关于一种电连接器组件,尤其涉及一种具有锁扣件的电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
现有技术请参考中国台湾专利TW 201444203号揭露的电连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体内的导电端子、包覆于所述绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体、收容于所述绝缘本体内的锁扣件及包覆于所述遮蔽壳体与所述绝缘本体后端的盖体。所述锁扣件包括两间隔设置的锁扣部及连接两锁扣部的固定部,所述锁扣部的后端设有两个按压点,所述盖体上设有操作部,通过对所述操作部施加外力来实现按压所述按压点,进而实现电连接器组件的解锁。然而,当外力作用于操作部时,必须准确的按压到按压点对应的位置才能有效解锁,故,现有技术中,经常因按压位置不准确,导致无效操作,无法成功解锁。
因此,设计一种新的电连接器组件解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种增强解锁有效性的电连接器组件。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及锁扣件,所述锁扣件包括间隔设置的两锁扣部、连接所述两锁扣部的按压部、自所述按压部延伸形成的弹性部及自所述弹性部延伸形成的固定部。
进一步的,所述按压部为连接所述两锁扣部的长条状结构以便所述按压部的任何部位受力均可促使所述锁扣部运动。
进一步的,所述固定部包括自所述弹性部向后延伸形成的主干部及自所述主干部延伸形成的至少一个固定脚。
进一步的,所述弹性部包括至少一个连接所述主干部与所述按压部的连接桥。
进一步的,所有所述连接桥的宽度的总和小于所述两锁扣部之间的距离。
进一步的,所述弹性部为两个间隔设置且分别连接所述主干部与所述按压部两端的连接桥。
进一步的,所述电连接器还包括组装于所述绝缘本体后端的电路板,所述固定脚固定于所述电路板上。
进一步的,所述固定部包括两个固定于所述电路板上的固定脚,所述主干部连接于所述两固定脚之间。
进一步的,所述固定脚包括两间隔设置的支脚,所述电路板上设有收容所述固定脚的收容孔,所述支脚设有与所述电路板相互定位提供保持力的倒刺。
进一步的,所述电连接器组件还包括包覆于所述绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体及包覆于所述遮蔽壳体后端外的盖体,所述锁扣件的前端收容于所述遮蔽壳体,所述锁扣件的后端收容于所述盖体内,所述盖体设有操作部,所述操作部与所述按压部对应设置以便外力作用于操作部时,所述操作部便将力作用于所述按压部。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过设置连接所述两锁扣部的按压部,并设置弹性部连接按压部与固定部,在不增加施加外力强度的情况下,实现按压按压部的任何部位均可实现解锁,避免操作时按压不当导致解锁失效,增强解锁时的有效性。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图7所示,本发明电连接器组件100包括电连接器1、收容于电连接器1内的锁扣件3、组装于电连接器1后端的电路板4及包覆于电连接器1后端及电路板4外的盖体2。
请参图6至图7所示,所述电连接器1包括绝缘本体5、收容于所述绝缘本体5内的端子模组6及包覆于所述绝缘本体5外的遮蔽壳体7。端子模组6包括第一端子模块61及第二端子模块62。第一端子模块61包括第一塑胶块612及收容于所述第一塑胶块612内的第一导电端子611,第二端子模组62包括第二塑胶块622及收容于所述第二塑胶块622内的第二导电端子621。第一导电端子611与第二导电端子621统称为导电端子。
请参图6至图7并结合图3至图5所示,锁扣件3为一件式,其包括间隔设置的两锁扣部33,连接所述两锁扣部33尾部的按压部34,自所述按压部34局部向后延伸形成的弹性部32及自所述弹性部32向后延伸形成的固定部31。两锁扣部33平行间隔设置,且每个锁扣部33包括与所述按压部34连接的弹臂331、自弹臂331的局部向下凸出形成的止位部333及自所述弹臂331的前端向上凸出形成的锁扣结构332。所述按压部34为连接两锁扣部33的长条状结构,以便按压按压部34的任何部位都可以促使锁扣部33运动。本实施例中,锁扣部33为前后方向延伸的竖直板状结构,按压部34为左右方向延伸的平板状结构,按压部34的延伸方向垂直于锁扣部33的延伸方向,按压部34连接两锁扣部33的尾部的上端,在其他实施例中,按压部34与锁扣部33的形状可依据实际情况而定。所述弹性部32连接所述按压部34与所述固定部31,以便当按压部34受力时提供弹力,使得只需很小的按压力,便可实现锁扣部34的解锁。本实施例中,弹性部32为两个相互间隔的连接桥321,两连接桥321分别连接所述按压部34与所述固定部31的两端。两连接桥321、按压部34及固定部31共同围成一个近似“井”字形,其内围设有一开口30。在其他实施例中,弹性部32可为其他结构,例如可以仅在按压部34与固定部31的中间设置一个连接桥321或者根据实际情况在对应的位置设置若干个连接桥321等等。在最佳实施例中,弹性部32可以设置至少一个连接桥321,且所有连接桥321的宽度的总和小于两锁扣部33之间的距离。固定部31包括自所述弹性部向后延伸形成的主干部312及自所述主干部312延伸形成的至少一个固定脚311。在本实施例中,固定部31包括两固定脚311及连接两固定脚311的主干部312。固定脚311与主干部312相互垂直设置,主干部312连接两固定脚311的上端。每个固定脚311包括两个竖直向下延伸且相互间隔的支脚3111。每个支脚3111的自由端都设有倒刺3112以与电路板4相互定位提供保持力。
请参图6至图7所示,绝缘本体5包括基部51、自所述基部51向前延伸形成的舌部52及收容所述锁扣件3的收容腔53。舌部52包括若干收容所述导电端子的端子槽521。收容腔53的上部均与外部连通以便锁扣部33能在上下方向上运动。遮蔽壳体7包括上壳71、下壳72、左壳73、右壳74及由所述上壳71、下壳72、左壳73及右壳74围绕形成的收容空间70。
请参图1至图5所示,电路板4包括上表面41、下表面42、自前向后凹陷形成的收容缺口43、收容固定脚311的收容孔411及暴露于上表面41及下表面42外的若干导电片44。盖体2包括相互组装的上盖21及下盖22。上盖21与下盖22上分别设有相互锁扣的锁扣装置23及若干对电路板4进行限位的限位柱24。盖体2还设有供遮蔽壳体7穿出的开口26,对遮蔽壳体7及绝缘本体5进行限位的限位结构27。上盖21上设有供使用者施加外力的操作部211。操作部211与按压部34对应设置以便外力作用于操作部211时,操作部211将力作用于按压部34。本实施例中,操作部211位于按压部34的上方,当外力按压于操作部211时,操作部211将力作用于按压部34以实现锁扣部33的解锁。
组装时,端子模组6收容于绝缘本体5中,锁扣件3的锁扣部33收容于绝缘本体5中的收容腔53中,将组装有端子模组6与锁扣件3的绝缘本体5组装入遮蔽壳体7内,再将电路板4组装于绝缘本体5后端,锁扣件3的固定脚311伸入收容孔411内且倒刺3112伸出电路板4,并通过焊接将倒刺3112与电路板4焊接固定,再将导电端子与电路板4上的导电片电性连接,再将盖体2包覆于电路板4及遮蔽壳体7后端的外侧。本发明中,通过设置长条状的按压部34,实现在按压部34的任何位置施加外力均可实现锁扣部33的解锁,避免现有技术中,仅每个锁扣部上设置一个按压点,导致按压时没找到按压点导致按压失效的缺陷。而且,本发明中,设计了弹性部32连接固定部31与按压部34,当按压部34受到按压力的作用时,因弹性部32相当于一个动力臂,根据杠杆定理,增加动力臂可减少动力,使得施加更小的外力便能够满足锁扣部33的解锁的需求,以满足电连接器组件100的需求。
Claims (10)
1.一种电连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及锁扣件,其特征在于:所述锁扣件包括间隔设置的两锁扣部、连接所述两锁扣部的按压部、自所述按压部延伸形成的弹性部及自所述弹性部延伸形成的固定部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述按压部为连接所述两锁扣部的长条状结构以便所述按压部的任何部位受力均可促使所述锁扣部运动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述固定部包括自所述弹性部向后延伸形成的主干部及自所述主干部延伸形成的至少一个固定脚。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述弹性部包括至少一个连接所述主干部与所述按压部的连接桥。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所有所述连接桥的宽度的总和小于所述两锁扣部之间的距离。
6.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述弹性部为两个间隔设置且分别连接所述主干部与所述按压部两端的连接桥。
7.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括组装于所述绝缘本体后端的电路板,所述固定脚固定于所述电路板上。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述固定部包括两个固定于所述电路板上的固定脚,所述主干部连接于所述两固定脚之间。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述固定脚包括两间隔设置的支脚,所述电路板上设有收容所述固定脚的收容孔,所述支脚设有与所述电路板相互定位提供保持力的倒刺。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还包括包覆于所述绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体及包覆于所述遮蔽壳体后端外的盖体,所述锁扣件的前端收容于所述遮蔽壳体,所述锁扣件的后端收容于所述盖体内,所述盖体设有操作部,所述操作部与所述按压部对应设置以便外力作用于操作部时,所述操作部便将力作用于所述按压部。
