Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有防篡改唾液采集系统及反证系统的试剂盒,其目的是为了避免篡改采集到的唾液样本,并抽取采集到的唾液样本到另一容器以便进行反证。操作如下:致动杆(1)的上头部(3)可插入盛有液体(L)和棉块(A)的瓶(4)内,其中棉块(A)浸透有被检测人唾液。随后,瓶(4)将从容器口(12)插入容器(10)中,用下止动部(2)挤压棉块(A),直至瓶(4)底部被压裂。当浸透液体(L)和被检测人唾液的棉块(A)再被挤压时,混合物会导流至试剂带的端部。与此同时,瓶(4)的瓶口(5)的突出边缘(6)及致动杆(1)的上头部(3)将恰好嵌入到容器(10)的中央通道(14)的阶梯部(13)的位置,从而避免篡改唾液样本。

技术领域
本专利申请涉及一种具有创造性和新颖性的防篡改试剂带唾液检测系统的试剂盒,其为检测精神活性物质的摄入提供了更大的安全性,并且当需要反复检测(反证)时能转移采集到的唾液样本。
背景技术
众所周知,在某些环节中,鉴定员工毒性物质摄入至关重要。通过特定的检测,执法者可证实摄入酒精及精神活性物质,如非法药物、药品,以便采取适当措施,避免工作事故甚至对人身安全的损害。试剂纸呈带状,针对各种类型的禁用物质,在接触唾液后会相应变色,表明被检测人服用了酒精或其他禁用物质。
目前已知的唾液检测试剂盒包含带中央通道的容器,并且自由的底部与沿着透明侧壁布置的试剂带的端部互通。致动杆可从容器口插入中央通道,端部呈止动部形状,并设有已预先浸透待检测人唾液的可渗透织物。当致动杆被插入并压在容器口上时,织物被挤压并落入底部,渗出一定量的唾液,唾液浸湿试剂带端部,通过观察其着色的变化进行检测。
该试剂盒存在致动杆手柄凸出,且仅通过围绕其边缘的密封环而附着于容器,易于将其拉出并拔出,从而易发生篡改检测材料的问题。
发明内容
本专利申请的产品包含具有下止动部和上头部的致动杆,致动杆的头部与圆柱瓶大小相符,可插入盛有液体且底部易压裂的圆柱瓶内。在事先将棉块用唾液浸湿后,将其浸入瓶中液体,随后将致动杆插入瓶中。本产品还包含容器,其中央通道直达底部,容器底部装有用于压裂的十字形部件,并与设有毒理检测试剂带的容器内壁连通。
根据设计方案,致动杆插入瓶中后,下止动部按压棉块直到其接触容器底部的十字形部件,杆的头部使瓶始终保持封闭状态。与此同时,通过挤压浸透了唾液和瓶内液体的棉块,混合液体将流经容器底部并浸湿毒性试剂带,使其颜色发生相应变化,显示被检测人是否摄入了禁用物质以及具体摄入的物质是什么。
此外,容器顶部的突出边缘还设有孔,该孔与底部连通。通过该孔可插入注射器的针头,抽取唾液,并将其转移到另一容器,以便有需要时对毒理检测进行反证。

图9是示出致动杆头部嵌入容器的中央通道中以防止致动杆抽出的透视图;
图10是示出注射器从容器顶部突出边缘的孔中插入,直至接触到底部的视图。这样,可通过注射器抽取底部唾液,并将其注入另一容器中,以便有需要时进行反证。

具体实施方式

使用时,将瓶(4)的瓶盖(7)打开,液体(L)被注入至直径比较小的下部(8)中,然后放入已预先浸透被检测人唾液的棉块(A)。随后,将致动杆(1)的下止动部(2)自瓶口(5)插入,再把瓶(4)从容器口(12)放进容器(10),用下止动部(2)挤压棉块(A)。当挤压到容器(10)的底部(15)时,十字形部件(16)会压裂瓶(4)带有易压裂部的底部(9)。当浸透液体(L)和被检测人唾液的棉块(A)再被挤压时,混合物会导流至试剂带的端部。与此同时,瓶(4)的瓶口(5)的突出边缘(6)及致动杆(1)的上头部(3)将恰好嵌入到容器(10)的中央通道(14)的阶梯部(13)的位置。
当瓶(4)的突出边缘(6)及致动杆(1)的上头部(3)嵌入容器(10)的中央通道(14)的阶梯部(13)的位置时,致动组件将不能打开或不适当的移除,从而避免篡改。
从容器(10)的顶部突出边缘(11)上的孔(19)可插入注射器(S)的针头,抽取容器(10)的底部(15)的唾液,并将其注入另一容器中,以便有需要时对毒理检测进行反证。

Claims (3)

1.一种毒理检测试剂盒,所述试剂盒由以下部件组成:
