Abstract

本发明属于散热装置技术领域,具体涉及一种全铝单通道散热片,包括空腔管、翅片和弧形翅片,所述翅片设置在空腔管外表面上侧,弧形翅片设置在空腔管外表面的下侧与翅片相对设置,所述翅片与空腔管联接处设有支撑板,所述弧形翅片上表面分布有若干个散热条,若干个散热条的上表面齐平,所述空腔管外表面左右两侧分别设有中部翅片。翅片与空腔管联接处设有支撑板以及弧形翅片采用弧形结构可以整体抗压能力。弧形翅片采用弧形结构而未采用直板结构,可以省去支撑板结构,且弧形翅片上表面分布有若干个散热条,若干个散热条的上表面齐平,即散热条从中部至两端的高度逐渐降低,此种设置符合热量扩散的需求。

技术领域
本发明属于散热装置技术领域,具体涉及一种全铝单通道散热片。
背景技术
散热片是散热器的重要组成部分,热源通过散热片向外扩散热量达到采暖的目的。如图3所示,现有的散热片大多为多通道结构,常见的为三通道。采用多通道结构需要较大的水量,且散热能力差,抗压能力不足。现有技术中的散热片由于其结构的原因,致使其强度不够,导致其材质无法采用全铝制作。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种全铝单通道散热片,该散热片整体采用铝材制成,并可减少用水量、增大散热面积、提高抗压能力。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种全铝单通道散热片,包括空腔管、翅片和弧形翅片,所述翅片设置在空腔管外表面下侧,弧形翅片设置在空腔管外表面上侧,并与翅片相对设置,所述翅片与空腔管联接处设有支撑板,所述弧形翅片上表面分布有若干个散热条,若干个散热条的上表面齐平,所述空腔管外表面左右两侧分别设有中部翅片,所述空腔管、翅片、弧形翅片、支撑板、散热条和中部翅片的材质均采用铝。
作为优选,位于弧形翅片两端的散热条的截面形状为7字型,其余散热条的截面形状为T字型。
作为优选,所述散热条与翅片垂直。
作为优选,所述空腔管为圆管。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有的有益效果是:
空腔管为单通道管,相比现有的多通道管可以减少用水量,提高水流流速;翅片和弧形翅片分别设置在空腔管的上下两侧,弧形翅片上设有散热条,通过翅片、弧形翅片可以扩大散热面积。翅片与空腔管联接处设有支撑板以及弧形翅片采用弧形结构,可以提高整体抗压能力。弧形翅片采用弧形结构而未采用直板结构,可以省去支撑板结构,且弧形翅片上表面分布有若干个散热条,若干个散热条的上表面齐平,即散热条从中部至两端的高度逐渐降低,此种设置符合热量扩散的需求。
通过上述结构的设置,可以保证散热片具有较高的强度和散热能力,满足实际使用需求;也正由于其结构的设置,可以采用全铝材质,成本低、重量轻、散热性能好。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1和2所示,一种全铝单通道散热片,包括空腔管1、翅片2和弧形翅片3,翅片2设置在空腔管1外表面下侧,弧形翅片3设置在空腔管1外表面上侧,并与翅片2相对设置,空腔管1位于翅片2和弧形翅片3的中部。翅片2与空腔管1联接处设有支撑板4,支撑板4设有两个。弧形翅片3上表面分布有若干个散热条5,若干个散热条5的下表面与弧形翅片3联接,各散热条5的上表面齐平。散热条5的数量可以根据实际情况设定,可以设有8个。
热量扩散时随着距离的增加而逐渐降低,因此散热条5从中部至两端的高度逐渐降低,符合热量扩散的需求,即在保证散热效果的同时,减少原材料的使用。空腔管1外表面左右两侧分别设有中部翅片6。
位于弧形翅片3两端的散热条5的截面形状为7字型,位于左端的截面形状为反7字型,位于右端的截面形状为7字型,其余散热条5的截面形状为T字型,且散热条5与翅片2垂直,可具有较好的承载力。
空腔管1、翅片2、弧形翅片3、支撑板4、散热条5和中部翅片6的材质均采用铝。空腔管1可为圆管。

1.一种全铝单通道散热片,其特征在于:包括空腔管(1)、翅片(2)和弧形翅片(3),所述翅片(2)设置在空腔管(1)外表面下侧,弧形翅片(3)设置在空腔管(1)外表面上侧,并与翅片(2)相对设置,所述翅片(2)与空腔管(1)联接处设有支撑板(4),所述弧形翅片(3)上表面分布有若干个散热条(5),若干个散热条(5)的上表面齐平,所述空腔管(1)外表面左右两侧分别设有中部翅片(6),所述空腔管(1)、翅片(2)、弧形翅片(3)、支撑板(4)、散热条(5)和中部翅片(6)的材质均采用铝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全铝单通道散热片,其特征在于:位于弧形翅片(3)两端的散热条(5)的截面形状为7字型,其余散热条(5)的截面形状为T字型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全铝单通道散热片,其特征在于:所述散热条(5)与翅片(2)垂直。
