Abstract
本发明涉及气体净化干燥装置。本发明包括净化模块和干燥模块;净化模块出气口与干燥模块进气口连接;净化模块包括净化腔、冷凝管、风扇、冷凝液进口与冷凝液出口;干燥模块包括干燥腔、进气管道和出气管道;进气管道与净化模块的出气口连接。本发明结构简单,安装方便,操作简单。根据不同的空气指数,调节冷凝室温度,去除空气中的有害物质。同时设置有多层滤网,去除空气中的粉尘等微小颗粒,够有效净化室内空气。同时设置有干燥腔,降低空气湿度,干燥模块中出气管道内径远大于进气管道,加快了空气流出的速度,大大提成的干燥效率。

技术领域
本发明属于气体净化干燥技术领域,具体涉及气体净化干燥装置。
背景技术
随着城市空气污染的日益严重,气体净化装置的需求日益增大。空气污染严重的情况下无法开窗通风换气或者是通过换气扇换气,且长期处于密闭环境下,室内空气中二氧化碳浓度升高,氧气的含量降低,从而影响人体的健康;为提升室内空气的品质,给城市居民一个清新的生活环境,提供一种空气净化装置是很有必要的。同时为适应南方潮湿的环境,提出一种空气净化干燥装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供气体净化干燥装置。
本发明包括净化模块和干燥模块;净化模块出气口与干燥模块进气口连接;
所述的净化模块包括净化腔、冷凝管、风扇、冷凝液进口与冷凝液出口;冷凝管设置在净化腔内,冷凝管的一端作为进气口接进气模块中出气管道,进气口设置有阀门;冷凝管的另一端作为出气口,出气口设置有气泵;净化腔顶部外壁设置有散热风扇,净化腔顶部开有冷凝液进口;净化腔一侧底部开有冷凝液出口;
所述的干燥模块包括干燥腔、进气管道和出气管道;进气管道设置在干燥腔的一侧,出气管道设置在干燥腔的底部,干燥腔内填充有干燥剂;进气管道与净化模块的出气口连接。
作为优选,所述的进气口设置过滤网。
作为优选,所述的净化腔顶部内部安装有温度传感器。
作为优选,所述的冷凝管顶部为峰部,底部为谷部;在冷凝管谷部开有多个出液管道,冷凝出的液化有害气体通过出液管道流入设置在净化腔底部的排液管内;每个出液管道上均设置有阀门,排液管中部开有出液口,出液口上设置有阀门。
作为优选,所述的干燥腔内壁安装进气管道侧与安装出气管道侧均设置有过滤网。
作为优选,所述的干燥模块中出气管道内径大于进气管道。
本发明结构简单,安装方便,操作简单。根据不同的空气指数,调节冷凝室温度,去除空气中的有害物质。同时设置有多层滤网,去除空气中的粉尘等微小颗粒,够有效净化室内空气。同时设置有干燥腔,降低空气湿度,干燥模块中出气管道内径远大于进气管道,加快了空气流出的速度,大大提成的干燥效率。

具体实施方式
以下将参照附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
如图1所示,气体净化干燥装置包括净化模块2和干燥模块3。净化模块出气口与干燥模块进气口连接。
如图2所示,净化模块2包括净化腔2-1、冷凝管2-2、风扇2-3、冷凝液进口2-4与冷凝液出口2-5。冷凝管2-2设置在净化腔2-1内,冷凝管2-2的一端作为进气口,进气口设置有阀门,同时在进气口设置过滤网2-8,滤去待净化空气中粉尘;冷凝管2-2的另一端作为出气口,出气口设置有气泵2-6。净化腔2-1顶部外壁设置有散热风扇2-3,净化腔2-1顶部开有冷凝液进口,净化腔2-1顶部内部安装有温度传感器2-7。冷凝管2-2顶部为峰部,底部为谷部;在冷凝管2-2谷部开有多个出液管道2-9,冷凝出的液化有害气体通过出液管道2-9流入设置在净化腔2-1底部的排液管2-10内。每个出液管道2-9上均设置有阀门,排液管2-10中部开有出液口,出液口上设置有阀门。净化腔2-1一侧底部开有冷凝液出口2-5。
如图3所示,干燥模块3包括干燥腔3-1、进气管道3-2和出气管道3-3。进气管道3-2设置在干燥腔3-1的一侧,出气管道3-3设置在干燥腔3-1的底部。干燥腔3-1内壁安装二进气管道3-2侧与安装出气管道3-3侧均设置有过滤网,干燥腔3-1内填充有干燥剂。进气管道3-2与净化模块2的出气口连接。干燥模块3中出气管道远大于进气管道,加快了空气流出的速度。
工作过程中,初始状态所有阀门均关闭,首先打开第一出气管道上与净化模块进气口上的阀门,开启出气口上的气泵,使得待净化空气通过冷凝模块;带净化空气通过进气口时,在过滤网的作用下,滤去待净化空气中粉尘。冷凝过程中可以根据不同的空气指数,更换冷凝剂,调节冷凝室温度,去除空气中的有害物质。经冷凝净化后的空气通过出气口进入干燥模块,经干燥剂干燥后,通过第二出气管道排出。当净化模块中液化有害气体过多时,打开出液管道和出液口上的阀门,排出液化有害气体。

1.气体净化干燥装置,包括净化模块和干燥模块;其特征在于:净化模块出气口与干燥模块进气口连接;
所述的净化模块包括净化腔、冷凝管、风扇、冷凝液进口与冷凝液出口;冷凝管设置在净化腔内,冷凝管的一端作为进气口接进气模块中出气管道,进气口设置有阀门;冷凝管的另一端作为出气口,出气口设置有气泵;净化腔顶部外壁设置有散热风扇,净化腔顶部开有冷凝液进口;净化腔一侧底部开有冷凝液出口;
所述的干燥模块包括干燥腔、进气管道和出气管道;进气管道设置在干燥腔的一侧,出气管道设置在干燥腔的底部,干燥腔内填充有干燥剂;进气管道与净化模块的出气口连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的气体净化干燥装置,其特征在于:所述的进气口设置过滤网。
3.如权利要求1所述的气体净化干燥装置,其特征在于:所述的净化腔顶部内部安装有温度传感器。
4.如权利要求1所述的气体净化干燥装置,其特征在于:所述的冷凝管顶部为峰部,底部为谷部;在冷凝管谷部开有多个出液管道,冷凝出的液化有害气体通过出液管道流入设置在净化腔底部的排液管内;每个出液管道上均设置有阀门,排液管中部开有出液口,出液口上设置有阀门。
