本发明涉及气体净化装置。本发明包括净化腔、冷凝管、风扇、冷凝液进口与冷凝液出口;冷凝管设置在净化腔内,冷凝管的一端作为进气口,进气口设置有阀门;冷凝管的另一端作为出气口,出气口设置有气泵;净化腔顶部外壁设置有散热风扇,净化腔顶部开有冷凝液进口;净化腔一侧底部开有冷凝液出口;本发明结构简单,安装方便,操作简单。根据不同的空气指数,调节冷凝室温度,去除空气中的有害物质。同时设置有多层滤网,去除空气中的粉尘等微小颗粒,够有效净化室内空气。采用喇叭形进气口,对进气进行缓冲,延长了装置使用寿命,提高了进气效率。

本发明属于空气净化技术领域,具体涉及气体净化装置。
背景技术
随着城市空气污染的日益严重,空气净化装置的需求日益增大。空气污染严重的情况下无法开窗通风换气或者是通过换气扇换气,且长期处于密闭环境下,室内空气中二氧化碳浓度升高,氧气的含量降低,从而影响人体的健康;为提升室内空气的品质,给城市居民一个清新的生活环境,提供一种空气净化装置是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供气体净化装置。
本发明包括净化腔、冷凝管、风扇、冷凝液进口与冷凝液出口;冷凝管设置在净化腔内,冷凝管的一端作为进气口,进气口设置有阀门;冷凝管的另一端作为出气口,出气口设置有气泵;净化腔顶部外壁设置有散热风扇,净化腔顶部开有冷凝液进口;净化腔一侧底部开有冷凝液出口;
作为优选,所述的进气口设置过滤网。
作为优选,所述的净化腔顶部内部安装有温度传感器。
作为优选,所述的冷凝管顶部为峰部,底部为谷部;在冷凝管谷部开有多个出液管道,冷凝出的液化有害气体通过出液管道流入设置在净化腔底部的排液管内;每个出液管道上均设置有阀门,排液管中部开有出液口,出液口上设置有阀门。
作为优选,所述的进气口为喇叭形。
本发明结构简单,安装方便,操作简单。根据不同的空气指数,调节冷凝室温度,去除空气中的有害物质。同时设置有多层滤网,去除空气中的粉尘等微小颗粒,够有效净化室内空气。采用喇叭形进气口,对进气进行缓冲,延长了装置使用寿命,提高了进气效率。

具体实施方式
以下将参照附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
如图1所示,气体净化装置包括净化腔2-1、冷凝管2-2、风扇2-3、冷凝液进口2-4与冷凝液出口2-5。冷凝管2-2设置在净化腔2-1内,冷凝管2-2的一端作为进气口,进气口设置有阀门,同时在进气口设置过滤网2-8,滤去待净化空气中粉尘;冷凝管2-2的另一端作为出气口,出气口设置有气泵2-6。净化腔2-1顶部外壁设置有散热风扇2-3,净化腔2-1顶部开有冷凝液进口,净化腔2-1顶部内部安装有温度传感器2-7。冷凝管2-2顶部为峰部,底部为谷部;在冷凝管2-2谷部开有多个出液管道2-9,冷凝出的液化有害气体通过出液管道2-9流入设置在净化腔2-1底部的排液管2-10内。每个出液管道2-9上均设置有阀门,排液管2-10中部开有出液口,出液口上设置有阀门。净化腔2-1一侧底部开有冷凝液出口2-5。进气口为喇叭形,对进气进行缓冲,延长了装置使用寿命,提高了进气效率。
工作过程中,初始状态所有阀门均关闭,打开净化模块进气口上的阀门,开启出气口上的气泵,使得待净化空气通过净化模块;待净化空气通过进气口时,在过滤网的作用下,滤去待净化空气中粉尘。冷凝过程中可以根据不同的空气指数,更换冷凝剂,调节冷凝室温度,去除空气中的有害物质。经冷凝净化后的空气通过出气口排出。当净化模块中液化有害气体过多时,打开出液管道和出液口上的阀门,排出液化有害气体。

1.气体净化装置,其特征在于:包括净化腔、冷凝管、风扇、冷凝液进口与冷凝液出口;冷凝管设置在净化腔内,冷凝管的一端作为进气口,进气口设置有阀门;冷凝管的另一端作为出气口,出气口设置有气泵;净化腔顶部外壁设置有散热风扇,净化腔顶部开有冷凝液进口;净化腔一侧底部开有冷凝液出口。
2.如权利要求1所述的气体净化装置,其特征在于:所述的进气口设置过滤网。
3.如权利要求1所述的气体净化装置,其特征在于:所述的净化腔顶部内部安装有温度传感器。
4.如权利要求1所述的气体净化装置,其特征在于:所述的冷凝管顶部为峰部,底部为谷部;在冷凝管谷部开有多个出液管道,冷凝出的液化有害气体通过出液管道流入设置在净化腔底部的排液管内;每个出液管道上均设置有阀门,排液管中部开有出液口,出液口上设置有阀门。
