本发明公开了一种大颗粒固体流通用矩形齿条拉动式阀门,包括矩形阀体,所述矩形阀体的两端面上成型有矩形延伸连接套体;所述矩形阀体的中部插套有阀板,阀板的中部固定有竖直转动轴,竖直转动轴的顶端和底端均铰接在矩形阀体的顶板和底板上,竖直转动轴的顶端伸出矩形阀体的顶板并固定有传动齿轮。本发明采用矩形阀体,制作简单,满足大颗粒固体物质输送控制,同时,其通过拉动齿条实现阀板旋转来调节输送量大小,其调节方便而且控制精度高。

技术领域:
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种大颗粒固体流通用矩形齿条拉动式阀门。
背景技术:
现有的用于液体流动控制的阀门一般采用的均是圆形孔结构输送,而对于一些固体颗粒输送的阀门一般可以采用矩形孔状结构,其制作简单,成本低,密封性要求底,而现在并没有此种阀门;
同时,现有的阀门,其一般采用的是螺杆式转动或者是手柄转动实现调节,其手柄调节,效果不理想,控制精度不高,而螺杆式并不适用蝶阀式的调节结构。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种大颗粒固体流通用矩形齿条拉动式阀门,它采用矩形阀体,制作简单,满足大颗粒固体物质输送控制,同时,其通过拉动齿条实现阀板旋转来调节输送量大小,其调节方便而且控制精度高。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种大颗粒固体流通用矩形齿条拉动式阀门,包括矩形阀体,所述矩形阀体的两端面上成型有矩形延伸连接套体;
所述矩形阀体的中部插套有阀板,阀板的中部固定有竖直转动轴,竖直转动轴的顶端和底端均铰接在矩形阀体的顶板和底板上,竖直转动轴的顶端伸出矩形阀体的顶板并固定有传动齿轮;
所述矩形阀体的顶板的顶面固定有下自润滑块,齿条放置在下自润滑块的顶面上,齿条的底面设有凸起导向条,凸起导向条插套在下自润滑块的顶面成型有的导向滑槽中,下自润滑块的外侧壁上固定有侧导向板,侧导向板的顶端成型有上水平支撑板,上水平支撑板的底面靠近齿条的顶面,侧导向板的内侧壁靠近齿条的侧壁,齿条与传动齿轮相啮合。
进一步的说,所述侧导向板的中部成型有导向侧通槽,导向侧通槽的一端伸出侧导向板的前端面或后端面,齿条的侧壁上固定有摆动杆,摆动杆伸出导向侧通槽。
进一步的说,所述矩形阀体的左右两侧的中部成型有凸起限位条,阀板的左侧部的前壁面成型有定位凹槽,左侧的凸起限位条的后部插套在阀板的左侧部的前壁面上的定位凹槽中并压靠在定位凹槽的内壁面上,阀板的右侧部的后壁面成型有定位凹槽,右侧的凸起限位条的前部插套在阀板的右侧部的后壁面上的定位凹槽中并压靠在定位凹槽的内壁面上。
进一步的说,所述定位凹槽的内壁面上固定有弹性密封,弹性密封层压靠在对应的凸起限位条上。
进一步的说,所述阀板的顶面和底面均固定有弹性阻尼层,上方的弹性阻尼层的顶面紧贴矩形阀体的顶板的底面,下方的弹性阻尼层的底面紧贴矩形阀体的底板的顶面。
进一步的说,所述侧导向板的内侧壁和上水平支撑板的底面均固定有自润滑板,自润滑板压靠在齿条的侧壁和顶面上。
进一步的说,所述齿条的底面固定有凸起导向条。
本发明的突出效果是:与现有技术相比,它采用矩形阀体,制作简单,满足大颗粒固体物质输送控制,同时,其通过拉动齿条实现阀板旋转来调节输送量大小,其调节方便而且控制精度高。

实施例,见如图1至图3所示,一种大颗粒固体流通用矩形齿条拉动式阀门,包括矩形阀体10,所述矩形阀体10的两端面上成型有矩形延伸连接套体11;
所述矩形阀体10的中部插套有阀板12,阀板12的中部固定有竖直转动轴13,竖直转动轴13的顶端和底端均铰接在矩形阀体10的顶板和底板上,竖直转动轴13的顶端伸出矩形阀体10的顶板并固定有传动齿轮14;
所述矩形阀体10的顶板的顶面固定有下自润滑块15,齿条16放置在下自润滑块15的顶面上,齿条16的底面设有凸起导向条161,凸起导向条161插套在下自润滑块15的顶面成型有的导向滑槽151中,下自润滑块15的外侧壁上固定有侧导向板152,侧导向板152的顶端成型有上水平支撑板153,上水平支撑板153的底面靠近齿条16的顶面,侧导向板152的内侧壁靠近齿条16的侧壁,齿条16与传动齿轮14相啮合。
进一步的说,所述侧导向板152的中部成型有导向侧通槽154,导向侧通槽154的一端伸出侧导向板152的前端面或后端面,齿条16的侧壁上固定有摆动杆162,摆动杆162伸出导向侧通槽154。
进一步的说,所述矩形阀体10的左右两侧的中部成型有凸起限位条17,阀板12的左侧部的前壁面成型有定位凹槽121,左侧的凸起限位条17的后部插套在阀板12的左侧部的前壁面上的定位凹槽121中并压靠在定位凹槽121的内壁面上,阀板12的右侧部的后壁面成型有定位凹槽121,右侧的凸起限位条17的前部插套在阀板12的右侧部的后壁面上的定位凹槽121中并压靠在定位凹槽121的内壁面上。
进一步的说,所述定位凹槽121的内壁面上固定有弹性密封122,弹性密封层122压靠在对应的凸起限位条17上。
进一步的说,所述阀板12的顶面和底面均固定有弹性阻尼层123,上方的弹性阻尼层123的顶面紧贴矩形阀体10的顶板的底面,下方的弹性阻尼层123的底面紧贴矩形阀体10的底板的顶面。
进一步的说,所述侧导向板152的内侧壁和上水平支撑板153的底面均固定有自润滑板1,自润滑板1压靠在齿条16的侧壁和顶面上。
进一步的说,所述齿条16的底面固定有凸起导向条161。
本实施例在使用时,通过拉动摆动杆162,实现齿条16前后移动从而带动传动齿轮14转动,从而实现阀板12旋转,从而打开,大颗粒固体可以通过矩形阀体10实现流通,非常方便。
而在进行推动时,由于上方的弹性阻尼层123的顶面紧贴矩形阀体10的顶板的底面,下方的弹性阻尼层123的底面紧贴矩形阀体10的底板的顶面,从而可以保证在推动齿条16时,具有阻尼作用,保证推动缓慢,防止移动过快,无法调节,同时,由于本装置输送的是大颗粒固体物质,其具有的间隙不会影响密封的效果,不会产生大量漏料的问题,从而大大降低制造成本,效果好。

1.一种大颗粒固体流通用矩形齿条拉动式阀门,包括矩形阀体(10),其特征在于:所述矩形阀体(10)的两端面上成型有矩形延伸连接套体(11);
所述矩形阀体(10)的中部插套有阀板(12),阀板(12)的中部固定有竖直转动轴(13),竖直转动轴(13)的顶端和底端均铰接在矩形阀体(10)的顶板和底板上,竖直转动轴(13)的顶端伸出矩形阀体(10)的顶板并固定有传动齿轮(14);
所述矩形阀体(10)的顶板的顶面固定有下自润滑块(15),齿条(16)放置在下自润滑块(15)的顶面上,齿条(16)的底面设有凸起导向条(161),凸起导向条(161)插套在下自润滑块(15)的顶面成型有的导向滑槽(151)中,下自润滑块(15)的外侧壁上固定有侧导向板(152),侧导向板(152)的顶端成型有上水平支撑板(153),上水平支撑板(153)的底面靠近齿条(16)的顶面,侧导向板(152)的内侧壁靠近齿条(16)的侧壁,齿条(16)与传动齿轮(14)相啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大颗粒固体流通用矩形齿条拉动式阀门,其特征在于:所述侧导向板(152)的中部成型有导向侧通槽(154),导向侧通槽(154)的一端伸出侧导向板(152)的前端面或后端面,齿条(16)的侧壁上固定有摆动杆(162),摆动杆(162)伸出导向侧通槽(154)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大颗粒固体流通用矩形齿条拉动式阀门,其特征在于:所述矩形阀体(10)的左右两侧的中部成型有凸起限位条(17),阀板(12)的左侧部的前壁面成型有定位凹槽(121),左侧的凸起限位条(17)的后部插套在阀板(12)的左侧部的前壁面上的定位凹槽(121)中并压靠在定位凹槽(121)的内壁面上,阀板(12)的右侧部的后壁面成型有定位凹槽(121),右侧的凸起限位条(17)的前部插套在阀板(12)的右侧部的后壁面上的定位凹槽(121)中并压靠在定位凹槽(121)的内壁面上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种大颗粒固体流通用矩形齿条拉动式阀门,其特征在于:所述定位凹槽(121)的内壁面上固定有弹性密封(122),弹性密封层(122)压靠在对应的凸起限位条(17)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种大颗粒固体流通用矩形齿条拉动式阀门,其特征在于:所述阀板(12)的顶面和底面均固定有弹性阻尼层(123),上方的弹性阻尼层(123)的顶面紧贴矩形阀体(10)的顶板的底面,下方的弹性阻尼层(123)的底面紧贴矩形阀体(10)的底板的顶面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种大颗粒固体流通用矩形齿条拉动式阀门,其特征在于:所述侧导向板(152)的内侧壁和上水平支撑板(153)的底面均固定有自润滑板(1),自润滑板(1)压靠在齿条(16)的侧壁和顶面上。
