本发明公开了一种沼气池内沼液酸碱度的调节方法,包括以下步骤:先通过空气注入沼气池内,将沼气池内的沼气排出;然后打开沼气池,并向沼气池内投放切碎并用草木灰悬浊液湿润的秸秆;充分搅拌之后,再向沼气池内投入石灰水悬浊液并继续搅拌;每隔六小时对沼气池进行充分搅拌;两天之后就可以关闭沼气池。从上述可知,本发明的一种沼气池内沼液酸碱度的调节方法,操作简单,原料比较容易得到,成本很低。加入的秸秆在沼气池内在草木灰的作用下发酵,降低了沼气池内的酸性的同时还能作为沼气发酵的原料;熟石灰悬浊液可以快速降低沼气池内的酸性。

技术领域
本发明涉及沼气池内沼液酸碱度调节的技术领域,具体涉及一种沼气池内沼液酸碱度的调节方法。
背景技术
沼气,顾名思义是沼泽湿地里的气体。人们经常看到,在沼泽地、污水沟或粪池里,有气泡冒出来,如果我们划着火柴,可把它点燃,这就是自然界天然发生的沼气。从科学定义角度看,沼气是各种有机物质,在隔绝空气(还原条件),并在适宜的温度、PH值下,经过微生物的发酵作用产生的一种可燃烧气体。沼气属于二次能源,并且是可再生能源。
但是由于沼气发酵的原料来源不一,而沼气发酵对于酸碱度则是有一定的要求,所以一旦酸碱度不满足条件,沼气发酵的效率就会降低,而且沼气发酵过程中,沼气池内随着沼渣的增加,会导致PH降低,进而影响沼液的发酵效率甚至影响了沼液的持续发酵。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种沼气池内沼液酸碱度的调节方法,操作简单,原料比较容易得到,成本很低。加入的秸秆在沼气池内在草木灰的作用下发酵,降低了沼气池内的酸性的同时还能作为沼气发酵的原料;熟石灰悬浊液可以快速降低沼气池内的酸性。
