本发明公开了一种酒糟发酵制沼气的工艺,其特征在于它是在酒糟中加入新鲜猪粪,搅拌混合然后对其进行厌氧发酵;其中加入猪粪的质量为酒糟质量的15%-25%;发酵的pH控制为7.0-8.5,发酵温度为30℃-45℃,发酵的时间为38-42天。本发明利用酒糟来制取沼气,可以集中处理酒糟,减少环境污染;同时产生的沼气是一种污染很小和燃烧热值较高的能源;发酵后的沼渣是很好的肥料,可用于土壤改善、肥田、食用菌的栽培等。

技术领域
    本发明涉及烃的制备,具体是一种酒糟发酵制沼气的工艺。
背景技术
沼气发酵又称厌氧消化,是指各种有机物在厌氧条件下,被各类发酵微生物分解转化,最终生成沼气的过程。沼气发酵过程可分为三阶段即:水解、产酸和产甲烷阶段。沼气的产量与微生物的作用有很大关系。在沼气发酵过程中,各阶段微生物有不同的温度、pH值、时间和营养需求,若能给各种微生物提供适宜的条件、充足的营养,则可以使每个阶段充分快速地进行,最终亦可有效提高沼气产量。
    利用薯类生产燃料乙醇,再通过变性、浓缩等作为可替代的能源是一种发展的趋势。随着燃料乙醇在全国范围的推广,薯类酒糟的产量将越来越大。一般酒厂的酒糟不是直接排放,就是用来喂养,很少有酒厂用酒糟来制取沼气,所以酒糟利用的较少。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用薯类酒糟发酵制沼气的工艺,以解决酒厂的酒糟经常直接排放或者用来喂养动物的而造成的资源浪费问题。
    实现本发明的技术方案是:一种酒糟发酵制沼气的工艺,它是在酒糟中加入新鲜猪粪,搅拌混合然后对其进行厌氧发酵;其中加入猪粪的质量为酒糟质量的15%-25%;发酵的pH控制为7.0-8.5,发酵温度为30℃-45℃,发酵的时间为38-42天。
    上述酒糟为薯类的酒糟,其pH值为4.2-4.4。
本发明的优点:利用酒糟来制取沼气,可以集中处理酒糟,减少环境污染;同时产生的沼气是一种污染很小和燃烧热值较高的能源;发酵后的沼渣是很好的肥料,可用于土壤改善、肥田、食用菌的栽培等。

上述酒糟为薯类的酒糟,其pH值为4.2。

1. 一种酒糟发酵制沼气的工艺,其特征在于它是在酒糟中加入新鲜猪粪,搅拌混合然后对其进行厌氧发酵;其中加入猪粪的质量为酒糟质量的15%-25%;发酵的pH控制为7.0-8.5,发酵温度为30℃-45℃,发酵的时间为38-42天。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酒糟发酵制沼气的工艺,其特征在于所述酒糟为薯类的酒糟,其pH值为4.2-4.4。
