Abstract
The invention provides a disperse purplish red dye mixture with high color fixing rate and high washing fastness, and particularly relates to the technical field of disperse dyes. The invention provides a disperse purplish red dye mixture with high washing fastness and high dyeing rate on the basis of the problem of low dyeing rate of the dye mixture in the technology.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of disperse dyes, and particularly relates to a disperse purplish red dye mixture with high color fixing rate and high washing fastness.
Background
The development of polyester fiber shows superfine fiber, which has become a textile raw material for textile enterprises at home and abroad due to the characteristics of soft hand feeling, comfortable wearing and the like, and has extremely fine diameter, large surface area and poor washing fastness and dye uptake of common disperse dyes. Although the washing fastness of the Ciba disperse purplish red WW-DS (solubility parameter sigma is 11.69), the washing fastness is good, but the dye uptake is only about 75%, the dye uptake of the national patent CN102277012A (solubility parameters of three components are respectively 11.73/11.77/9.29) is improved, and is only about 85%, the dyeing rate is low, which means that more dyes enter sewage, and a lot of burden is added to environmental protection.
Therefore, a disperse date red dye mixture with high color fixing rate and high washing fastness, which can solve the existing problems, is urgently needed.

the disperse violet is a compound shown as the following formula (II):
wherein R is3Is hydrogen or methoxy, R4,R5Are all made of-C2H5、-CH2COOCH3、-CH2COOC2H5、-CH(CH3)COOCH3、-CH(CH3)COOC2H5or-CH2COOCH2COCH3At R4And R5In when R is4Or R5In the case of an alkyl group, the other must be an ester group, but may be an ester group at the same time;
the auxiliary agent is one or two of MF or sodium lignosulphonate.
Preferably, the composition consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
dispersing red: 5-35%, disperse violet: 10-35% and the balance of auxiliary agents.
Preferably, the composition consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
dispersing red: 8-25%, disperse violet: 15-30% and the balance of auxiliary agents.
Preferably, the composition consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
dispersing red: 18%, disperse violet: 25 percent and the balance of auxiliary agents.
Preferably, in the formula (I), R1And R2Are all-CH2COOC2H5or-CH (CH)3)COOCH3。
Preferably, in the formula (II), R4And R5Are all-CH2COOC2H5or-CH (CH)3)COOCH3。
A process for preparing the disperse jujube red dye mixture with high color fixing rate and high washing fastness includes proportionally mixing the components of formulas (I), (II) and assistant, adding water, sand grinding, and spray drying.
The disperse purplish red dye obtained by the invention is applied to dyeing and printing of terylene or blended fabrics.
The invention has the advantages that: the disperse purplish red dye mixture has high dyeing rate and high washing fastness.
Detailed Description
Example 1
Weighing 17.5g of disperse red, 22.5 g of disperse violet and an auxiliary agent (MF30g, 30g of sodium lignosulfonate) according to the weight ratio, sanding the materials together with water, and spraying to prepare the disperse purplish red dye mixture.
Wherein R in formula (I)1=CH2COOC2H5,R2=CH2COOC2H5、
In the formula (II) R3=OCH3R4=CH2COOC2H5,R5=CH2COOC2H5。
Examples 2 to 8
Examples 2 to 8 were prepared separately in the same manner as in example 1 except for the compounding ratio, and R in the formula (I)1And R2And R in the formula (II)3、R4And R5Changes were made and it is further noted that R is not listed in the table3Then R is3Specifically, as shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 Structure and specific compounding ratio of examples 2-8
According to the prior patent, a disperse red date dye composition (publication No. CN102277012A) is prepared by a method disclosed in the prior art to be used as a control group test, 1g of the disperse red date dye mixture obtained in the example 1-8 is respectively taken and dispersed in 500ml of water, 20ml of dispersion liquid and 80ml of water are respectively taken after being uniformly mixed, the PH value is adjusted to be 4-5 by acetic acid, 2g of terylene superfine fiber is added, the dyeing treatment is carried out according to the national standard GB/T2394-2006 method, the washing fastness is tested according to GB/T3921-2008, and the dyeing rate is carried out according to GB/T9337-2001.
Table 2 shows the results of the test of the fastness to washing (unit: grade) of examples 1 to 8 and the control group
Examples | Washing fastness is 60 DEG C | Dye uptake |
1 | 5 | 94.5% |
2 | 5 | 94.5% |
3 | 5 | 95% |
4 | 5 | 95.5% |
5 | 5 | 92.5% |
6 | 5 | 94.5% |
7 | 5 | 93.4% |
8 | 5 | 93.3% |
Control group | 5 | 86.5% |
From the above table, it can be seen that the disperse date red of the present invention has excellent washing fastness when used for dyeing polyester superfine fiber, and the dyeing rate is greatly improved, which is much higher than that of the comparative example.
The principle is as follows: the dyeing process of the dye can be regarded as a process of dissolving the dye on chemical fibers, the dye uptake can be judged by a solubility parameter, generally, the closer the solubility parameter of the dye is to the solubility parameter of the terylene (sigma is 10.8, and the better fastness is shown in the research that sigma is 10.8 +/-0.5), the better the dye uptake is, and the better the dye is fixed on the fabric, which can be understood from similar compatibility. Meanwhile, dyes entering the interior are resolved under the action of a dispersant, so that the dyes are dissociated out of the interior of the fabric, the difference between the fixing and resolving capacities determines the degree of dyeing of the dyes, in the disperse red (I) and disperse violet (II) structures, the solubility parameters of the dyes are between 10.3 and 11.25 and are closer to the solubility parameters of terylene than those of Ciba company and patents, particularly the solubility parameters of the selected dyes (see Table 1) are quite close to the solubility parameters of terylene, the solubility parameters of three components in a comparative example (red 356 sigma-9.29 red 376 sigma-11.73 and violet sigma-11.77) are far away, so that the selected compounds of the patent have better dyeing rate, meanwhile, the dyes of the formula (I) and the formula (II) have ester groups in the structures, and the-CH is easily formed in the alkali washing process after dyeing2COO or-CH (CH)3) COO negative ions and azo-group meta-position chlorine have two electron-withdrawing nitro groups, so that sodium phenolate is easily formed under alkaline conditions, the surface of the fabric is floated to form water-soluble dye, the water-soluble dye is easy to wash away, and better washing fastness can be obtained.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that various changes, modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
