With the development of polyester fiber, superfine fiber appears, and has become a textile raw material which is disputed to textile enterprises at home and abroad due to the characteristics of soft hand feeling, comfortable wearing and the like, the superfine fiber has extremely fine diameter and large surface area, the required amount of dye for determining dyeing at the same depth is more than that of common fiber, the washing fastness and the dye uptake of the conventional single-color disperse dye are poor, and in order to solve the problem, the dye interface usually adopts multi-component dye blending, for example, a high washing fastness disperse ruby dye composition (CN103421348A) in the prior patent, the solubility parameters of each component are respectively 11.73, 11.78 and 12.23; the solubility parameters of all components of the disperse ruby dye composition and the dye product (CN106883641A) in the prior patent are respectively 11.93, 11.78 and 11.73, and the disperse ruby dye composition and the dye product all provide a formula with excellent washing fastness, but the dyeing degree still needs to be improved, the dyeing degree is low, and the condition indicates that part of dye does not enter fibers, so that the load is increased for the three-waste treatment.

(1) the dyeing process of the dye can be regarded as a process of dissolving the dye on chemical fibers, the fastness is good and the migration is difficult to judge by solubility parameters, generally speaking, the closer the solubility parameter of the dye is to the solubility parameter of terylene (sigma is 10.8, the research shows that sigma is difficult to migrate within 10.8 +/-0.5 and the fastness is good), the better the fastness is, the better the dye is fixed on the fabric, and the less the dye is easy to migrate to the surface of the fabric. In the disperse deep red (I) and disperse bright red (II) structures, the solubility parameter of the dye is between 10.5 and 11.24, and particularly, the solubility parameter of the preferable dye is quite close to that of terylene, so that the compound is difficult to migrate, good in fixation and high in dyeing rate.
(2) In the invention, in the alkali washing process of the disperse deep red (I) after dyeing, the chlorine in the meta position of the azo group has electron-withdrawing nitro group, so that sodium phenolate is easily formed under alkaline condition, the surface of the fabric is floated to form water-soluble dye, the disperse bright red (II) can not only form sodium phenolate, but also couple the acetate group on the component, and the alkali treatment can form-CH2COO negative ions can obtain better washing fastness, so that the disperse ruby dye mixture has high washing fastness.
(3) The invention can be used for dyeing and printing terylene or blended fabrics.
Detailed Description
Example 1
A high-coloring dispersed ruby dye mixture comprises the following raw materials in mass: 24g of disperse deep red (I-1), 15g of disperse bright red (II-1), an auxiliary agent MF20g, 85A 41g of sodium lignosulfonate and 200g of water, and the components are put together, sanded and then spray-dried.

As can be seen from the above table, compared with the comparative example, the disperse ruby dye mixture of the invention has excellent color fastness to washing and greatly improved dyeing rate when being used for terylene or blended fabrics thereof.
