Description
(I) technical field
The invention relates to a disperse orange dye composition and a dye product, in particular to a disperse orange dye composition and a dye product which are suitable for printing and dyeing hydrophobic fiber materials.
(II) background of the invention
C.i. disperse orange 30 is a reddish-brown powdery solid, and has been widely used because of its superiority in terms of low price, leveling property, hiding property, light fastness and the like, and is one of the essential basic hues in polyester fibers. However, textiles dyed with c.i. disperse orange 30 dye were tested for severe over-standard tetrachlorophenol and pentachlorophenol, while it was poorly alkali-resistant, greatly limiting the amount of c.i. disperse orange 30 used, and dutch C & a company has placed c.i. disperse orange 30 on the forbidden dye list. Some patents such as CN101275039A and CN101265370A also introduce substitutes similar to environment-friendly dispersed orange 30, but neither the color light nor the fastness index can meet the requirements of c.i. dispersed orange 30, and cannot be directly substituted. Therefore, a dye product capable of directly replacing C.I. disperse orange 30 is urgently needed in the market, and the color light of the dye under various light sources is required to be consistent, and the fastness of the dye to washing, sublimation and water bubble is also equal to or even better so as to meet the continuously changing customer requirements.

Preferably, the disperse dye product consists of a disperse orange dye composition and an auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent is a dispersing agent, other surfactants and the like which are commonly used in the process of compounding disperse dyes, and is particularly preferably selected from one or a mixture of more than two of the following components: lignosulfonate (e.g., commercially available dispersant Reax 83A, Reax 8A), methyl naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate (dispersant MF), naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate (dispersant NNO), benzylnaphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate (dispersant CNF), anhydrous sodium sulfate, polycarboxylic acid polymer dispersant, and the like.

The disperse dyes prepared in the embodiments 1-26 and the comparative examples 1-2 are respectively weighed, the polyester fabric is treated by a conventional high-temperature high-pressure dyeing method, in the treatment process, the dyeing depth (o.w.f) is controlled to be 2.6%, the bath ratio is 1: 25, the pH value of a dyeing bath is adjusted to be 4-5, the polyester fabric is dyed at room temperature, the temperature is increased to 130 ℃ at 1 ℃/min, the temperature is kept for 60min, and the polyester fabric is washed, reduced, cleaned, neutralized in acid and shaped (180 ℃ multiplied by 30s) according to the conventional method to obtain the dyed fabric. The fastness to sublimation and washing is respectively tested by adopting ISO 105-X11 and AATCC 61-2A, and the fastness to sublimation and washing is specifically shown in Table 2:
TABLE 2
Colour fastness to water blister test
2g of the polyester fabric dyed by the dyes in the examples 1-26 and the comparative examples 1-2 is sewn with 2g of white cloth of the same specification, and then is respectively soaked in 60 ℃ (clear water), 60 ℃ (washing powder 5g/L), 95 ℃ (clear water) and 95 ℃ (washing powder 5g/L) for 15min, the bath ratio is 1:50, the color fall weight and the white cloth staining rating are judged, and the results are shown in a table 3:
TABLE 3
Therefore, when the disperse orange dye product is applied to dyeing of terylene and blended fabrics, the sublimation fastness and washing fastness are outstanding, the color fastness of water bubbles is excellent, the disperse orange dye product can be further compounded with magenta and dark blue disperse dyes, and the dye variety is enriched.
