step four: starting the motor 27, synchronously moving the weed pushing plate 24 and the solid particle pushing plate 25 to push weeds in the weed filtering tank 20 and solid particles in the solid particle filtering tank 21 into the impurity recovery box 5 respectively, and then resetting the weed pushing plate 24 and the solid particle pushing plate 25;
step five: starting the second screw conveyor 8, slowly conveying the sludge in the sludge temporary storage tank 22 to the inverted cone-shaped feeding cover 31, then dropping the sludge onto the sludge attachment shell 60 from the inverted cone-shaped feeding cover 31 and starting to diffuse, and closing the second screw conveyor 8 after the sludge is diffused to the sludge attachment surface of the whole sludge attachment shell 60;
step six: starting the heating furnace 13 to heat the heating pipe 12, then starting the air suction pump 11 to form air into air to be sucked into the heating pipe 12 for heating, then diffusing the hot air into the hot air gathering chamber 36 through the hot air guide pipe 10, blowing the air to the sludge attachment shell 60 from the air guide chamber of the transverse conical air guide piece 50, and air-drying the sludge attached to the sludge attachment shell;
step seven: the sludge attached to the sludge attaching shell 60 is air-dried to form soil blocks similar to the sludge attaching shell 60 in shape, at the moment, the vibration motor 46 is started to vibrate the soil blocks to form soil particles, and the soil particles fall into the inverted cone-shaped discharging cover 32 and fall from the outlet of the inverted cone-shaped discharging cover onto the conveying device 14 to be conveyed.

Claims (5)

1. A sludge treatment system is characterized in that: comprises an original sludge storage pool (1), a first screw conveyor (2), a sludge diluting and stirring machine (3), a sludge filtering and percolating pool (4), a second screw conveyor (8) and a sludge air-drying box (9); the raw sludge storage tank (1) is used for storing raw sludge and is formed by pouring cement concrete outside a steel bar framework; the first screw conveyer (2) is positioned between the original sludge storage tank (1) and the sludge dilution stirrer (3), and can convey the original sludge at the bottom of the original sludge storage tank (1) to the sludge dilution stirrer (3); the sludge filtering and percolating water tank (4) is positioned at the sludge output end of the sludge diluting and stirring machine (3), an impurity recovery box (5) communicated with the inside of the sludge filtering and percolating water tank (4) is arranged on the side surface of the sludge filtering and percolating water tank (4), and the sludge filtering and percolating water tank (4) is provided with an impurity pushing mechanism capable of pushing impurities filtered by the sludge filtering and percolating water tank into the impurity recovery box (5); the second screw conveyor (8) is positioned between the sludge filtering and seeping water tank (4) and the sludge air-drying box (9), and can convey the filtered and seeped sludge in the sludge filtering and seeping water tank (4) to the sludge air-drying box (9);
the sludge air-drying box (9) comprises a box body (30) and a sludge attachment tower (38), the sludge air-drying box (9) is provided with a sludge air-drying chamber (39), and the sludge attachment tower (38) is arranged in the sludge air-drying chamber (39) in a suspension manner through a multidirectional supporting spring assembly;
the box body (30) is cylindrical, the top of the box body is provided with an inverted cone-shaped feeding cover (31) communicated with the sludge air-drying chamber (39), the bottom of the box body is provided with an inverted cone-shaped discharging cover (32) communicated with the sludge air-drying chamber (39), and a discharging hole of the inverted cone-shaped discharging cover (32) is provided with a transmission device (14); the side surface of the box body (30) is of a three-layer structure consisting of an outer box wall (33), a middle box wall (34) and an inner box wall (35), a hot air gathering chamber (36) is formed between the outer box wall (33) and the middle box wall (34), a vacuum heat preservation chamber (37) is formed between the middle box wall (34) and the inner box wall (35), and the inner wall of the inner box wall (35) and the inner walls of the upper box and the lower box of the box body (30) form a sludge air drying chamber (39);
the hot air gathering chamber (36) is connected with a heating furnace (13) through a hot air guide pipe (10) communicated with the hot air gathering chamber, an air suction pump (11) is arranged on the hot air guide pipe (10), the hot air guide pipe (10) is communicated with a heating pipe (12) which is arranged in the heating furnace (13) and is in a curve shape or a spiral shape, and an air inlet of the heating pipe (12) extends to the outside of the heating furnace (13);
a plurality of transverse conical air guide pieces (50) are arranged in the vacuum heat-insulating chamber (37), and the hot air gathering chamber (36) is communicated with the sludge air-drying chamber (39) through the plurality of conical air guide pieces (50); the plurality of conical air guide pieces (50) are distributed in a linear array in the vertical direction in the vacuum heat-preservation cavity (37) and in a circumferential array in the horizontal plane, and the air guide cavities of the transverse conical air guide pieces (50) are gradually narrowed from the air inlet cavity opening to the air outlet cavity opening;
the sludge attaching tower (38) comprises a tower-shaped sludge attaching shell (60) and a vertical support rod (61) which supports the sludge attaching shell (60) and is arranged at the vertical central axis position of the sludge attaching shell, a conical body (64) is arranged at the top end of the sludge attaching shell (60), the upper end of the vertical support rod (61) is fixedly connected with the conical body (64), and a first flat plate (47) is arranged at the lower end of the vertical support rod (61);
an annular sludge falling ring (40) communicated with the interior of the inverted cone-shaped discharging cover (32) is arranged at the bottom of the lower box body (30) positioned in the sludge air-drying chamber (39), and the lower edge of the sludge attaching shell (60) is positioned right above the annular sludge falling ring (40);
a bottom plate (41) formed by arranging an annular sludge falling ring (40) is fixedly connected with the lower bottom of the box body (30) through a plurality of circumferentially distributed connecting rods (42), a vibration motor (46) is arranged on the bottom plate (41), and a second flat plate (45) is arranged on the vibration motor (46);
the multidirectional supporting spring assembly comprises a plurality of horizontal supporting springs (43) and a plurality of vertical supporting springs (44), one end of each horizontal supporting spring (43) is fixedly connected with the corresponding conical body (64), the other end of each horizontal supporting spring is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the corresponding inner box wall (35), one end of each vertical supporting spring (44) is fixedly connected with the corresponding first flat plate (47), and the other end of each vertical supporting spring is fixedly connected with the corresponding second flat plate (45).

The sludge treatment system of claim 1, wherein: the sludge attaching shell (60) is formed by regularly connecting a plurality of inclined connecting plates (62), a plurality of outwards convex arc-shaped plates (61) and a plurality of inwards concave arc-shaped plates (63), and the outwards convex arc-shaped plates (61) and the inwards concave arc-shaped plates (63) are alternately arranged through the inclined connecting plates (62).

A sludge treatment system as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a weed filtering layer (17), a solid particle filtering layer (18) and a water seepage layer (19) are arranged in the sludge filtering and water seepage tank (4) from top to bottom, the sludge filtering and water seepage tank (4) is divided into a weed filtering tank (20), a solid particle filtering tank (21), a sludge temporary storage tank (22) and a water storage tank (23) by the weed filtering tank (20) and the solid particle filtering tank (21) which are all communicated with an impurity recovery box (5), the conveying starting end of the second spiral conveyor (8) is connected with the inner bottom of the sludge temporary storage tank (22), and a water circulating conveying device capable of conveying water in the water storage tank to the sludge diluting and stirring machine (3) is arranged on the side surface of the water storage tank (23);
impurity ejecting mechanism includes motor (27), two screw rods (26) that connect through the belt drive and weeds ejector plate (24) and solid particle ejector plate (25) of difference threaded connection on two screw rods (26), the end of screw rod (26) is provided with travel switch (15), weeds ejector plate (24) are located weeds filtering ponds (20), solid particle ejector plate (25) are located solid particle filtering ponds (21), motor (27) can drive two screw rods (26) synchronous rotation to drive weeds ejector plate (24) and solid particle ejector plate (25) synchronous motion respectively with weeds in weeds filtering ponds (20) and the solid particle in solid particle filtering ponds (21) pushes away in impurity collection box (5).

A sludge treatment system as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the water seepage layer (19) is formed by laying filter cloth on the upper surface of the filter plate; the water circulation conveying device comprises a water return pipe (6) and a return pump (7) arranged on the water return pipe (6), one end of the water return pipe (6) is communicated with the inner bottom of the water storage tank (23), and the other end of the water return pipe extends to the sludge input end of the sludge dilution stirring machine (3).

step three: after sludge is diluted and stirred uniformly, the diluted sludge is poured into a sludge filtration and seepage pool (4) for weed filtration, solid particle filtration and seepage of the sludge, and the filtered and seeped sludge is stored in a temporary sludge storage pool (22);
step four: starting a motor (27), synchronously moving a weed pushing plate (24) and a solid particle pushing plate (25) to respectively push weeds in a weed filtering tank (20) and solid particles in a solid particle filtering tank (21) into an impurity recovery box (5), and then resetting the weed pushing plate (24) and the solid particle pushing plate (25);
step five: starting a second screw conveyor (8), slowly conveying the sludge in the sludge temporary storage tank (22) to an inverted conical feeding cover (31), then dropping the sludge from the inverted conical feeding cover (31) onto a sludge attachment shell (60) and beginning to diffuse, and closing the second screw conveyor (8) after the sludge is diffused to a sludge attachment surface of the whole sludge attachment shell (60);
step six: starting a heating furnace (13) to heat a heating pipe (12), then starting an air suction pump (11) to suck outside air into the heating pipe (12) for heating, then diffusing hot air into a hot air gathering chamber (36) through a hot air guide pipe (10), blowing the hot air to a sludge attaching shell (60) from an air guide cavity of a transverse conical air guide piece (50), and air-drying sludge attached to the sludge attaching shell;
step seven: the sludge attached to the sludge attaching shell (60) is air-dried to form soil blocks similar to the sludge attaching shell (60) in shape, at the moment, the vibration motor (46) is started to vibrate the soil blocks to form soil particles, and the soil particles fall into the inverted cone-shaped discharging cover (32) and fall from the outlet of the inverted cone-shaped discharging cover to the conveying device (14) to be conveyed.
