The transmission mechanism for driving the steel belt winding device to move up and down comprises a shifting fork, a cushion block, a first transmission rod, a second transmission rod, a connecting rod and a pedal connected with the connecting rod, wherein the shifting fork consists of a straight rod and two U-shaped forks, a through hole is formed in the straight rod, a transmission rod connecting piece with a bolt hole is arranged at the lower part of the joint of the straight rod and the U-shaped forks, two bolt holes are respectively formed in the U-shaped forks, the through hole in the straight rod of the shifting fork is hinged with an upper support arranged on a rack through a hinge shaft, the U-shaped forks of the shifting fork are inserted into a groove in the middle of an internal spline sliding sleeve to be connected with the internal spline sliding sleeve in an inserting mode, and the cushion block is fixedly connected with the two bolt holes of the U-shaped forks through bolts respectively; the upper end of the first transmission rod is fixedly connected with a transmission rod connecting piece with a bolt hole of the shifting fork through a screw, the lower end of the first transmission rod is connected with a second transmission rod through a connecting block, the other end of the second transmission rod is connected with a connecting rod and a pedal, and a pressure spring is further arranged on the first transmission rod.
