本发明公开了一种包装结构,包括围绕在被包装物体上的包装层,所述包装层内设有阻燃剂。通过本发明可以切断电池热失效或者降低损失,提供安全保障。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装结构。
背景技术
随着锂离子电池技术的发展,现有的锂离子电池的能量密度越来越高,起火爆炸的可能性也变得越来越高。因此在保存及运输锂离子电池的过程中,如何进行安全保护是业界一个亟待解决的问题。
但是在现有技术中,锂离子电池的包装通常都采用简单包装,考虑了包装的尺寸和轻便,没有考虑电池的安全性保护,存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题,提出一种包装结构,包括围绕在被包装物体上的包装层,所述包装层内设有阻燃剂。
在一实施例中,所述包装层内具有若干个相互连通或不连通的腔室,所述阻燃剂封装在全部或部分所述腔室内。
具体的,所述腔室的形状包括圆形、椭圆形、多边形或者异形。
所述阻燃剂可以为液体,还可以通过海绵吸收阻燃剂后再装入所述腔室内。
具体的,所述阻燃剂包括水、添加有无机盐的水、添加有降低结冰温度的添加剂的水及其组合。
在另一实施例中,阻燃剂可以是固体阻燃剂,混合在塑料或橡胶中。因此,包装层可以采用塑料或橡胶、或者是混合了固体阻燃剂的塑料或橡胶制成,当然,也可以采用混合了固体阻燃剂的包装层来封装液体阻燃剂。
上述实施例中,所述包装层为一层薄膜结构或者多层薄膜结构。
进一步的,还包括设于所述包装层外层的盒体。所述盒体采用耐火耐热材料制成
本发明通过设计结构,来存放防火阻燃材料,再包裹在电池等易燃易爆品上,一旦电池在运输过程中发生着火问题,阻燃材料可以将电池出现的热失效进行切断或者降低损失。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施例对本发明的原理及结构进行详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明一实施例提出的电池的包装结构,具有围绕在电池上的包装层1,该包装层1可以采用塑料或橡胶材料,例如PVC、PP、PE、PET、PS、PC、ABS等,通过成膜或者成泡,把具有阻燃作用的物质加进这些包装材料,这些通过改进的包装材料,通过缠绕在电池上或者覆盖在电池上,对电池进行保护。
在第一实施例中,包装层1内具有若干个相互连通或不连通的腔室2,将液体的阻燃剂封装在全部或部分腔室2内。图中示出的是长条方形的腔室,且相互之间不连通,每个长条方形的腔室内都封装了液体阻燃剂。在其他实施例中,可以通过热封的方式将腔室热封成各种不同的形状,可以是圆形、椭圆形、方形、其他多边形以及各种异形。然后在这些腔室内可以是部分有阻燃剂,部分没有阻燃剂。还可以利用海绵充分吸收液体阻燃剂,然后再用包装层封装,固定在电池周围。包装的阻燃剂的量,阻燃液剂的质量可以超过电池的总质量。
液体阻燃剂的种类可以随意选择,可以是纯水,或者水加有各种无机盐类(氯化盐,硫酸盐等)的水,或者加有降低结冰温度的添加剂的水 (如氯化钙、氯化镁、硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠等),还可以是它们的组合。当然还可以采用其他阻燃剂。例如,磷酸烷基酯类: 磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯、磷酸三(2,3-二氯丙基)酯、磷酸三(2, 3-二溴丙基)酯、Pyrol99等;磷酸芳基酯: 磷酸甲苯-二苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸(2-乙基己基)-二苯酯等。双环戊二烯类:氯丹酸酐等。脂肪族卤代烃,尤其是溴化物: 二溴甲烷、三氯溴甲烷、二氯溴甲烷及八溴二苯基氧化物、五溴乙基苯、四溴双酚A等芳香族溴化物及其他卤代物。此外,还有磷酸三(二溴丙基) 酯及卤代环己烷及其衍生物、十溴联苯醚及其衍生物。无机阻燃剂有碲化合物、羟基铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸盐等。有机氮系阻燃剂如三嗪及其衍生物、三聚氰胺等单独使用时效果不理想,但与磷系阻燃剂配合使用时,可起协同效应。像这类的复合型阻燃剂有两类,其一是两种阻燃剂的机械参混的复配阻燃剂;其二是同时含有氮、磷的化合物。前者如三聚氰胺和多聚磷酸酯组成的阻燃剂,尿素、双氰胺与磷酸酯组成的阻燃剂;后者如季戊四醇磷酸酯的三聚氰胺盐、环磷酰胺聚合物等。
当采用固定阻燃剂时,可以将阻燃剂混在塑料或橡胶当中,做成具有阻燃作用的薄膜,包装层可以为一层薄膜结构或者多层薄膜结构。当采用液体阻燃剂时,至少要有两层薄膜结构。
除了包装层,还可以在最外层使用盒体,且该盒体采用耐火耐热材料制成,通过材料耐高温、高强度的特性来保证盒体的稳定性,即使在高温情况下盒子也不变形不烧破,但内衬使用易燃易收缩材料,但装有阻燃液剂,在热失效的情况下,阻燃液剂流出,冷却电池并切断反应过程。
具体应用时,当电池热失效的条件下,包装层破裂,阻燃剂流出,从而淹盖电池并阻断热失效过程。除了电池这一个具体应用示例以外,本发明的该包装结构还可以用于其他易起火的物品上,或者是直接用在常规包装盒上。

1.一种包装结构,包括围绕在被包装物体上的包装层,其特征在于,所述包装层内设有阻燃剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池的包装结构,其特征在于,所述包装层内具有若干个相互连通或不连通的腔室,所述阻燃剂封装在全部或部分所述腔室内。
3.如权利要求2所述的包装结构,其特征在于,所述腔室的形状包括圆形、椭圆形、多边形或者异形。
4.如权利要求2所述的包装结构,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为液体。
5.如权利要求4所述的包装结构,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂通过海绵吸收后再装入所述腔室内。
6.如权利要求4所述的包装结构,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂包括水、添加有无机盐的水、添加有降低结冰温度的添加剂的水及其组合。
7.如权利要求1所述的包装结构,其特征在于,所述包装层采用塑料或橡胶、或者是混合了固体阻燃剂的塑料或橡胶制成。
8.如权利要求7所述的包装结构,其特征在于,所述包装层为一层薄膜结构或者多层薄膜结构。
9.如权利要求1所述的包装结构,其特征在于,还包括设于所述包装层外层的盒体。
10.如权利要求9所述的包装结构,其特征在于,所述盒体采用耐火耐热材料制成。
