本发明涉及一种新型抗压耐寒输送带，属于传输带技术领域。
背景技术
输送带作为物料的常规运输工具，已经普及应用在各行各业，目前输送装置中使用的输送带的输送面多是平面，随着运输的物料的种类繁多，各种不同性质的物料需要被运送，例如表面比较光滑的物品，或者形状不规则的物品，或者具有腐蚀性的物品又或者是冷冻温度很低的物品，普通的平面输送带无法完好无损运送上述物品，因此无法满足市场需求，另外在低温环境下，特别是北方恶劣的环境温度下，机械的故障率增加，使物料的输送难度增加，目前迫切需求一种抗压、抗高寒的耐寒输送带。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型抗压耐寒输送带，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种新型抗压耐寒输送带，包括主体，所述主体外表面连接有缓冲层，所述缓冲层外表面设有钢丝骨架层，所述钢丝骨架层外表面设有玻璃纤维层，所述玻璃纤维层外表面设有耐磨层，所述主体两侧设有包边，且所述包边分别连接主体、钢丝骨架层、玻璃纤维层、耐磨层，所述缓冲层包括橡胶主体，所述橡胶主体内设有气压腔，所述气压腔顶部与底部对称设有气垫，所述玻璃纤维层底部设有凹孔，所述钢丝骨架层顶部设有凸起，且所述凸起设于凹孔内，所述主体上设有固定杆，且所述固定杆分别贯穿缓冲层、钢丝骨架层、玻璃纤维层，所述固定杆两端连接耐磨层。
进一步的，所述缓冲层顶端设于钢丝骨架层内。
进一步的，所述钢丝骨架层是由横竖交错的钢丝编制而成。
进一步的，所述耐磨层的外表面上设有凹槽，且所述凹槽内腔底部设为中间高两边低的结构。

本发明的有益效果是：本发明所涉及的一种新型抗压耐寒输送带，结构简单，设计合理，通过设置缓冲层，减少运输物品对输送带的压力，提高输送带的抗压能力，通过设置钢丝骨架层，提高了输送带的强度，不易被损坏，通过设置玻璃纤维层，具备有抗寒性，使输送带在寒冷环境下能够工作，通过设置包边，使输送带的整体连接紧密，通过设置固定杆，增强层与层之间的连接强度，不易发生分离，通过采用缓冲层部分嵌于钢丝骨架层的结构，使两者之间连接紧密，不易发生脱离，通过设置凹孔与凸起相配合，使钢丝骨架层紧密的连接玻璃纤维层，固定杆中设置复位弹簧，使固定杆在提供一定承载力的同时，具备有一定的缓冲能力，有效的解决了上述背景技术中的问题。

本发明工作原理：工作时，缓冲层2减少了运输物品对输送带的压力，提高输送带的抗压能力，钢丝骨架层3提高了输送带的强度，使输送带不易被损坏，玻璃纤维层4具备有抗寒性，使输送带在寒冷环境下能够工作，包边6使输送带的整体连接紧密，固定杆11增强了层与层之间的连接强度，不易发生分离，采用缓冲层2部分嵌于钢丝骨架层3的结构，使两者之间连接紧密，不易发生脱离，凹孔9与凸起10相配合，使钢丝骨架层3紧密的连接玻璃纤维层4，固定杆中11设置复位弹簧15，使固定杆11在提供一定承载力的同时，具备有一定的缓冲能力，以达到输送带各部之间连接紧密，且具备抗压能力的目的。
