(2) manufacturing a frame, coating glue on the lower surface of the frame, placing the frame on a bamboo-wood base layer, then coating glue on the upper surface of the frame, placing the bamboo-wood panel obtained in the step (1) on the frame, placing a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) veneer layer on the bamboo-wood panel, performing cold pressing for 16h at room temperature, molding and edge sealing to obtain a prefabricated door, wherein the bamboo-wood base layer is made of a bamboo-wood fiberboard with the thickness of 2.5mm, the frame is made of a veneer obtained by performing rotary cutting on raw wood, the veneer is cut and assembled to obtain the frame, and the frame is filled with a conventional foam board;
(3) polishing the prefabricated door obtained in the step (2) by using 240-mesh sand paper, and treating by using an atomization treating agent, wherein the atomization treating agent comprises 52% of butanone, 40% of ethyl acetate and 8% of a polyurethane solution by weight percent, and the preparation method of the polyurethane solution comprises the following steps: adding 20 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol with molecular weight of 2000-2500 and 5 parts by weight of 4, 4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate into 5 parts by weight of ethyl acetate solvent, and reacting at 70 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain the polyurethane solution; after the solvent of the atomized treatment agent is volatilized, the primer is sprayed, and the spraying amount of the primer is 290-300g/m2After the primer is dried, polishing by using 300-mesh sand paper, and then spraying finish paint, wherein the spraying amount of the finish paint is 260-265g/m2And drying to obtain the bamboo wood baking finish door.
Test examples
Warping degree tests are carried out on the bamboo and wood baking finish doors obtained in the embodiments 1-5 of the invention and certain commercially available water-bent willow solid doors according to the national standard GB/T15104-2006.

The bamboo and wood baking finish doors obtained in the embodiments 1-5 of the invention and the commercially available composite doors made of boards with certain density are subjected to a dipping peeling test and a surface bonding strength test according to GB/T15104-2006.
The dipping and peeling test is carried out according to a III-type dipping and peeling test method, and the result shows that the peeling length of each side of the bamboo-wood surface layer of the bamboo-wood baked door obtained in the embodiment 1 is not more than 10mm, the peeling length of each side of the bamboo-wood surface layer of the bamboo-wood baked door obtained in the embodiment 2 is not more than 8mm, the peeling length of each side of the bamboo-wood surface layer of the bamboo-wood baked door obtained in the embodiment 3 is not more than 7mm, the peeling length of each side of the bamboo-wood surface layer of the bamboo-wood baked door obtained in the embodiment 4 is not more than 5mm, the peeling length of each side of the bamboo-wood surface layer of the bamboo-wood baked door obtained in the embodiment 5 is not more than 6mm, and the peeling length of each side of a composite door sold in.

The results show that: the bonding strength of the bamboo-wood baked door obtained in example 1 was 1.0MPa, the bonding strength of the bamboo-wood baked door obtained in example 2 was 0.9MPa, the bonding strength of the bamboo-wood baked door obtained in example 3 was 1.2MPa, the bonding strength of the bamboo-wood baked door obtained in example 4 was 1.4MPa, the bonding strength of the bamboo-wood baked door obtained in example 5 was 1.2MPa, and the bonding strength of a commercially available composite door was 0.6 MPa.
The test results show that the bamboo wood baking finish door provided by the invention is not easy to warp and has stable size; the paint is resistant to stripping, difficult to peel and paint, and has good stability; the bamboo-wood baking varnish wooden door has high bonding strength and is not easy to deform, and the bamboo-wood baking varnish wooden door provided by the invention has attractive appearance and excellent use performance.
