Abstract

(3) uniformly spraying color fixing liquid on the surface of the wicker treated in the step (2), and after 3-4 hours, putting the wicker into an oven for drying treatment to prepare the ceramic white salix integra wicker, wherein the color fixing liquid is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 23-28 parts of urea, 4-6 parts of ethylenediamine propanesulfonic acid sodium, 0.1-0.5 part of o-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and 290 parts of water.

(3) uniformly spraying a color fixing solution on the surface of the wicker treated in the step (2), and after 3 hours, putting the wicker into an oven for drying treatment to prepare the ceramic white salix integra wicker, wherein the color fixing solution is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 23 parts of urea, 4 parts of ethylene diamine propane sodium sulfonate, 0.1 part of o-aminobenzene sulfonic acid and 250 parts of water.
