Description

Method for controlling pH value of cloth surface after-treatment of anti-feathering cloth
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of processing technology of anti-feathering cloth, and particularly relates to a method for controlling the pH value of the cloth surface after the anti-feathering cloth is processed.
Background
The down-proof cloth is also called down cloth, and is mainly used for making down products such as down jackets, down quilts and the like, and bedding. The down feather is prevented from escaping, so the grey cloth has a compact tissue structure, and belongs to a fine and high-density product.
The cloth surface pH value of the anti-feathering cloth fabric is an important and mandatory physical index required by customers. Because the pH value of the human skin surface is generally subacidity, but the pH value of the cloth surface is usually subalkaline in the actual production process of a factory, the requirement of customers on the pH value of the cloth surface is more and more strict, and the requirement is generally between 5.5 and 7.0. In order to meet the requirement of the index, the best acid is selected as much as possible, the least acid is used, the maximum neutralization effect is exerted, and the pH value of the cloth surface can be kept stably within the required range. In actual production of many factories, due to the influence of production water, the influence of dyes in production, the influence of process conditions and the influence of fabrics, the pH value of the cloth cover is not uniform and stable, even the pH value of the cloth cover is seriously over-standard, and the pH value of the cloth cover can not reach the customer index once.
The pH value of the cloth surface of the anti-feathering cloth is stably controlled, and the anti-feathering cloth has positive practical significance for promoting the development of the anti-feathering cloth processing industry and meeting the market requirement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for controlling the pH value of a cloth surface after processing of an anti-feathering cloth, which can ensure that the pH value of the cloth surface after processing of the anti-feathering cloth is strictly controlled between 6.5 and 7.0 no matter whether the pH value of the cloth surface before processing is acid or alkaline, and completely meets the market requirement.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a control method for the pH value of the cloth surface after the anti-feather cloth post-treatment comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, preparing a pH buffer solution by using an Argabuffer pH control agent according to the mass concentration of 4.5-6.5 g/L and 3.0-4.0 g/L of organic acid salt, and adjusting the pH value of the buffer solution to 3.5-4.5 at the temperature of 20-60 ℃.
(2) Then, the pre-treated anti-feather cloth is mixed with the buffer solution according to the mass ratio of 1: 40-50 parts of the fabric is soaked in the buffer solution, 0.5-2.0 g/L of softening agent is added into the buffer solution, 1.0-2.0 g/L of penetrating agent for after-finishing is added, and the soaking time is 1-5 min.
(3) And (3) drying the anti-feather cloth treated by the buffer solution in an oven for 20-60 min at 50-70 ℃ to obtain the anti-feather cloth with stable pH value of the cloth surface.
The Argabuffer pH control agent in the step (1) is one of Yayucca 65, Yakucca 65-01 and Yakucca 65-02 in Shanghai.
The organic acid salt in the step (1) is one or more of Jacobsel, sodium acetate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium formate and sodium acetate.
The pH of the working solution is adjusted in the step (1) through 0.1-2.0 g/L of citric acid, 0.1-2.0 g/L of acetic acid, 0.1-2.0 g/L of formic acid or 0.1-1.0 g/L of neutralizing acid.
The softening agent in the step (2) is Yayun Yakoshu SG, Yakoshu GW, Yakoshu KC or Yakoshu CRS in Shanghai.
And (3) the penetrant for after-finishing in the step (2) is sodium alkyl succinate sulfonate, penetrant JFC or Tween-61.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the anti-feathering cloth post-treatment has excellent pH control capability, no matter how strong the alkalinity of the cloth surface is before processing, the acid is neutralized after being soaked in the buffer solution, hydroxide ions are rarely accumulated in the solution, the concentration of weak acid ions is increased, the concentration of weak acid is reduced, the relative change is small, and the ratio of the two is almost unchanged. The pH value of the cloth surface is reduced to the pH value of the buffer solution and is kept unchanged. The Argabuffer pH control agent directly controls the pH value of the cloth surface to be about 6.5, and has no influence on the color. The wide compatibility is good, and the problem of unstable pH or color change caused by human factors such as misoperation or instability can be effectively avoided. Completely meets the strict requirements of customers on the pH value of the cloth surface after the anti-feather cloth is treated.
