Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于超声电火花加工的电极丝夹头,包括前端块工具头、拧紧螺母和电极丝。其前端块工具头使用弹性性能较好的材料,在装夹电极丝的部位加工成锥形斜面,并将其在横向等分(等分数量不等),外面拧上一个锥度相等的拧紧螺母,在螺母的拧紧过程中,螺纹内锥面对装夹头的锥面挤压,从而达到压紧电极丝的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于超声技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种用于超声电火花加工的电极丝夹头。
背景技术
在航空航天、光学仪器、仪表仪器、医疗器械、电子等领域,广泛出现了包含微小孔的零部件,同时,对微小孔的精度要求也越来越高,如何快速高效地加工质量较好的微小孔是目前亟待解决的问题之一。
在传统的电火花加工基础上,附加超声振动,可以使工作液流动性增大,提高排屑能力,减少拉弧、微焊等现象的发生,提高点火法加工的质量和加工效率。
将电火花加工与超声振动相结合,一般方法是通过ER夹头,使用螺母拧紧在超声振动系统前端,这种做法实际是通过ER夹头传递超声振动。实际中发现,整套超声振动系统的阻抗特性很差,与超声电源的匹配也较差,加工效果没有达到预期的目标。因此,改善电极丝的装夹方案,重新对夹头进行设计是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有超声电火花加工系统电极丝装夹的缺点,提供了一种用于超声电火花加工的电极丝夹头,采用的技术方案是:在原有超声振动系统前端设计前端块工具头(1),形状为带有锥面的螺纹柱状;同时,在轴向钻孔并进行等分;一种拧紧螺母(2),其内螺纹与工具头外螺纹配合。通过拧紧拧紧螺母(2),对前端块工具头(1)锥面施加压力,夹紧电极丝(3)。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进行详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示,是一种用于超声电火花加工的电极丝夹头前端块工具头(1),其形状为带有锥面的螺纹柱状,锥面为受力面。在工具头的轴向方向,根据电极丝(3)的大小进行钻孔,并进行等分(等分数量不等)。前端块材料使用弹性性能较好的材料。
如图3所示,是一种用于超声电火花加工的电极丝夹头拧紧螺母(2)。其内部带螺纹,与纵扭超声电火花加工系统前端块工具头(1)相配合。当拧紧拧紧螺母时,其对工具头前端锥面施加作用力,从而使电极丝(3)夹紧。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于超声电火花加工的电极丝夹头,其特征在于:包括前端块工具头(1)、拧紧螺母(2)和电极丝(3);其前端块工具头(1)使用弹性性能较好的材料,在装夹电极丝(3)的部位加工成锥形斜面,并将其在横向等分(等分数量不等),外面拧上一个锥度相等的拧紧螺母(2),在拧紧螺母(2)的拧紧过程中,螺纹内锥面对前端块工具头(1)的锥面挤压,从而达到压紧电极丝(3)的目的。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于超声电火花加工的电极丝夹头,其特征在于:其前端快工具头(1)由带螺纹的圆柱端和不带螺纹的圆锥端组成,圆锥面为受力面。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种用于超声电火花加工的电极丝夹头,其特征在于:前端块工具头(1)依据电极丝(3)的大小进行钻孔,并在横向方向进行等分(等分数量不等)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于超声电火花加工的电极丝夹头,其特征在于:一种拧紧螺母(2),螺母内孔形状与装夹部分形状一致,内部螺纹与前端块工具头(1)螺纹相配合,内部锥面与前端块工具头(1)的锥面接触配合,拧紧螺母使前端块工具头(1)变形并挤压电极丝(3),从而达到夹紧的目的。
