Claims (10)

1. The crankshaft cleaning device for the diesel engine is characterized by comprising a shell containing cleaning liquid, a cleaning device capable of rotating circumferentially, a clamping device capable of clamping two ends of a crankshaft and driving the crankshaft to rotate, and a drying device; the shell is of a box type structure with an open top surface, the cleaning device is fixed on the shell and horizontally arranged above the shell, the clamping device is fixed above the shell and horizontally arranged above the shell, and the drying device is higher than the clamping device;
the cleaning device comprises a roller with a penetrating center and a first driving mechanism for driving the roller to rotate, the first driving mechanism is arranged on one side of the shell, a spray head and a cleaning piece are arranged on the surface of the roller, and the distance between the axis of the cleaning device and the axis of the clamping device is equal to or smaller than the distance between the axis of the crankshaft and the axis of the cleaning device;
the shell is internally provided with at least two cavities, including a first cavity and a second cavity which are internally provided with cleaning liquid, a filter plate capable of filtering the cleaning liquid is arranged between the first cavity and the second cavity, the first cavity is arranged below the clamping device, a plurality of through holes for the cleaning liquid to flow back are arranged above the first cavity, the second cavity is arranged on one side of the first cavity, a water pump is arranged in the second cavity, and a water pump pipeline is connected with a roller of the cleaning device;
the clamping device comprises a first clamping part capable of adjusting the distance and a second clamping part capable of clamping a crankshaft to be machined, wherein the first clamping part and the second clamping part are oppositely arranged, and the axes of the first clamping part and the second clamping part are coincident;
the two ends of the drying device are fixed on the supporting device, and the drying device comprises a bracket and a heating device, and a second driving mechanism for driving the heating device to horizontally reciprocate; the support is fixed on the shell, the heating device is fixed on the support, and the second driving mechanism is in driving connection with the heating device and is fixed on the support.

The crankshaft cleaning apparatus for a diesel engine according to claim 1, further comprising a third cavity provided on the other side of the first cavity, and a partition plate provided between the third cavity and the first cavity, the first driving mechanism portion being disposed in the third cavity.
