Abstract
本发明属于中医药技术领域，具体是一种治疗骨质增生的药膏及其制备方法。药膏的组分包括，细辛、生没药、独活、忍冬藤、伸筋草、麻黄、木鳖子、桑寄生、五灵脂、威灵仙、黄柏、续断、骨碎补、松香、生大黄、葛根、皂角刺、生草鸟、丹森、徐长卿、鸡血藤、土牛膝、叶下花、小黑牛、透骨草、黄明胶、海桐皮、蚕沙、川芎、三菱、乌药、延芪、生乳香、莪术、雪上一枝蒿、曼陀罗、桂枝、羌活、老鹤草、八角枫。本发明的药膏主治肝肾阴虚、寒湿凝滞、瘀血阻络等引起的骨质增生、颈腰椎间盘突出等疾病。使用本发明的膏药能够补肾壮骨，温经散寒，化瘀通络，有效缓解各骨关节酸软无力、肿胀麻木、恶寒刺痛、屈伸不利等症状。

技术领域
本发明属于中医药技术领域，具体是一种治疗骨质增生的药膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
骨质增生是目前一种常见的骨关节疾病，在骨关节处发生骨刺压迫神经引起手足麻木疼痛，屈伸行走不利，颈腰椎疼痛，坐骨神经疼痛，头痛等。此病多由肝肾真阴具虚，筋骨失养引起变形，肿大，长骨刺。目前，西医对骨质增生尚无有效的治疗药物，常采用对症处理，如疼痛时服用一些解热镇痛的药，麻木者可选用B族维生素类药物。但实践证明这些治疗方法均不理想，只是治标不治本，病情易复发。对骨质增生严重的患者采用手术治疗，但费用高，安全性差且容易复发。中医方面虽然也有一些治疗骨质增生的中成药，但疗程时间长，疗效差，费用高，达不到理想的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中的不足，提供一种治疗效果好，疗程短，不易复发，方便治疗骨质增生的药膏及其制备方法。

A、将上述中草药进行清洗，然后晒干、磨成粉状；
B、将步骤A中磨成粉状的中草药倒入反应釜中，然后再倒入植物油浸泡5小时左右；
C、将步骤B中浸泡好的中草药进行顺时针搅拌，然后待加热熬制；
D、先用60-80度的大火熬制20分钟，调到50-60度的中火熬制20分钟，然后用30-40度的小火熬制成膏状。
优选的，将熬制好的药膏取100克放于长14厘米，宽10厘米的药板上制成膏贴。
优选的，步骤D中，在小火熬制过程中加入5-12份的黄丹使其形成膏状。
本发明是一种治疗骨质增生的药膏及其制备方法，将制得的药膏贴在患病处，七天一个周期，四个周期为一疗程。本发明的药膏主治肝肾阴虚、寒湿凝滞、瘀血阻络等引起的骨质增生、颈腰椎间盘突出等疾病。使用本发明的膏药还能够补肾壮骨，温经散寒，化瘀通络，有效缓解各骨关节酸软无力、肿胀麻木、恶寒刺痛、屈伸不利等症状。本发明治疗效果显著，疗程短，治疗方便，适合在相关治疗领域推广应用。

药膏的制备方法包括：
A、将上述中草药进行清洗，然后晒干、磨成粉状；
B、将步骤A中磨成粉状的中草药倒入反应釜中，然后再倒入植物油浸泡5小时左右；
C、将步骤B中浸泡好的中草药进行顺时针搅拌，然后待加热熬制；

药膏的制备方法包括：
A、将上述中草药进行清洗，然后晒干、磨成粉状；
B、将步骤A中磨成粉状的中草药倒入反应釜中，然后再倒入植物油浸泡5小时左右；
C、将步骤B中浸泡好的中草药进行顺时针搅拌，然后待加热熬制；
D、先用70-80度的大火熬制20分钟，调到50-55度的中火熬制20分钟，然后用30-40度的小火熬制成膏状，其中在小火熬制过程中加入7-10份的黄丹促使其形成膏状。
将熬制好的药膏取100克放于长14厘米，宽10厘米的药板上制成膏贴。

药膏的制备方法包括：
A、将上述中草药进行清洗，然后晒干、磨成粉状；
B、将步骤A中磨成粉状的中草药倒入反应釜中，然后再倒入植物油浸泡5小时左右；
C、将步骤B中浸泡好的中草药进行顺时针搅拌，然后待加热熬制；
D、先用60-70度的大火熬制20分钟，调到55-60度的中火熬制20分钟，然后用30-40度的小火熬制成膏状，其中在小火熬制过程中加入8-9份的黄丹促使其形成膏状。
将熬制好的药膏取100克放于长14厘米，宽10厘米的药板上制成膏贴。
将制得的膏贴敷在患病处，七天一个周期，四个周期为一疗程。可以有效缓解各骨关节酸软无力、肿胀麻木、恶寒刺痛、屈伸不利等症状。本发明的药膏主治肝肾阴虚、寒湿凝滞、瘀血阻络等引起的骨质增生、颈腰椎间盘突出等疾病。治疗方便，疗程短，治疗效果显著。
