Test example 1
96 SD female rats of 24 days old are taken and randomly divided into 12 groups, which are respectively 1-12 groups, wherein 1-7 groups of the SD female rats are respectively coated with breast enhancing cream provided by massage examples 1-7, 8-11 groups of the SD female rats are respectively coated with breast enhancing cream provided by massage comparative examples 1-4 on the breasts, 12 groups of the SD female rats are blank control groups and are coated with massage glycerin, 12 groups of the SD female rats are respectively applied with two massage administrations at 8:00 am and 20:00 pm and are massaged until the breast enhancing cream is completely absorbed, the SD female rats are treated after two weeks, jugular vein blood is collected to measure the contents of estradiol and progesterone, a pair of mammary glands on the abdomen of the rats are taken and weighed, and the ratio of the weight of the mammary glands to the weight is calculated, and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the estradiol content and progesterone content of groups 1-7 are significantly higher than those of group 12, which shows that the breast-enlarging cream provided by examples 1-7 can significantly increase the estradiol and progesterone content in rats, while the development of mammary gland is mainly controlled by estrogen and progesterone, estradiol can stimulate the growth of mammary gland, and significantly increase the progesterone receptor number of mammary gland cells, and estradiol and progesterone cooperate to promote the development of mammary acinus, and the estradiol and progesterone content can reflect the development level of mammary gland to some extent.
As can be seen from the comparison of the groups 1 to 7 with the groups 8 to 11, the breast-enlarging creams provided in examples 1 to 7 can significantly increase the estradiol and progesterone content in rats and stimulate the mammary gland growth by the mutual synergy of the soybean isoflavone extract, the cowherb seed extract, the kudzu root extract and the vitamin E.
As can be seen from the comparison of the 6 groups with the 1-5 groups, the breast-enlarging cream provided in example 6 can significantly increase the estradiol and progesterone content in rats by adding palmitoyl tripeptide and acetyl hexapeptide, and stimulate mammary gland growth.
As can be seen from the comparison between the 7 and 6 groups, the breast-enlarging cream provided in example 7 synergistically acts with palmitoyl tripeptide and acetyl hexapeptide by adding commiphora mukul resin extract, and can penetrate into rats to secrete more estradiol and progesterone, so that mammary tissues are increased.
Test example 2
160 women with healthy breasts with B cups are selected, the women are 20-40 years old and have no treatment within one month, the women are randomly divided into 8 groups, 1-8 groups respectively, and 20 people in each group, wherein 1-3 groups use the breast enhancement cream provided by examples 5-7 respectively, 4-7 groups use the breast enhancement cream provided by comparative examples 1-4 respectively, 8 groups use glycerin, the breast enhancement cream is smeared for 2 times every day, and the same breast massage method is used until the cream is completely absorbed for 56 days, and the curative effect is shown in Table 2.
The judgment standard of the curative effect is as follows:
the effect is shown: the breast volume is increased by more than 30 percent;
effective, breast volume increases 25-30%;
improving the breast, and increasing the breast volume by 10-25%;
and (4) invalidation: the breast volume was unchanged.

As can be seen from table 2, the effective rates of groups 1-3 were significantly higher than those of group 8, which demonstrates that the breast augmentation creams provided in examples 5-7 can significantly promote the growth of mammary tissue, resulting in an increase in breast volume.
As can be seen from the comparison between the groups 1 and 4-7, the effective rate of the group 1 is significantly higher than that of the group 4-7, which indicates that the breast-enlarging cream provided by the group 1 has a more significant breast-enlarging effect by the mutual synergy of the soybean isoflavone extract, the cowherb seed extract, the kudzu root extract and the vitamin E.
As can be seen from the comparison of the group 2 with the group 1, the effective rate of the group 2 is higher than that of the group 1, which indicates that the breast-enlarging cream provided by the example 6 can remarkably promote the growth of mammary glands and increase the breast volume by adding the palmitoyl tripeptide and the acetyl hexapeptide.
As can be seen from the comparison of the 3 groups with the 2 groups, the significant efficiency of the 3 groups was significantly higher than that of the 2 groups, which indicates that the breast augmentation cream provided in example 7 can promote the growth of mammary glands more rapidly by adding commiphora mukul resin extract to act synergistically with palmitoyl tripeptide and acetyl hexapeptide.
