本发明公开了一种手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维、耐磨涂层剂、抗菌剂、防静电剂。耐磨涂层剂中纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯采用如下工艺制备:将聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯及催化剂加热反应制得预制料;将纳米氮化锆、交联剂加入预制料中升温反应制得纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯。本发明的手术衣用无纺布材料的耐磨性能好、手感柔软,可满足医用要求。

一种手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,尤其涉及一种手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料。
背景技术
手术衣所用织物属于医疗用屏蔽织物,主要着重阻隔性能,包括防止液体与微生物渗透的性能。因为医护人员在进行医疗救护中,不可避免地会接触到病人的血液与体液,病人的血液与体液往往可能携带各种病原体。手术衣在穿着使用中应不易产生毛屑或微尘,因手术衣表面掉落的绒毛、微粒等容易携带病原体,对病人安全造成危害;同时,手术衣应该具有强的牵张力及耐磨损性能,因为,衣服的破裂与磨损将使病原体与医护人员的皮肤产生直接接触,使手术衣失去防护能力。然而目前常用的手术衣的耐磨性能差,不能满足人满需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,耐磨、热稳定性高、手感柔软、抗菌效果好。
本发明提出一种手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维90-110份,耐磨涂层剂5-10份,抗菌剂1-2份,防静电剂0.5-1.5份。
优选地,耐磨涂层剂原料按重量份包括:纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯80-90份,聚丙烯酸酯10-20份,聚乙烯醇5-10份,增稠剂1-4份,润湿剂1-2份,消泡剂0.5-1份。
优选地,纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯采用如下工艺制备:将聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯及催化剂加热反应制得预制料;将纳米氮化锆、交联剂加入预制料中升温反应制得纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯。
优选地,聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、催化剂、纳米氮化锆、交联剂的重量比为20-30:3-6:55-65:0.5-1.0:4-8:1-3。
优选地,聚碳酸酯二醇的相对分子量为3000-4000。
优选地,纳米氮化锆的粒径为15-30nm。
优选地,催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡和/或辛酸亚锡。
优选地,交联剂为亚甲基双环己烷胺和/或乙烯基三甲基硅烷。
优选地,加热温度为50-60℃,加热反应时间2-4h。
优选地,升温温度为80-90℃,升温反应时间为1-3h。
优选地,纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯的固含量为45-55%。
优选地,抗菌剂为纳米金属抗菌剂。
本发明以聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、催化剂、纳米氮化锆、交联剂为原料,经加热反应将碳硼烷引入线性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯分子链中,进一步升温交联纳米氮化锆得到纳米改性高固含量的聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯,再配合聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯醇、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂制得得耐磨涂层剂,耐磨、热稳定性高、手感柔软、聚丙烯纤维的附着力强,可显著提高手术衣的耐磨性能;本发明还加入了纳米金属抗菌剂,一方面可以杀菌、抗病毒,另一方面可配合耐磨涂层剂进一步提高手术衣的耐磨性能。本发明以聚丙烯纤维、耐磨涂层剂、抗菌剂、防静电剂为原料,合理限定各组分含量及纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯的制备工艺条件,得到手术衣用无纺布材料的耐磨、热稳定及抗菌性能好,可以满足医用要求。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维90份,纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯4.1份,聚丙烯酸酯0.5份,聚乙烯醇0.26份,增稠剂0.05份,润湿剂0.05份,消泡剂0.02份,纳米金属抗菌剂1份,防静电剂0.5份。
纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯采用如下工艺制备:按重量比为20:3:55:0.5:4:1分别称取相对分子量为3000的聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、粒径为15纳米氮化锆、亚甲基双环己烷胺,将聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯及二月桂酸二丁基锡加热至50℃反应2h制得预制料;将纳米氮化锆、亚甲基双环己烷胺加入预制料中升温至80℃反应1h,制得固含量为45%的纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯。
实施例2
一种手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维110份,纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯7.1份,聚丙烯酸酯1.6份,聚乙烯醇0.8份,增稠剂0.3份,润湿剂0.16份,消泡剂0.08份,纳米金属抗菌剂2份,防静电剂1.5份。
纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯采用如下工艺制备:按重量比为30:6:65:1.0:8:3分别称取相对分子量为4000的聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、辛酸亚锡、粒径为30nm纳米氮化锆、乙烯基三甲基硅烷,将聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯及辛酸亚锡加热至60℃反应4h制得预制料;将纳米氮化锆、乙烯基三甲基硅烷加入预制料中升温至90℃反应3h,制得固含量为55%的纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯。
实施例3
一种手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维100份,耐磨涂层剂原料按重量份包括:纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯5.9份,聚丙烯酸酯1.1份,聚乙烯醇0.49份,增稠剂0.18份,润湿剂0.14份,消泡剂0.07份,纳米金属抗菌剂1.5份,防静电剂1份。
纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯采用如下工艺制备:按重量比为25:4:60:0.8:6:1.5分别称取相对分子量为3500的聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、粒径为23nm纳米氮化锆、亚甲基双环己烷胺,将聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯及二月桂酸二丁基锡加热至55℃反应3h制得预制料;将纳米氮化锆、亚甲基双环己烷胺加入预制料中升温至85℃反应2h,制得固含量为50%的纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯。
实施例4
一种手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯纤维95份,耐磨涂层剂原料按重量份包括:纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯6.6份,聚丙烯酸酯1.4份,聚乙烯醇0.5份,增稠剂0.16份,润湿剂0.08份,消泡剂0.08份,纳米金属抗菌剂1份,防静电剂1.5份。
纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯采用如下工艺制备:按重量比为23:5:57:0.9:7:2.5分别称取相对分子量为3600的聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、辛酸亚锡、粒径为27nm纳米氮化锆、乙烯基三甲基硅烷,将聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯及辛酸亚锡加热至57℃反应3.5h制得预制料;将纳米氮化锆、乙烯基三甲基硅烷加入预制料中升温至88℃反应2.5得固含量为52%米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯。

2.根据权利要求1所述手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其特征在于,耐磨涂层剂原料按重量份包括:纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯80-90份,聚丙烯酸酯10-20份,聚乙烯醇5-10份,增稠剂1-4份,润湿剂1-2份,消泡剂0.5-1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其特征在于,纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯采用如下工艺制备:将聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯及催化剂加热反应制得预制料;将纳米氮化锆、交联剂加入预制料中升温反应制得纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯。
4.根据权利要求3所述手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其特征在于,聚碳酸酯二醇、碳硼烷二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、催化剂、纳米氮化锆、交联剂的重量比为20-30:3-6:55-65:0.5-1.0:4-8:1-3。
5.根据权利要求3所述手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其特征在于,聚碳酸酯二醇的相对分子量为3000-4000;优选地,纳米氮化锆的粒径为15-30nm。
6.根据权利要求3所述手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其特征在于,催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡和/或辛酸亚锡;优选地,交联剂为亚甲基双环己烷胺和/或乙烯基三甲基硅烷。
7.根据权利要求3所述手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其特征在于,加热温度为50-60℃,加热反应时间2-4h;优选地,升温温度为80-90℃,升温反应时间为1-3h。
8.根据权利要求3所述手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其特征在于,纳米改性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯的固含量为45-55%。
9.根据权利要求1所述手术衣用耐磨无纺布材料,其特征在于,抗菌剂为纳米金属抗菌剂。
