背景技术
根据调查显示,最近几年,咀嚼片剂在我们的生活中的应用越来越广泛,不仅仅局限于药品,在食物、营养强化剂等方面也得到了广泛的应用,并且展现出了一定得优势。而在西药方面,咀嚼片如用于补钙用的各种钙制剂、可妊娠期的妇女,成长期的儿童在成长及由于各种原因患骨质疏松的人群中。与液体药剂相比,咀嚼片使用方便,节省时间,同时具有较好的品感,易于获得普通人群的接受;与普通的片剂相比,咀嚼片通过咀嚼,其崩解度不受限制,更有利于药物成分的释放,使起效时间缩短。因此,对于咀嚼片在食品及保健品领域的研究也有显著的进展。
黄参(Sphallerocarpus gracilis),主产于甘肃省张掖市山丹县,其形似人参,通体金黄,是多年生纯天然植物。黄参根中含有16种氨基酸,Ca、Fe、Zn、P等元素,是一种具有经济价值的绿色保健食品。研究报道,黄参可治疗虚寒、乏力等症,而且黄参对妇女气血失调具有极好疗效,同时黄参对儿童发育迟缓等具有良好的食疗效果,由于上述疗效,黄参被誉为食物中的“小人参”,具有益气补血,强壮身体之功效。
兰州百合(Lilium davidii unicoior Cotton)是多年生宿草本植物,常被人们称为“甜百合”。百合中的多糖具有一些显著的生理活性,赵国华等人通过研究小白鼠移植性实体瘤,发现百合多糖对移植性黑色素和肺癌有显著性的抑制作用。刘成梅等人通过对小白鼠进行降血糖实践试验,得出百合多糖具有修复β-胰岛细胞、肾上腺皮脂激素分泌下降和增强胰岛素功能,使血糖降低。吴少华等人对百合总多糖的免疫活性进行了初步研究,结果表明百合总多糖具有加强免疫调节的作用。但目前我国百开发利用率很低,以初级产品形式食用占主要部分,产品附加值不高。

本发明的一种黄参百合复合咀嚼片的配方及其制备方法,其配方按以下质量比计算:黄参粉10-20份,百合粉30-50份,微晶纤维素2-4份,淀粉10-2份,甘露醇10-25份,蔗糖2-5份,硬脂酸镁0.5-2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-15份,浓度为80%的乙醇40-60份。
食用咀嚼片的制备工艺:
(1)将黄参,百合用清水洗净,随即放入清水中浸泡,再水煮,取出,40~60℃烘干,用粉碎机打碎,过筛,留下层微粉,备用:
(2)混合物的制备:称取黄参百合复合粉末,麦芽糊精,微晶纤维素,可溶性淀粉,黄原胶,蔗糖,加入配置好的80%的乙醇40~60份,混合均匀;
(3)造粒:将上述混合物过2号筛,将过筛后的混合物颗粒放入烘箱中,45℃干燥1~2小时,过20目,100目的筛子,去除大于20目的颗粒和小于100目的颗粒;
(4)压片:将(3)中制得的颗粒加入0.5~2份的硬脂酸镁,混匀,用压片机压制成粒。

实施例1
原配料比:黄参粉10份,百合粉30份,微晶纤维素2份,淀粉10份,甘露醇10份,蔗糖2份,硬脂酸镁0.5份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5份,浓度为80%的乙醇40份。
(1)将黄参,百合用清水洗净,随即放入清水中浸泡,再水煮,取出,40℃烘干,用粉碎机打碎,过筛,留下层微粉,备用:

原配料比:黄参粉20份,百合粉50份,微晶纤维素4份,淀粉20份,甘露醇25份,蔗糖5份,硬脂酸镁2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15份,浓度为80%的乙醇60份。
(1)将黄参,百合用清水洗净,随即放入清水中浸泡,再水煮,取出,60℃烘干,用粉碎机打碎,过筛,留下层微粉,备用:
(2)混合物的制备:称取黄参百合复合粉末,麦芽糊精,微晶纤维素,可溶性淀粉,黄原胶,蔗糖,加入配置好的80%的乙醇60份,混合均匀;
(3)造粒:将上述混合物过2号筛,将过筛后的混合物颗粒放入烘箱中,45℃干燥2小时,过20目,100目的筛子,去除大于20目的颗粒和小于100目的颗粒;
(4)压片:将(3)中制得的颗粒加入2份的硬脂酸镁,混匀,用压片机压制成粒。
Claims (3)
1.一种黄参百合复合咀嚼片的配方及其制备方法,是以百合粉,黄参粉,甘露醇,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,硬脂酸镁、微晶纤维素,无水乙醇为主要成分制备而成。
2.如权利要求1所述一种黄参百合复合咀嚼片的配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述各原料按以下质量份进行配比:黄参粉10~20份,百合粉30~50份,微晶纤维素2~4份,淀粉10~20份,甘露醇10~25份,蔗糖2~5份,硬脂酸镁0.5~2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5~15份,浓度为80%的乙醇40~60份。
3.如权利要求1所述一种黄参百合复合咀嚼片的配方及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄参,百合用清水洗净,随即放入清水中浸泡,再水煮,取出,40~60℃烘干,用粉碎机打碎,过筛,留下层微粉,备用;
(2)混合物的制备:称取黄参百合复合粉末,麦芽糊精,微晶纤维素,可溶性淀粉,黄原胶,蔗糖,加入配置好的80%的乙醇40~60份,混合均匀;
(3)造粒:将上述混合物过2号筛,将过筛后的混合物颗粒放入烘箱中,45℃干燥1~2小时,过20目,100目的筛子,去除大于20目的颗粒和小于100目的颗粒;
(4)压片:将(3)中制得的颗粒加入0.5~3份的硬脂酸镁,混匀,用压片机压制成粒。
