本发明公开了一种小麦胚芽冲调粉,所述小麦胚芽冲调粉的组分及各组分的质量份为:小麦胚芽粉50‑60份、有机硒玉米胚芽粉20‑30份、乙基麦芽酚5‑7份、蜂蜜1‑3份。采用本发明技术方案,通过以小麦胚芽粉为主原料,且加入了有机硒玉米胚芽粉,使得冲调粉中含硒营养足够,且所制得的小麦胚芽冲调粉营养成分较高,口感较佳。

本发明涉及冲调粉加工的技术领域,尤其涉及一种小麦胚芽冲调粉。
背景技术
世界卫生组织和国际营养组织确认硒为人和动物体内必需的微量元素,硒与四十多种常见疾病有直接或间接的关系,如克山病、大骨节病等都与缺硒有关,缺硒可引起人体重要器官功能失调,而且现有的冲调粉存在品种单一,色泽单一,口味单一的局限性,使得健康又营养的冲调粉无法满足消费者口感要求高,且具备口味丰富的个性化需求,因而有必要提供一种口感好、营养均衡的的大米胚冲调粉。为此,我们提出一种小麦胚芽冲调粉。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种小麦胚芽冲调粉。
本发明公开了一种小麦胚芽冲调粉,所述小麦胚芽冲调粉的组分及各组分的质量份为:小麦胚芽粉50-60份、有机硒玉米胚芽粉20-30份、乙基麦芽酚5-7份、蜂蜜1-3份;制备方法如下:
1)将小麦胚芽粉倒入调浆设备中,加入8-10倍水并搅拌均匀,并在80-90℃的温度条件下保温粘稠化处理0.3-0.5h;
2)再向调浆设备中有机硒玉米胚芽粉,并加入3-5倍水,并在70-80℃的温度条件下保温粘稠化处理0.2-0.4h;
3)将调稠浆料全部取出,向里面加入乙基麦芽酚、蜂蜜,用胶体磨均质,均质后的浆料进行真空冷冻干燥,真空冷冻干燥条件:在(-18℃)-(-20℃)的温度条件下预冻3.6-4h;
4)预冻处理后再移入冷阱温度为(-28℃)-(-30℃)的冷冻干燥,真空度为40-50pa下干燥10-12h,得小麦胚芽冲调粉。
有益效果是:通过以小麦胚芽粉为主原料,且加入了有机硒玉米胚芽粉,使得冲调粉中含硒营养足够,且所制得的小麦胚芽冲调粉营养成分较高,口感较佳。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明公开了一种小麦胚芽冲调粉,所述小麦胚芽冲调粉的组分及各组分的质量份为:小麦胚芽粉50份、有机硒玉米胚芽粉20份、乙基麦芽酚5份、蜂蜜1份;制备方法如下:
1)将小麦胚芽粉倒入调浆设备中,加入8倍水并搅拌均匀,并在80℃的温度条件下保温粘稠化处理0.3h;
2)再向调浆设备中有机硒玉米胚芽粉,并加入3倍水,并在70℃的温度条件下保温粘稠化处理0.2h;
3)将调稠浆料全部取出,向里面加入乙基麦芽酚、蜂蜜,用胶体磨均质,均质后的浆料进行真空冷冻干燥,真空冷冻干燥条件:在(-18℃)的温度条件下预冻3.6h;
4)预冻处理后再移入冷阱温度为(-28℃)的冷冻干燥,真空度为40pa下干燥10h,得小麦胚芽冲调粉。
实施例2
本发明公开了一种小麦胚芽冲调粉,所述小麦胚芽冲调粉的组分及各组分的质量份为:小麦胚芽粉55份、有机硒玉米胚芽粉25份、乙基麦芽酚6份、蜂蜜2份;制备方法如下:
1)将小麦胚芽粉倒入调浆设备中,加入9倍水并搅拌均匀,并在85℃的温度条件下保温粘稠化处理0.4h;
2)再向调浆设备中有机硒玉米胚芽粉,并加入4倍水,并在75℃的温度条件下保温粘稠化处理0.3h;
3)将调稠浆料全部取出,向里面加入乙基麦芽酚、蜂蜜,用胶体磨均质,均质后的浆料进行真空冷冻干燥,真空冷冻干燥条件:在(-19℃)的温度条件下预冻3.8h;
4)预冻处理后再移入冷阱温度为(-29℃)的冷冻干燥,真空度为45pa下干燥11h,得小麦胚芽冲调粉。
实施例3
本发明公开了一种小麦胚芽冲调粉,所述小麦胚芽冲调粉的组分及各组分的质量份为:小麦胚芽粉60份、有机硒玉米胚芽粉30份、乙基麦芽酚7份、蜂蜜3份;制备方法如下:
1)将小麦胚芽粉倒入调浆设备中,加入10倍水并搅拌均匀,并在90℃的温度条件下保温粘稠化处理0.5h;
2)再向调浆设备中有机硒玉米胚芽粉,并加入5倍水,并在80℃的温度条件下保温粘稠化处理0.4h;
3)将调稠浆料全部取出,向里面加入乙基麦芽酚、蜂蜜,用胶体磨均质,均质后的浆料进行真空冷冻干燥,真空冷冻干燥条件:在(-20℃)的温度条件下预冻4h;
4)预冻处理后再移入冷阱温度为(-30℃)的冷冻干燥,真空度为50pa下干燥12h,得小麦胚芽冲调粉。

1.一种小麦胚芽冲调粉,其特征在于:所述小麦胚芽冲调粉的组分及各组分的质量份为:小麦胚芽粉50-60份、有机硒玉米胚芽粉20-30份、乙基麦芽酚5-7份、蜂蜜1-3份;制备方法如下:
1)将小麦胚芽粉倒入调浆设备中,加入8-10倍水并搅拌均匀,并在80-90℃的温度条件下保温粘稠化处理0.3-0.5h;
2)再向调浆设备中有机硒玉米胚芽粉,并加入3-5倍水,并在70-80℃的温度条件下保温粘稠化处理0.2-0.4h;
3)将调稠浆料全部取出,向里面加入乙基麦芽酚、蜂蜜,用胶体磨均质,均质后的浆料进行真空冷冻干燥,真空冷冻干燥条件:在(-18℃)-(-20℃)的温度条件下预冻3.6-4h;
