平板式干墙天花板悬挂系统
技术领域
本发明涉及干墙天花板构造,特别是涉及一种易于隐藏干墙板之间的胶合端接缝的构造。
背景技术
干墙板制造为矩形板,标准宽度为4英尺,常规系列长度为8、10、12、14和16英尺或公制行业等值。板的长边沿或边缘在其表面侧逐渐变细。提供楔形边缘以使胶合带和合缝剂能够收纳在正在构造的天花板的表面平面上的接缝中。由于用于制造板的生产过程的限制,板的端部不是楔形的。干墙板的端部之间的接缝——有时被称为对接接缝——难以隐藏,因为合缝带的厚度会挤入到天花板的表面平面中。天花板中的对接接缝特别难以隐藏,部分原因是它们通常因间接照明而突显。通常,干墙天花板的纹理很多,以掩盖对接接缝的存在。在指定相对光滑的表面和/或干墙具有源自多孔表面的声学特性的情况下,天花板的纹理化是不实际的。美国专利7,578,107和8,898,986示出了可用于悬挂横向金属板干墙栅格T形件的金属板条或杆的实例。条或杆沿其长度具有规则的锁孔状槽,其锁住T形件的上部加强球部。干墙板通常通过自攻螺钉附接到悬挂的栅格T形件的下凸缘表面。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于悬挂式干墙天花板的栅格结构,其有助于隐藏干墙对接接缝。在本发明的结构中,间隔的平行支撑杆在规则间隔的中心上承载横向栅格T形件。干墙板固定在栅格T形件的下表面上。布置栅格,使得某些栅格T形件将覆盖干墙板的对接接缝。支撑杆和对接接缝T形件被配置成使得对接接缝T形件的下凸缘表面从由规则间隔的栅格T形件建立的平面略微升高。对接T形件凸缘的差异高度使得干墙板的对接端部通过弯曲远离由干墙板的主要表面区域表示的天花板的表面平面而被拉起。由此,干墙板对接端的局部区域提供凹槽,用于完全收纳合缝带的厚度和隐藏所述带所必要的任何合缝剂。
如所公开的那样,对接接缝T形件位于规则栅格T形件中心之间的中间位置,干墙板的弯曲变形局部化,以便使有限宽度的胶合镘刀跨越并且仅需要相对窄的一条合缝剂来隐藏接缝。
在优选实施例中,通过在对接接缝处使用竖直较短的栅格T形件获得规则间隔的栅格T形件与对接接缝T形件之间的差异高度。在这种情况下,支撑杆将所有栅格T形件的上部保持在相同的高度,使得竖直较短的栅格T形件使其下凸缘略微高于规则间隔的较长栅格T形件。

具体实施方式
示出悬挂式天花板10,其具有分别悬挂在常规金属板栅格T形件13上的全干墙板11和半干墙板12。栅格T形件悬挂在金属板杆或条14上,例如,轧制成形的0.032/0.036英寸规格的G40热浸镀锌(HDG)钢坯。杆或条14在细节上是相同的,并且通常由来自例如地板或屋顶托梁的上部结构的线15悬挂。图1中示出的天花板区域的边缘是不完整的。部分干墙板仍然需要安装并悬挂在这些区域。
参考图2到4,杆14包含沿其长度在8英寸中心上并与其下边缘相邻的锁孔状槽17。本公开中使用的尺寸应理解为包含标准行业公制等值。槽17的比例适于收纳并竖直支撑存在于常规干墙栅格T形件13上的上部加强球部18。图5示出杆14、T形件13和干墙11的关系。例如,杆14通常在水平面中悬挂在4英尺中心上的平行排中。杆14对齐,使得其槽17横向于杆来支撑栅格T形件13。
槽17,如图3和4中最清楚地可见,具有与栅格T形件加强球部18的下侧接合以支撑T形件13的配置。在槽17附近和下方的杆区域可以从杆的下部的平面弯曲,以允许T形件球部18竖直移动,即,在栅格T形件的侧面,而不是纵向移动到槽17中。然后弯曲区域可以弯曲回到杆底部的平面中以锁住槽中的T形件球部。
T形件13有规律地组装在交替的槽17中,使得其位于16英寸的中心上。组装在16英寸中心上的T形件13具有均匀的剖面和高度,例如1-5/8英寸。干墙板11、12以已知的方式用自攻螺钉25附接到T形件13的凸缘20的下表面19上。图1中的干墙板11、12的布置按错开板的端部或对接接缝来实施,以最小化可能在接缝处发生的外观变化。在所示情况下,对接接缝28位于规则间隔的栅格T形件13的16英寸中心之外,使其与这些规则T形件间隔8英寸。在对接接缝28处的T形件21使其下凸缘表面22间隔开小距离,例如,比其中存在规则T形件凸缘20的下表面19的水平面高1/8英寸。这可以通过使用竖直短于规则间隔的栅格T形件13的干墙栅格T形件来实现,应理解,竖直短T形件和较长T形件都具有相同的加强球部剖面。
图2和3的中间部分示出偏心竖直短T形件21位于两个干墙板11的端部之间的对接接缝处的状况。穿过板11的非楔形端部的螺钉25将板拉起,高于由图3中的虚线指示的天花板10的表面平面24。施加以接触竖直短T形件21的板端部的向上弯曲为合缝带26和一层合缝剂27留下空间。通常,施加在每个板端部上的曲率在相邻的较长栅格T形件13处可忽略不计。由此,横跨两个对接的板端部的平面24上方的空间的宽度将容易通过12英寸的镘刀桥接。当平面24上方的空间填充有合缝剂并且接缝和板11、12被涂漆时,接缝将是不可察觉的。
优选地,竖直较短的T形件21比板11、12的宽度和一对相邻的杆14之间的间距长,使得短T形件的端部在相邻的板11、12上呈悬臂式。竖直短T形件21的这种延伸允许相邻板11、12下面的局部区域通过一个或多个螺钉从平面24向上拉。这种局部变形确保跨越对接接缝28的合缝带26的端部可以通过合缝剂隐藏,即使其水平地延伸超过对接端部也如此。
参考图1,在天花板10的边缘区域,例如在岛形或半岛形的墙壁或开放端,短长度31的杆14料可用作相邻的一对长栅格T形件13之间的桥接。在这个自举布置中,相邻长T形件13的远侧外侧端部通过短长度31的杆料支撑对接接缝竖直短T形件21的外侧端部。消除相邻的一对长栅格T形件13之间的壁角,以在对接接缝处为板11的向上弯曲的端部区域提供间隙。对接接缝T形件21的朝内端被支撑在连续杆14中,或者在某些情况下被类似自举布置的另一短长度的杆14料支撑。
本发明特别适用于干墙天花板上需要光滑表面处理并且天花板的对接接缝不能通过使天花板纹理化而隐藏的情况。本发明的应用实例是声学整体式干墙天花板,例如美国专利8,770,345中所公开。
显而易见的是,本公开是作为示例,并且可以在不脱离本公开中含有的教示的合理范围的情况下通过添加、修改或消除细节来进行各种改变。因此,本发明不限于本公开的特定细节,除非所附权利要求必须如此限制。

Claims (7)

1.一种悬挂式干墙天花板栅格构造,其包括多个均匀间隔的平行金属板支撑杆、在所述支撑杆下侧承载的多个间隔的栅格T形件,所述支撑杆具有规则间隔的中心,用于接合和支撑栅格T形件的加强球部,所述中心和栅格T形件被构造和布置成在所述支撑杆下方的干墙板的上表面支撑所述栅格T形件的凸缘的下表面,所述支撑杆在所述规则间隔的中心之间具有中间中心,用于收纳对接接缝T形件,所述中间中心和对接接缝T形件被构造和布置成支撑所述对接接缝T形件的凸缘的下表面,与所述栅格T形件的凸缘的下表面距所述支撑杆的间距相比,所述对接接缝T形件的凸缘的下表面更靠近所述支撑杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的构造,其中所述中间中心安置在相邻的成对所述规则间隔中心之间的中间位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的构造,其中所述规则间隔的中心和所述中间中心的形状是相同的,且所述对接接缝T形件竖直地比所述规则间隔的栅格T形件短。
4.根据权利要求1所述的构造,其中所述支撑杆中心包含锁孔槽,所述锁孔槽的比例适于收纳所述栅格T形件上部的所述加强球部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的构造,其中所述对接接缝T形件比相邻杆之间的间距长,并且具有长度小于相邻杆之间的间距的悬臂端部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的构造,在从近端杆到天花板边缘的间距小于杆之间的间距的所述栅格的边缘区域,短长度杆桥接规则间隔的栅格T形件之间的空间,其中干墙板之间的对接接缝被规划并且与所述边缘相邻,所述短长度杆具有收纳对接接缝T形件的中心。
7.一种通过构造金属板支撑杆栅格和在支撑杆下方并从所述支撑杆横向悬挂的金属板栅格T形件来对干墙天花板的对接接缝进行胶合和表面处理的方法,在所述支撑杆上在规则中心处布置所述栅格T形件;在所述规则中心处的成对的相邻栅格T形件之间布置对接接缝T形件,所述对接接缝T形件具有干墙板收纳凸缘,所述凸缘升高得高于所述栅格T形件的凸缘;通过穿过所述板和所述凸缘的螺钉在所述栅格上悬挂干墙板,所述板的对接端部在所述对接接缝T形件下对齐并拧到其上,由此所述板的所述对接端部被拉起,高于一个平面,在所述平面中,在规则间隔的所述栅格T形件下面的所述板的主要表面区域、在所述板的所述对接端部下面且在所述主要表面区域的平面上方的区用合缝带和合缝剂填充。
