Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于由合成气进料生产富含甲烷的产物的方法。此外,本发明涉及用于实施该方法的设备。
诸如石油和天然气的化石液体和气体燃料的低可用性使人们重新关注能够从广泛可用的资源(例如煤、生物质以及来自焦炉的废气)合成生产可燃气体的技术的开发。所产生的气体以替代天然气或合成天然气(SNG)而闻名,其具有甲烷作为其主要成分。
本发明涉及生产甲烷化气体的方法和设备。特别地,甲烷化气体是SNG,并且该方法的进料源自焦炉,源自煤、生物质和/或废物的气化或源自生物气或热解气体。优选地,进料是焦炉煤气(COG)。
焦炭是通过将煤在无空气的炉中烘烤而由煤产生的固体燃料。在焦炭生产期间,各种挥发性煤成分被驱除并净化,并且产生了包含即二氧化碳和一氧化碳中的一种或两种以及氢和烃的废气。这种焦炉废气富含能量,并且当与钢厂相关地生产焦炭时,其经常被燃烧以产生热量,例如用于加热焦炉。然而,尤其是当焦炭在装置中作为固体燃料生产而没有其他能量要求时,可以获得过量的废气。
在甲烷化过程中,从碳氧化物和氢气形成甲烷的过程在催化剂存在下并根据以下反应方案中的任一个或其二者快速进行至平衡:

了解上述两个反应中哪一个反应更快不是很重要,因为同时在一氧化碳和二氧化碳之间以如下方式存在平衡:

无论是通过反应(1)还是反应(2)或其两者,甲烷形成的净反应都是高度放热的。因此,在通过绝热反应器中的催化剂床的过程中,反应物和产物的温度将升高。另一方面,这种升高的温度倾向于使平衡朝向较低的甲烷浓度移动。因此,只有通过以这样或那样的方式(例如通过使经冷却的产物气体进行再循环)使反应气体冷却来限制温度升高,才能完成或接近完成。
焦炉可以是独立的装置,也可以是钢生产装置的一部分。独立的装置(商用焦炉)对生产的COG具有很少的用处或没有用处。COG主要在本地用作低等级燃料,或者其仅仅被燃烧。然而,由于COG主要由CH4和合成气(CO+H2)组成,它可以转化为各种有价值的化学品(如氢、氨、甲醇和二甲醚)、SNG、液化天然气(LNG)或合成汽油。
COG可以用于通过由申请人开发的方法来生产SNG,所述方法包括将来自第一甲烷化反应器和,如果适用的话,还有来自第二甲烷化反应器的流出物的一部分再循环返回到进入所述第一反应器的进料流。这种再循环可以由压缩机驱动,或者可以由喷射器驱动。
在本申请人的先前申请(WO2012/084076)中,发现通过仔细分析热动力学和反应条件,可以通过温度控制和蒸汽添加的组合来确定最佳操作窗口。还发现,在存在C2+烃的情况下,使用喷射器来驱动产物气体的再循环是特别有益的,因为通过喷射器增加蒸汽添加的作用将具有增加再循环的作用,并且蒸汽添加和再循环的组合增加将在减少碳质材料形成方面具有协同作用。
在所述先前申请中,操作窗口是由通过根据甲烷化反应使该进料气体平衡而得到的操作温度T和具有未转化的高级烃的甲烷化平衡气体的蒸汽与高级烃分子中的碳的比率S/HHC限定的。在最广泛的形式中,用于甲烷化的操作窗口涵盖在至少1%的C2+烃的存在下,在高于460℃的温度下,在低于25的S/HHC比率下且在低于T=(30·S/HHC+425)℃的温度下的操作。
如果反应是放热的,则在通过绝热反应器中的催化剂床的过程中,反应物和产物的温度会升高。另一方面,这种升高的温度倾向于使平衡朝向较低的甲烷浓度移动。因此,只有通过以这样或那样的方式(例如通过使经冷却的产物气体进行再循环)使反应气体冷却来限制温度升高,才能完成或接近完成,如US 4,130,575中所公开的。

将蒸汽用其自身进行再加热意味着该蒸汽与来自蒸汽鼓的蒸汽分别进行再加热。
工艺加热的过热器是通过工艺热进行加热(fired)的过热器。如果使用工艺加热的过热器,其例如位于蒸汽鼓内或连接到蒸汽鼓。
将来自第一甲烷化反应器的流出物的一部分再循环返回到进入第一反应器的进料流包括喷射器,该喷射器被配置为具有蒸汽进料作为动力气体并且具有再循环的富含甲烷的产物气体作为驱动气体,其相关益处在于,提供了再循环,而不需要用于泵送的任何能量,也不需要具有活动部件的泵。特别地,通过经由喷射器添加蒸汽的再循环的使用是有吸引力的,因为蒸汽可以被用于驱动喷射器以使产物流再循环,而无需额外的能量消耗。因此,喷射器的使用允许对温度和进料中的蒸汽含量进行组合调节,以便当原料中存在高级烃时,不超过操作温度和蒸汽与高级烃的临界比率的临界组合。
对于在高温高压和不同容量下操作的喷射器的设计相当简单,并且这种喷射器相对便宜。因此,除了提高能量经济性之外,喷射器的使用还有助于改善甲烷化工艺的整体经济性。
然而,用过热蒸汽运行喷射器显然是最好的,因为饱和蒸汽可能引起腐蚀问题;并且基于沸水反应器(BWR)的装置通常仅产生饱和蒸汽,因为在SNG单元内不可能产生工艺加热的过热。这是喷射器的问题。
现在令人惊讶地发现,这个问题可以通过来自蒸汽鼓的蒸汽的所谓的等焓节流,然后将蒸汽“用其自身”进行再加热来解决,这一事实构成了本发明的关键。
等焓过程(isenthalpic process或isoenthalpic process)被定义为在没有焓或比焓的任何变化的情况下进行的过程。
在稳态、稳流的过程中,流体可能发生压力和温度的显著变化,但如果没有到周围环境或从周围环境传递的热量,没有对周围环境或者由周围环境做功,并且没有流体动能的改变,则该过程仍然是等焓的。
节流过程是等焓过程的良好实例。如果我们考虑在压力容器上提升(lifting)泄压阀或安全阀,则压力容器内的流体的比焓与流体从阀中逸出时的比焓相同。通过了解流体的比焓和压力容器外的压力,可以确定逸出流体的温度和速度。
本发明还包括用于实施该方法的设备,所述设备包括:

Claims (7)
1.一种用于从源自焦炉,源自煤、生物质和/或废物的气化或源自生物气或热解气体的合成气进料生产富含甲烷的产物气体的方法,所述方法包括
(a)将来自第一甲烷化反应器和,如果适用的话,还有来自第二甲烷化反应器的流出物的一部分再循环返回到进入所述第一甲烷化反应器的进料流包括喷射器,所述喷射器被配置为具有蒸汽进料作为动力气体并且具有再循环的富含甲烷的产物气体作为驱动气体,所述蒸汽在第一甲烷化反应器下游的沸水反应器或锅炉中产生;
(b)所述喷射器用过热蒸汽来运行;
(c)在节流阀下游除去液态水;
(d)将来自蒸汽鼓的蒸汽分成再循环流和待输出的流;和
(e)使用来自蒸汽鼓的蒸汽的至少一部分的等焓节流,然后在节流阀上游将蒸汽用其自身进行再加热,而无需工艺加热的过热器,即通过工艺热进行加热的过热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在比所述反应器中的工艺压力高约85巴的压力下产生饱和蒸汽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在比所述反应器中的工艺压力高30巴的压力下产生饱和蒸汽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在比所述反应器中的工艺压力高40巴的压力下产生饱和蒸汽。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中通过使用专用的热交换器来实现过热。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中通过将管束或线圈插入到蒸汽鼓中来实现过热。
7.一种用于实施根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法的设备,所述设备包括:
沸水反应器形式的第一甲烷化反应器,其前面可以有硫防护;和任选的第二绝热甲烷化反应器;以及还包括
过热器;
蒸汽鼓;
气液分离罐;和
喷射器,
其中对来自蒸汽鼓的蒸汽的至少一部分进行等焓节流,然后在节流阀上游将蒸汽用其自身进行再加热,由此产生运行喷射器所需的过热蒸汽。
