Abstract
本发明一种除草剂——浓乳剂,属于农药领域。
它主要由苯达松,苯氧羧酸类除草剂配以特殊的助剂
配制而成。本发明的浓乳剂可广泛用于稻田、麦田除
治全部莎草科杂草,香沟科杂草,双子叶杂草和单子
叶阔叶杂草。其防治效果明显高于单一的苯达松,二
甲四氯的防治效果。
Description
本发明属于一种除草剂浓乳剂,属于农药领域。
我国共有稻田六亿多亩,其共同特点是稻田杂草危害严重必须赖以长期的化学或人工除治,方可消除或减轻杂草危害。自八十年代以来,全国各稻区大量推广应用了杀草丹,丁草胺,禾大壮,农思它等稻田除草剂,对稗草的除治收到了良好的效果,但此类除草剂对莎草科杂草和阔叶杂草无效或效果不大,不能控制其发生或危害,致使稻田多年生杂草的发生,危害面积逐年增加。以唐海县为例,自1979-1984年杀草丹的应用面积由0.2万亩,发展到30万亩而稻田镳草(Scirpus triqueter)的发生,危害面积增加了4倍,平均每年增加43.4%。其他杂草如萤蔺(S.juncoides),扁杆镳草(S.planiculmis),慈菇(S.sagittifolia),泽泻(A.orientale)等也表现出同样的变化规律。生产上的防治措施,一般应用2,4-DJ酯(或二甲四氯)或苯达松(或敌稗)进行除治,两者的共同的效果不好,再者前者十分不安全,后者成本很高。后来研究推广了2,4-DJ酯(或二甲四氯)+苯达松(或敌稗)的方法,又因(1)由于喷雾时雾滴的展着性能和吸收性能不佳,效果不理想。尤其对萤蔺和刚毛荸荠的效果更差(不超过70%),若以收到预期效果为目的而加大用量,必加大成本。(2)农民田间混药,手续复杂,准确用量难以控制。(3)农民购买和保管繁琐,容易混乱。
本发明的目的在于针对上述缺陷,运用独特的助剂和配方,研制出一种新的复合型除草剂-莎阔净浓乳剂。该浓乳剂具有能够大幅度提高药效,安全系数大,成本低,使用管理方便等特点。
以下详细叙述本发明的主要内容。
(1)用料和配比:
48%苯达松∶苯氧羧酸类除草剂∶农助1-80号∶渗透剂∶水∶氮磷钾可溶性混合肥∶丙三醇或乙二胺=1∶(0.34-0.56)∶(0.1-0.3)∶(0.1-0.3)∶(0.2-0.8)∶(0.3-0.8)∶(0.1-0.3)。
上述用料中的渗透剂可以是渗透剂M或T。氮磷钾可溶性混合肥可以是任意比例可溶性氮磷钾混合肥。
上述苯氧羧酸类除草剂可以是(1)二甲四氯;(2)2,4-D钠盐,铵盐,丁酯;(3)芳米大;(4)2,4,5-T(涕)。
(2)生产方法:按上述比例称取各组分,先将水,苯达松,农助1-80号,渗透剂M或T,丙三醇或乙二胺放入混合反应器中混均,再将氮磷钾可溶性混合肥和苯氧羧酸类除草剂投入混合反应器中,平稳搅拌至混合反应彻底(约15分钟),以硝酸或磷酸调PH值8±0.4,过滤,包装即可。
该产品为黑褐色液体,有效成分含量20-35%,以任何比例溶于水,不燃烧,不爆炸,比重1.26,蒸汽压小于1个大汽压,冰点-10℃,小鼠急性口LD50>500mg/kg,属低毒药剂。贮存保质期二年以上。
由于特殊助剂的作用,该剂的使用中有附着,展着性好,湿润时间长,吸收快,传导性强,根除效果好的特点。施药后六小时降雨不影响药效或影响甚小。
本发明适用于稻田,麦田除治全部莎草科杂草,香沟科杂草,双子叶杂草和单子叶阔叶杂草。其防治效果明显高于苯达松,二甲四氯(见表1)。
以下是本发明的实施例:
实施例1:
将称取的48%苯达松100kg,农助1-80号10kg,渗透剂M10kg,丙三醇10kg,水20kg放入混合反应器中混均,再将氮磷钾可溶性肥混合物30kg和56%二甲四氯钠60kg投入混合反应器中,平稳搅拌至混合反应彻底(约15分钟),以硝酸调PH值8,过滤,包装即可。
实施例2:
将称取的48%苯达松100kg,农助1-80号30kg,渗透剂T30kg,乙二胺30kg,水80kg放入混合反应器中混均,再将氮磷钾可溶性肥混合物80kg和芳米大56kg投入混合反应器中,平稳搅拌至混合反应彻底(约15分钟),以硝酸调PH值8.3,过滤,包装即可。
本发明其它实施例在此不一一列举。本领域技术人员可依此类推。

1、一种莎阔净浓乳剂,其特征在于该浓乳剂由下列物质配比而成(重量比):
48%苯达松∶苯氧羧酸类除草剂∶农助1-80号∶渗透剂∶水∶氮磷钾可溶性混合肥∶丙三醇或乙二胺=1∶(0.34--0.56)∶(0.1--0.3)∶(0.1--0.3)∶(0.2--0.8)∶(0.3--0.8)∶(0.1--0.3)。
2、根据权利要求1所说的浓乳剂,其特征在于渗透剂可以是渗透剂M或T。
3、根据权利要求1所说的浓乳剂,其特征在于氮磷钾可溶性混合肥可以是任何比例的可溶性氮磷钾混合肥。
4、根据权利要求1所说的浓乳剂,其特征在于苯氧羧酸类除草剂可以是(1)二甲四氯;(2)2,4-D钠盐,铵盐,丁酯;(3)芳米大;(4)2,4,5-T(涕)之任何一种。
