本发明公开一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置，包括底座以及设置在底座上的升降支架，所述升降支架上连接有气动升降装置，气动装置上还连接有搅拌电机和盖体，盖体为下端开口桶体；底座上固定连接有储料筒，所述储料筒为上部开口的圆柱形桶体，储料筒上端套接入盖体内，储料筒下端侧面设置有出料口，盖体上设置有进料口；所述盖体中心活动连接有搅拌杆，所述搅拌电机与搅拌杆位于盖体外的部分通过齿轮连接。所述的一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置，结构简单，可以直接适配现有的喷涂装置，易于推广使用。同时，使用所述的涂料供应装置，可以防止待喷涂涂料由于长时间静置导致的黏度增加，不易喷涂；气温较低时，亦可防止涂料凝结。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料喷涂设备技术领域，具体是一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置。
背景技术
涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面，并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜，通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主，添加或不添加颜料、填料，添加相应助剂，用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。
涂料喷涂过程中，一般是流水线作业，成批次的待喷涂零件依次进入喷涂车间进行喷涂，大量的涂料需要储存在喷涂车间的供应装置中，目前的涂料供应装置多为设置有进料口和出料口的密封筒体，待使用的涂料放置在密封筒体中，由于涂料需要在筒体中长时间静置，特别是在冬天气温较低时，涂料黏度变大，流动性变差，严重时涂料会结块，影响喷涂质量。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是针对目前技术中的不足，提供一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置，能保证待喷涂涂料流动性良好，保证喷涂质量。
技术方案：为实现上述目的，本发明提供一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置，包括底座以及设置在底座上的升降支架，所述升降支架上连接有气动升降装置，所述气动升降装置上还连接有搅拌电机和盖体，盖体为下端开口桶体；底座上固定连接有储料筒，所述储料筒为上部开口的圆柱形桶体，储料筒上端套接入盖体内，所述盖体与储料筒同轴，储料筒下端侧面设置有出料口，盖体上设置有进料口；所述盖体中心活动连接有搅拌杆，所述搅拌杆伸入搅拌桶内部分为开口向下的U型分叉的杆体，所述搅拌电机与搅拌杆位于盖体外的部分通过齿轮连接。
作为本方案的一种改进，所述储料筒外壁设置有加热线圈。
作为本方案的一种改进，所述盖体内侧壁设置有密封圈。
作为本方案的一种改进，所述储料筒出料口设置有温度测量装置，所述温度测量装置测量端位于储料筒出口中心处。
作为本方案的一种改进，所述搅拌电机为伺服电机。
有益效果：本发明所述的一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置，将带喷涂的涂料放置在储料筒内，涂料被转动的搅拌杆搅动，放置涂料长时间静置发生凝固。同时储料筒外设置有加热线圈，加热线圈发出热量，提高储料筒内环境温度，在外部气温较低时，加热线圈可以提高储料筒内涂料的温度，放置由于温度过低涂料凝结。出料口处设置有温度测量装置，温度测量装置可检测处储料筒内涂料温度，通过对该温度的检测，操作人员可控制加热线圈的加热量，防止加热过度对涂料产生的负面影响。
所述的一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置，结构简单，可以直接适配现有的喷涂装置，易于推广使用。同时，使用所述的涂料供应装置，可以防止待喷涂涂料由于长时间静置导致的黏度增加，不易喷涂；气温较低时，亦可防止涂料凝结。

如图1所示的一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置，包括底座1以及设置在底座1上的升降支架2，升降支架2上连接有气动升降装置3，气动升降装置3上还连接有搅拌电机8和盖体5，盖体5为下端开口桶体，盖体5内侧壁设置有密封圈，搅拌电机8为伺服电机。底座1上固定连接有储料筒4，储料筒4为上部开口的圆柱形桶体，储料筒4上端套接入盖体5内，盖体5与储料筒4同轴，储料筒4下端侧面设置有出料口9，盖体5上设置有进料口11。储料筒4外壁设置有加热线圈7，储料筒4出料口9设置有温度测量装置10，温度测量装置10测量端位于储料筒4出口中心处。盖体5中心活动连接有搅拌杆6，搅拌杆6伸入搅拌桶内部分为开口向下的U型分叉的杆体，搅拌电机8与搅拌杆6位于盖体5外的部分通过齿轮连接。

1.一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置，其特征在于，包括底座以及设置在底座上的升降支架，所述升降支架上连接有气动升降装置，所述气动升降装置上还连接有搅拌电机和盖体，盖体为下端开口桶体；底座上固定连接有储料筒，所述储料筒为上部开口的圆柱形桶体，储料筒上端套接入盖体内，所述盖体与储料筒同轴，储料筒下端侧面设置有出料口，盖体上设置有进料口；所述盖体中心活动连接有搅拌杆，所述搅拌杆伸入搅拌桶内部分为开口向下的U型分叉的杆体，所述搅拌电机与搅拌杆位于盖体外的部分通过齿轮连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置，其特征在于：所述储料筒外壁设置有加热线圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置，其特征在于：所述盖体内侧壁设置有密封圈。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于喷涂的涂料供应装置，其特征在于：所述储料筒出料口设置有温度测量装置，所述温度测量装置测量端位于储料筒出口中心处。
