技术领域
本发明涉及中医中药技术领域，特别是涉及一种用于男性不育症的中药组合物。
背景技术
中医认为肾主藏精，主发育与生殖。肾精充盛，则人体生长发育健壮，性功能及生殖功能正常。肝主藏血，肝血充养，则生殖器官得以滋养，婚后房事得以持久。脾主运化，水谷精微得以布散，精室得以补养，才能使精液充足。凡肾、肝、脾、心等脏腑功能失调均可影响生殖功能，出现精少、精弱、精寒、精薄、精热、精稠、阳萎、早泄、不射精等症，乃至男性不育症。
1、先天因素：父母体弱，或早婚多育，或近亲婚配，或怀孕期劳欲不节，或房事不节，故使所生之子易于夭亡。先天不足，多患畸形，生殖器亦多见畸形，以致婚后不能同房，或不能生育，治疗常较困难。
2、肾气虚弱：禀赋不足，肾气虚弱，命门火衰，可致阳萎不举或举而不坚；或阳气虚弱。无力射出精液；或房劳伤肾，病久伤阴，精血耗散，而致精少精薄；或无阻不足，阴虚火旺，虚火灼精，以致遗精盗汗，精液粘稠不化，精血不合而致不育。
3、肝失疏泄：凡失恋、失意、思虑过度，或夫妻感情不和、精神紧张，或所欲不遂，同房不合谐，忍精不泄，蓄积日久，均可使肝失疏泄，以致性欲淡漠、阳萎、早泄，或遇严重痛心之事，悲哀欲绝；或恼怒太甚，郁怒伤肝，以致阳萎。性交突然意外受惊，或初婚性交疼痛而畏惧同房，日久不解而渐见阳萎、遗精、不射精。
4、湿热下注：脾失健运，痰湿内生，郁久化热，湿热痰浊蕴积干下焦，阻遏命门，或湿热下注，宗筋弛纵，以致阳萎；或湿热之邪蕴积不散，以致残精败血淤阻精关穷道，射精不能以致不育。
5、气血两伤：大病久病，劳伤肾气，精亏液乏，而致不育；思虑过度，劳伤心脾，心血亏虚，脾之化源不足，日久导致肾气亏虚，以致精少；或形体衰弱，神疲乏力，阳事不兴，亦可产生不育。
6、外感邪毒：包皮过长，秽垢内积，湿热酿毒；或房事不节，染及淫毒；或感受内热、疫毒、风寒，而使淫毒流窜，注于下焦，并见梅毒、淋浊、血精之病，以致男性不育。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于男性不育症的中药组合物及其制备方法。

本发明的中药组合物的制备方法，即将各中药组分通过水煎制成汤剂。
本发明的中药组合物的制备方法，将各中药组分烘干，研粉，过80目筛子即成散剂。
精子数量少、死精子过多、精子活动力低而导致“男性不育症”，一半多由肾虚、精弱、气血两亏所致。发明人根据“虚则补之”的原则，在临床组成“育嗣散”治宜温阳益精，补气养血。其中川断、仙灵脾、巴戟天、寸云、菟丝子温肾壮阳、补命门之火，提高生精功能，为君；熟地、枸杞子、黄芪、党参补气血、益肝肾，使之阳得阴助而生化无穷为巨；牛膝、红花、乌药引药下行、活血理气，为佐；炙甘草调和诸药兼益气为使，诸药共奏，补肾填精、益气养血、补而不滞之功。
本方通过临床实践观察，只要“辨证施治”疗效显著，推测本方对精子成熟等环节有较大影响。“育嗣散”只要辩证使用，较市面的“补肾养精”等药有一定优势。
同现有技术相比，本发明的突出效果在于：
本发明的中药组合物主治精子数量少、精子成活率低、活动力弱等，辨证属于肾阳不足、气血两虚。其中，制成散剂时，不破坏药材中任何有效成份，易被人体吸收、疗效稳定、经济可靠；携带方便；不易变质。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的用于男性不育症的中药组合物及其制备方法作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于男性不育症的中药组合物，其配方为菟丝子15g，枸杞子15g，仙灵脾12g，肉苁蓉12g，巴戟天12g，川续断30g，当归15g，熟地15g，牛膝10g，黄芪15g，党参12g，炙甘草6g，红花6g，乌药6g。
用药方法：
(1)水煎剂，每日一付，水煎两遍，早、晚饭前约30分钟至60分钟内服；
(2)粉剂(散剂)，每次6g，每日2次，饭前1小时用温开水送服，水温宜35°为佳，30天为一疗程。
观察指标：精子数量少或精子成活率低或活动力弱，或者上述症状三项或两项并存的不育症患者为观察对象，经过1-3个疗程让爱人怀孕或不症状有不同程度的好转。
疗效判定标准：
痊愈：治疗后让爱人怀孕；
有效、好转：(1)精子密度每毫升增加在1千万以上；(2)精子成活率增加10％以上；(3)精子活动力a+b>32％。
疾病总体的治疗结果：临床观察236人，总体疗效良好，有效率达95％。
