The project flow management module 6.2.11 is sequentially connected with a fire-fighting filing module 6.2.19 and a progress control module 6.2.10, and the progress control module 6.2.10 is connected with an after-sales management module; the fire fighting filing module 6.2.19 selects and writes relief of construction in a fire fighting project, and forms a flow; the after-sale management module manages and configures after-sale opinions.
In the scheme, a user selects an entrance level mode, the three-level contract management module 5.3 respectively performs configuration management on materials/manual/professional subcontracts and the like according to the three-level contract content implemented by engineering, the materials are managed through the project department cost library module 6.2.7, and the material procurement management module 6.2.22 is respectively connected to the material cost management module 6.2.5.1 and the project department cost library module 6.2.7 to perform relevant adjustment on the material cost and the project department cost. Meanwhile, the material payment-for-sale management module 6.2.23 is associated with the third-level contract financial management module 7.1.3, and manages the financial data execution at the third-level contract financial management module 7.1.3 at the time of payment-for-sale for the material cost related in the material cost management module 6.2.5.1.
The cost management module 6.2.13 manages project department composite costs, upfront expenses, stockholder expenses, service fees, and consumption expenses such as material/labor/professional subcontracts of the project. According to the data condition in the first-level contract management module 5.1, the invoicing and money returning management module 7.5 carries out overall tracking, reminding and association of invoicing and money returning to the first-level contract financial management module 7.1.1 for data management. Meanwhile, the first-level supplementary agreement management module 5.4 manages the post supplementary contract of the first-level project contract, manages the sub-contracts in the frame agreement or a plurality of sub-contracts in the same system, and adjusts the data in the first-level contract financial management module 7.1.1 according to the content. The tax management module 7.6 is associated with the cost management module 6.2.13 and the third-level contract financial management module 7.1.3, manages the tax rate of each project sales tax, the payment place and payment mode, the tax rate of the entry tax, the amount of deductible money and the like, and manages and controls the tax burden of a single project; meanwhile, tax data is adjusted in time according to the invoicing and refund management module 7.5 and the primary supplement protocol management module 5.4. The primary supplement agreement management module 5.4 is associated with the audit settlement module 6.2.14.1, the audit settlement module 6.2.14.1 settles the project, project settlement amount can be generated according to the project implementation situation, the settlement reporting situation is tracked and managed, and finally, the audit amount is formed.
The visa bill management module 6.2.15 is mainly responsible for generating visa bills for approving changes and visa-enabled changes, supervising signing, sealing and recycling of the visa bills, and associating the related cost data with the cost management module 6.2.13 for data execution management.
The second level contract management module 5.2 manages the total responsibility contract of the second level project, and the service charge of each project is managed in the service charge management module 7.8 and is included in the cost management module data. And performing data management according to the content in the second-level contract management module 5.2 and associating the content with the second-level contract financial management module 7.1.2, wherein the data adjustment management is performed on the second-level contract financial management module 7.1.2 after the adjustment of the deposit related to the deposit is performed through the deposit management module 7.9.
In the above mode, the internal settlement module 6.2.14.2 can perform internal settlement according to the data of the cost management module 6.2.13, and can count various costs occurring on the project from time to time through the project cost analysis management system, compare the various costs with the original target, perform cost analysis, and confirm whether each material or each project quantity is changed or increased, why the quantity is increased, whether there is a visa, and the condition of money adjustment.
