技术领域
本发明涉及电视机制造技术领域,具体涉及一种电视机。
背景技术
电视机中的扩散板主要功能是使入射光充分散射,实现更柔和、均匀的照射效果。一般来说,现在通用的扩散板都是将GPPS和光扩散粒子通过挤压形成,由于光扩散粒子内部含有光扩散剂,光扩散剂不可避免地会吸收入射光,从而导致入射光在通过扩散板后造成光的损失,减少了光的利用率,造成光扩散不均匀。
液晶显示色彩鲜明度要求越来越高,这就需要提高显示装置的色域值,由于高色域量子点的膜片裁切边缘有一定宽度的失效区,导致失效区的颜色与其他区域的颜色产生色差,色域均匀性差。
电视机内部LGP的导光板,通长形状都是长方形,电视机垂直摆放,导光板容易下滑压伤灯条。
近年来,液晶电视的外观发展趋势是更加的轻薄和超窄,进而将电视机后盖设计的越来越小,或分区域设计,原有的后盖内的空间无法满足要求,需要将后盖的设计规格放大,但由于受限塑胶后盖模具费用高,两者之间难以取舍,给设计者带来困扰。
发明内容
为解决上述,本发明提供一种电视机,设计合理,结构简单,在保持电视机轻薄的基础上,满足电视机配置需求,同时降低了成本;能够有效防止导光板滑落压坏灯条;降低了电视机内部温度,保护和延长电视机主板的稳定性;有效解决可视区的色差问题,背光模组的色域均匀性高;电视机安装更加方便。
一种电视机,它包括面框、液晶屏、背光组件、机芯及后盖,所述的面框与后盖连接,构成一容纳空间,容纳空间内由前至后依次设置有液晶屏、背光组件、机芯;所述的背光组件包括光学膜片、反射板、扩散板、导光板以及灯条,其特征在于:所述的灯条固定安装在导光板的地侧,正对导光板的入光面,导光板的天侧横向均匀设置有若干卡块,卡块与卡槽一一对应,卡槽设置在面框天侧,导光板安装在面框上,卡块从侧面插入对应卡槽内,卡块与卡槽卡接;所述的后盖上设置有用于容置机芯的容置腔;所述的机芯电连接灯条,机芯上集成设置有若干功能接口以及电源接口,在容置腔的侧壁设置有金属防护挡板,防护挡板上设置有若干开口,开口与功能接口以及电源接口一一对应,功能接口、电源接口分别穿过对应开口伸出;所述的防护挡板表面设置有黑色吸热层,防护挡板上还均匀设置有若干散热孔;所述的扩散板为量子点扩散板;它还包括便携式壁挂底座。

(1)选用PS或PC或PMMA塑料颗粒作为本料。
(2)按重量比,选取100份本料,再选取10份粉剂混合物,将选取的本料及粉剂混合物均匀搅拌混合后制成光学母粒。
(3)按重量比,选取100份所述本料、30份所述光学母粒、30份GPPS、15份量子点,搅拌均匀后投入挤出成型机中,在挤出成型机中将混合物融化并搅拌均匀,通过挤出成型机成型出量子点扩散板板材。
(4)通过挤出线冷却量子点扩散板板材,使量子点扩散板板材平整,并将成型的量子点扩散板板材裁切成与背光模组相适应尺寸的量子点扩散板成品。
对上述技术方案作进一步的改进和细化,在步骤(2)中所述的粉剂混合物包括扩散剂、抗UV剂、氧化剂、光稳定剂和润滑分散剂。

本发明优点是:
(1)利用设置在后盖上的容置腔,在保持电视机轻薄的基础上,满足电视机配置需求,同时降低塑胶后盖模具费用,降低成本。
(2)改进导光板结构,有效防止导光板滑落压坏灯条。
(3)利用设置在挡板本体表面的黑色吸热层易吸收热量,同时利用均匀设置在挡板本体上的散热孔,将热量散热出去,从而实现降低电视机内部温度,保护和延长电视机主板的稳定性。
(4)量子点扩散板在挤出成型中融合量子点,白光激发层受蓝光激发产生白色光线穿过量子点扩散板的无效区,而从量子点扩散板的出光面射出的也是白色光线,二者色差小,可以有效解决可视区的色差问题,背光模组的色域均匀性高。
(5)配套设置有便携式壁挂底座,电视机安装更加方便。

量子点扩散板的制备方法:

(3)按重量比,选取100份所述本料、30份所述光学母粒、30份GPPS、15份量子点,搅拌均匀后投入挤出成型机中,在挤出成型机中将混合物融化并搅拌均匀,通过挤出成型机成型出量子点扩散板板材。
(4)通过挤出线冷却量子点扩散板板材,使量子点扩散板板材平整,并将成型的量子点扩散板板材裁切成与背光模组相适应尺寸的量子点扩散板成品。

1.一种电视机,它包括面框、液晶屏、背光组件、机芯及后盖,所述的面框与后盖连接,构成一容纳空间,容纳空间内由前至后依次设置有液晶屏、背光组件、机芯;所述的背光组件包括光学膜片、反射板、扩散板、导光板以及灯条,其特征在于:所述的灯条固定安装在导光板的地侧,正对导光板的入光面,导光板的天侧横向均匀设置有若干卡块,卡块与卡槽一一对应,卡槽设置在面框天侧,导光板安装在面框上,卡块从侧面插入对应卡槽内,卡块与卡槽卡接;所述的后盖上设置有用于容置机芯的容置腔;所述的机芯电连接灯条,机芯上集成设置有若干功能接口以及电源接口,在容置腔的侧壁设置有金属防护挡板,防护挡板上设置有若干开口,开口与功能接口以及电源接口一一对应,功能接口、电源接口分别穿过对应开口伸出;所述的防护挡板表面设置有黑色吸热层,防护挡板上还均匀设置有若干散热孔;所述的扩散板为量子点扩散板;它还包括便携式壁挂底座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电视机,其特征在于:所述的黑色吸热层由防护挡板表面氧化成黑色或喷漆黑化或烤漆黑化形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电视机,其特征在于:量子点扩散板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用PS或PC或PMMA塑料颗粒作为本料;
(2)按重量比,选取100份本料,再选取10份粉剂混合物,将选取的本料及粉剂混合物均匀搅拌混合后制成光学母粒;
(3)按重量比,选取100份本料、30份光学母粒、30份GPPS、15份量子点,搅拌均匀后投入挤出成型机中,在挤出成型机中将混合物融化并搅拌均匀,通过挤出成型机成型出量子点扩散板板材;
(4)通过挤出线冷却量子点扩散板板材,使量子点扩散板板材平整,并将成型的量子点扩散板板材裁切成与背光模组相适应尺寸的量子点扩散板成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电视机,其特征在于:在步骤(2)中所述的粉剂混合物包括扩散剂、抗UV剂、氧化剂、光稳定剂和润滑分散剂。
5.根据权利要求1一种电视机,其特征在于:所述的便携式壁挂底座包括对称设置的左底座、右底座,连接左底座与右底座的连接金属套管以及分体设置的两个挂钩,所述的左底座、右底座均包括支撑架,在左底座的支撑架顶端右侧、右底座的支撑架顶端左侧分别固定有固定板,固定板上分别设置有固定孔,固定孔分别与电视机的底座安装孔位、电视机的壁挂安装孔位一一对应;连接金属套管固定连接左底座、右底座的同侧端,所述的左底座、右底座通过螺钉与电视机的壁挂安装孔位连接,连接金属套管位于左底座、右底座的上侧端;所述的挂钩安装在墙面上,挂钩与连接金属套管之间挂接,所述的连接金属套管与左底座、右底座之间采用可拆卸固定连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电视机,其特征在于:所述的支撑架包括两个支脚,支脚之间呈V字形设置,支脚顶部固定连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种电视机,其特征在于:所述的导光板的入光面呈锯齿状,导光板的导光面设置有若干个导光点,若干个导光点等距间隔排布,导光板的出光面表面光滑平整。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种电视机,其特征在于:所述灯条为LED灯条。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种电视机,其特征在于:所述的卡块为T型凸块或燕尾块,卡槽为T型槽或燕尾槽。
