本发明公开了一种用于动力设备降噪室,包括底座,底座的顶部固定连接有相对称的第一挡板和第二挡板,第一挡板和第二挡板的内部均留有空腔,第一挡板和第二挡板的顶部设置有盖板,且盖板的顶部开设有排风口,第二挡板的一侧面开设有进风口,底座的内底壁固定连接有第一石膏板,第一石膏板的顶部设置有隔音毡,第一挡板和第二挡板的一侧面均开设有等距离分布吸音孔,吸音孔的一端设置有导音管,且导音管与吸音孔连通。该用于动力设备降噪室,通过消音球内部对声音的循环传递,消耗声音的能量,使噪音越来越小,降低噪音的穿透性,使整体实现降噪的目的,避免工人在长期噪音工作环境中听力的减退,确保工人的身心健康。

本发明涉及噪音技术领域,具体为一种用于动力设备降噪室。
背景技术
噪音是指音高和音强变化混乱、听起来不谐和的声音,是由发音体不规则的振动产生的声音,噪声污染主要来源于交通运输、车辆鸣笛、工业噪音、建筑施工等,在工业建设中,往往要用到大功率的动力设备,其整体的噪音太强,工人在强噪音环境下长期工作,使
工人的听力逐渐衰退,严重影响工人的身心健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于动力设备降噪室,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于动力设备降噪室,包括底座,所述底座的顶部固定连接有相对称的第一挡板和第二挡板,所述第一挡板和第二挡板的内部均留有空腔,所述第一挡板和第二挡板的顶部设置有盖板,且盖板的顶部开设有排风口,所述第二挡板的一侧面开设有进风口,所述底座的内底壁固定连接有第一石膏板,所述第一石膏板的顶部设置有隔音毡,所述第一挡板和第二挡板的一侧面均开设有等距离分布吸音孔,所述吸音孔的一端设置有导音管,且导音管与吸音孔连通,所述导音管的另一端设置有消音球,且导音管的另一端与消音球外表面的一个通孔连通,所述消音球的内部设置有等距离排列的隔板,所述消音球的外表面设置有相对称的支撑板,所述支撑板的一端与第一挡板的内壁固定连接,所述支撑板的另一端设置有第二石膏板,所述第二石膏板的一侧设置有龙骨,所述龙骨的另一侧面与第一挡板的内壁固定连接。
优选的,所述第一石膏板等距离的排列在底座的内部,每两个第一石膏板之间均留有间隙,间隙内部设置有第一吸音棉。
优选的,每个所述隔板的中部均开设有传音口。
优选的,所述龙骨的内部设置有第二吸引棉。
优选的,所述进风口和出风口的内部均设置有消音器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该用于动力设备降噪室,通过第一挡板和第二挡板内部设置的消音球,实现降噪室内部的噪音,通过第一挡板和第二挡板一侧面的开设的吸音孔传入消音球的内部,通过消音球内部对声音的循环传递,消耗声音的能量,使噪音越来越小,在通过底座内部设置的第一吸音棉和隔音毡,降低噪音的穿透性,使整体实现降噪的目的,避免工人在长期噪音工作环境中听力的减退,确保工人的身心健康 。

请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种用于动力设备降噪室,包括底座1,底座1的顶部固定连接有相对称的第一挡板2和第二挡板3,第一挡板2和第二挡板3的内部均留有空腔,第一挡板2和第二挡板3的顶部设置有盖板4,且盖板4的顶部开设有排风口5,第二挡板3的一侧面开设有进风口6,通过进风口6和排风口5的内部均设置有消音器,确保降噪室内部的空气流通,并防止其内部的噪音的泄露,底座1的内底壁固定连接有第一石膏板7,通过第一石膏板7等距离的排列在底座1的内部,每两个第一石膏板7之间均留有间隙,间隙内部设置有第一吸音棉16,放置降噪室内部噪音通过底座1泄露,第一石膏板7的顶部设置有隔音毡8,第一挡板2和第二挡板3的一侧面均开设有等距离分布吸音孔9,吸音孔9的一端设置有导音管10,且导音管10与吸音孔9连通,导音管10的另一端设置有消音球11,且导音管10的另一端与消音球11外表面的一个通孔连通,消音球11的内部设置有等距离排列的隔板12,通过每个隔板12的中部均开设有传音口,使噪音能够在消音球11内部循环并逐渐消耗其能量,实现降噪的目的,消音球11的外表面设置有相对称的支撑板13,支撑板13的一端与第一挡板2的内壁固定连接,支撑板13的另一端设置有第二石膏板14,第二石膏板14的一侧设置有龙骨15,通过龙骨15的内部设置有第二吸音棉17,吸收噪音,更进一步的实现降噪的目的,龙骨15的另一侧面与第一挡板2的内壁固定连接。
工作原理:使用时,由第一挡板2和第二挡板3内部设置的消音球11,使噪音能够通过导音管10导入其内部,使噪音能够在其内部循环传递,消耗噪音的能量,实现整体的降噪。
