Abstract

The corners of the inner transverse ribs 1 are chamfered to form middle protruding parts 1-1, and the middle protruding parts 1-1 are tightly contacted with the bottom plate 2 to transmit load and bear upper pouring load together.
The inner transverse rib 1 is integrally formed by casting, the end part of the inner transverse rib is T-shaped, holes 1-2 are formed in the T-shaped flange 1-3 at the end part of the inner transverse rib 1, the positions of the holes correspond to those of the holes of the frame 3, and the holes are left and right, so that the pins 5 can be conveniently connected.
The inner transverse rib 1 is tightly connected with the frame 3 and the adjacent aluminum templates by the pins 5 and the pin pieces 4, and the pins 5 are adopted instead of welding, so that the on-site connection can be realized, the welding stress and deformation caused by welding are eliminated, the process is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
