wherein the extrusion generator, the micro-motor, the temperature condition monitoring sensor, the humidity condition monitoring sensor, the wind speed condition monitoring sensor, the driving vehicle condition monitoring sensor, the vehicle type condition monitoring sensor, the photoresistor sensor, the noise decibel condition monitoring sensor, the motor rotation speed monitoring sensor, the traffic light condition monitoring sensor and the vehicle driving speed monitoring sensor are all electrically connected with the storage battery,
the miniature motor, the temperature condition monitoring sensor, the humidity condition monitoring sensor, the wind speed condition monitoring sensor, the running vehicle condition monitoring sensor, the vehicle type condition monitoring sensor, the photoresistance sensor, the noise decibel condition monitoring sensor, the motor rotation speed monitoring sensor, the traffic light condition monitoring sensor and the vehicle running speed monitoring sensor are all in communication connection with the single chip microcomputer.
