背景技术
复合材料是一种混合物。在很多领域都发挥了很大的作用,代替了很多传统的材料。复合材料按其组成分为金属与金属复合材料、非金属与金属复合材料、非金属与非金属复合材料。纵观国外无人机(包括中、高空无人侦察机、无人作战飞机等),无一例外地大量使用了复合材料结构,有些甚至是全复合材料结构,但是这些材料耐腐蚀性能较差。因此,我们提出一种耐腐蚀无人机壳体材料。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐腐蚀无人机壳体材料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种耐腐蚀无人机壳体材料,包括以下组份和各组分所占重量百分比为:Ti1.5%-8.5%、Ta0.5%-1.5%、Nd0.2%-0.7%、Si2%-8%、Al30%-45%、Ba1%-3%、In0.1%-0.8%,余量为Mg。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该种耐腐蚀无人机壳体材料能够适应各种温度变化,耐高温和低温,具有较好的抗疲劳性和机械性。

一种耐腐蚀无人机壳体材料,包括以下组份和各组分所占重量百分比为:Ti3%-5%、Ta0.5%-0.8%、Nd0.3%-0.5%、Si4%-6%、Al35%-45%、Ba2%-3%、In0.4%-0.6%,余量为Mg。
该种耐腐蚀无人机壳体材料能够适应各种温度变化,耐高温和低温,具有较好的抗疲劳性和机械性。
