高效酚醛树脂多元醇的合成方法,按照一定比例称取甲醛与苯酚放入圆底四口反应瓶中,加入酸性催化剂,升温至60℃并保持1.0h左右,再升温至90℃继续反应至浊点,结束反应,并降至室温加碱中和至中性,然后经脱水、脱游离苯酚、过滤,得酚醛树脂多元醇PF‑1。1.2.2改性酚醛树脂多元醇的合成按照一定比例称取甲醛与苯酚放入圆底四口反应瓶中,加入酸性催化剂,升温至60℃并保持1.0h左右,再升温至90℃继续反应至浊点,降低温度至75℃,加过量碱至体系为碱性并加入二异丙醇胺,在75℃保持2.0h左右,结束反应,降至室温,加酸调节体系为中性,然后经脱水、脱游离苯酚、过滤,得酚醛树脂多元醇PF‑2。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种高效酚醛树脂多元醇的合成方法。
本发明的技术方案为:
高效酚醛树脂多元醇的合成方法,其特征在于:按照一定比例称取甲醛与苯酚放入圆底四口反应瓶中,加入酸性催化剂,升温至60℃并保持1.0h左右,再升温至90℃继续反应至浊点,结束反应,并降至室温加碱中和至中性,然后经脱水、脱游离苯酚、过滤,得酚醛树脂多元醇PF-1。1.2.2改性酚醛树脂多元醇的合成按照一定比例称取甲醛与苯酚放入圆底四口反应瓶中,加入酸性催化剂,升温至60℃并保持1.0h左右,再升温至90℃继续反应至浊点,降低温度至75℃,加过量碱至体系为碱性并加入二异丙醇胺,在75℃保持2.0h左右,结束反应,降至室温,加酸调节体系为中性,然后经脱水、脱游离苯酚、过滤,得酚醛树脂多元醇PF-2。
