本发明提供一种软包装,应用于电池包装技术领域,所述软包装至少包括:保护层、骨架层、密封层;所述骨架层置于所述保护层和所述密封层之间,且满足:所述骨架层、所述保护层以及所述密封层的材料拉伸模量依次减小,或者满足:所述骨架层、所述保护层和所述密封层的伸长率依次增大。应用本发明实施例,解决了现有技术中软包装需要被拉伸,由于保护层的拉伸率不足够保护骨架层,从而导致在电池使用过程中容易出现角位破损或漏液的问题。

一种软包装
技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域,特别是涉及一种软包装。
背景技术
近几年随着新能源行业的发展,混合动力或纯电动汽车频频亮相各大展会,逐渐走进大 众的视野和生活。由于混合动力或纯电动汽车需要电池,所以对电池的重量能量密度和体积 能量密度越来越高的要求,同时电池的安全性测试也更加严格,且市场上要求电池的包装不 仅要更轻薄、而且性能要更好。
目前市场上的锂离子电池软包装在3C领域已大范围使用,但在动力市场上的成功量产 的屈指可数,主要原因是动力用锂离子电池容量和尺寸更大,对软包装的冲坑深度提出更高 要求,此外,动力电池的电解液更多,要求的使用寿命更长,对软包装的可靠性和使用寿命 也要求更高。常见的软包装用于动力电池的问题是在冲坑时,软包装需要被拉伸,由于保护 层的拉伸率不足够保护骨架层,从而导致冲坑后角位骨架层厚度太小,在电池使用过程中容 易出现角位破损或漏液。
针对以上问题,有必要研究一种具有良好冲坑性能的软包装,而且强度和隔绝性优良的 电池软包装。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种软包装,用于解决现有技术 中软包装需要被拉伸,由于保护层的拉伸率不足够保护骨架层,从而导致在电池使用过程中 容易出现角位破损或漏液的问题。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明提供一种软包装,所述软包装至少包括:保护 层、骨架层、密封层;
所述骨架层置于所述保护层和所述密封层之间,且满足:所述骨架层、所述保护层以及 所述密封层的材料拉伸模量依次减小,或者满足:所述骨架层、所述保护层和所述密封层的 伸长率依次增大。
本发明的优选实施方式中,所述保护层的组分包括:聚酰胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、 聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚酰亚胺、聚酯、聚烯烃、改性聚烯烃、聚 甲醛、热固性树脂、光固化树脂中的一种或几种。
本发明的优选实施方式中,所述保护层的材料拉伸模量范围是:400MPa至10GMPa。
本发明的优选实施方式中,所述保护层的材料拉伸模量范围是:400MPa至5000Mpa。
本发明的优选实施方式中,所述密封层的组成材料包括:聚烯烃和/或改性聚烯烃。
本发明的优选实施方式中,所述保护层的厚度为:5um至60um。
本发明的优选实施方式中,所述保护层的厚度为:10um至40um。
本发明的优选实施方式中,所述软包装的保护层远离所述骨架层一层表面的达因值是 30~60N/m。
本发明的优选实施方式中,所述骨架层通过第一胶黏层与所述保护层连接,所述骨架层 通过第二胶黏层与所述密封层连接。
本发明的优选实施方式中,所述保护层远离所述骨架层的一侧表面设置有覆盖层。
如上所述,本发明的一种软包装,具有以下有益效果:
保护层材料的拉伸模量比金属层材料小,相应的其拉伸率比金属层材料大,在拉伸成型 过程中对金属骨架层起到很好的保护作用,不会发生金属层角位厚度太小,在成型后使用过 程中出现破损或漏液等问题。保护层的拉伸模量太小时,其材料的强度往往会减小,因此, 保护层的拉伸模量在大于密封层的拉伸模量时,软包装的抗穿刺强度可以满足相应的软包装 成型后使用要求。而且本发明的软包装外观平整均匀、耐湿热和耐电解液的性能都能满足使 用要求。

对比例:
本对比例软包装采用保护层厚度为25um的改性聚丙烯,拉伸模量300Mpa,骨架层厚度 为35um的铝层,密封层为厚度为80um的聚丙烯。拉伸模量从大到小的次序为:骨架层>密 封层>保护层。

实施例2:

实施例7:
一种软包装,所述软包装至少包括:保护层、骨架层、密封层;所述骨架层置于所述保 护层和所述密封层之间,且满足:所述骨架层、所述保护层以及所述密封层的材料拉伸模量 依次减小,或者满足:所述骨架层、所述保护层和所述密封层的伸长率依次增大。其中,软 包装采用保护层厚度为25um的聚酰胺,拉伸模量500Mpa,骨架层厚度为35um的铝层,密 封层为厚度为80um的聚丙烯。保护层与骨架层相反的一侧表面设置有添加了黑色颜料的覆 盖层,覆盖层厚度10um;保护层与骨架层之间设置有厚度3um的第一粘接层,骨架层与密 封层之间设置有厚度20um的第二粘接层。
对实施例和对比例的测试结果进行评价
1)冲坑性能:将软包装冲成长度50mm宽度30mm深度6mm的坑,将角位处横截面在显微镜下观察是否出现骨架层或保护层破损,角位破损即为冲坑性能NG,角位未破损记为冲坑性能OK;
2)抗穿刺强度:将软包装制成50mm*50mm的样品采用Φ1mm的钢针以50mm/min的速度垂直刺穿,记录刺穿强度;
3)抗弯折次数:将软包装制成10cm*10cm样品并进行180°对折后打开,连续反复操作 指导软包装破损,记录弯折次数;
对比例和实施例的测试评价结果如下表1所示。

对比例保护层采用了拉伸模量较小的改性聚丙烯,虽然保护层可以很好的保护骨架层, 在冲坑过程没有发生角位破损,但保护等的抗穿刺强度太低;实施例1保护层采用了拉伸模 量较大的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,虽然选用的保护层材料的拉伸模量介于所用密封层和骨架 层之间,软包装的穿刺强度还可以,但由于拉伸模量超出优选范,导致软包装冲坑后角位出 现破损,冲坑性能NG。
实施例2-4分别采用了本发明保护层拉伸模量优选范围内的3种不同的的保护层材料, 均满足拉伸模量骨架层>保护层>密封层的关系式,3项实施例软包装的冲坑性能均良好,抗 弯折次数和抗穿刺强度也比对比例和实施例1有显著提升。实施例5采用了骨架层为不锈钢 材料,密封层为改性聚丙烯,在拉伸模量满足本发明关系式的条件下,软包装的各项测试性 能均比对比例好。实施例6和实施例7分别在软包装3层结构的基础上增加了本发明的第一 粘结层、第二粘结层和覆盖层,在本发明范围内的软包装测试结果与本发明的其他实施例在 同一水平。
另外,本发明实施例中,所述软包装的保护层远离所述骨架层一层表面的达因值是 30~60N/m。达因值是用于表述表面张力的大小中,用来限定骨架层一层表面的张力大小。
本发明的优选实施方式中,所述骨架层通过第一胶黏层与所述保护层连接,所述骨架层 通过第二胶黏层与所述密封层连接。通过在骨架层的两侧设置胶黏层,从而进一步牢固的与 保护层和密封层进行连接,防止包装脱落。又一种实现方式汇总,所述保护层远离所述骨架 层的一侧表面设置有覆盖层,具体的,覆盖层上面可以设置特殊标志,例如,特殊颜色、图 案或者商标等。
综上所述,本发明的一种软包装,保护层材料的拉伸模量比金属层材料小,相应的,其拉伸 率比金属层材料大,在拉伸成型过程中对金属骨架层起到很好的保护作用,不会发生金属层 角位厚度太小,在成型后使用过程中出现破损或漏液等问题。保护层的拉伸模量太小时,其 材料的强度往往会减小,因此,保护层的拉伸模量在大于密封层的拉伸模量时,软包装的抗 穿刺强度可以满足相应的软包装成型后使用要求。而且本发明的软包装外观平整均匀、耐湿 热和耐电解液的性能都能满足使用要求。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而 具高度产业利用价值。

2.根据权利要求1所述的软包装,其特征在于,所述保护层的组分包括:聚酰胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚酰亚胺、聚酯、聚烯烃、改性聚烯烃、聚甲醛、热固性树脂、光固化树脂中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的软包装,其特征在于,所述保护层的材料拉伸模量范围是:400MPa至10GMPa。
4.根据权利要求3所述的软包装,其特征在于,所述保护层的材料拉伸模量范围是:400MPa至5000Mpa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的软包装,其特征在于,所述密封层的组成材料包括:聚烯烃和/或改性聚烯烃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的软包装,其特征在于,所述保护层的厚度为:5um至60um。
7.根据权利要求6所述的软包装,其特征在于,所述保护层的厚度为:10um至40um。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的软包装,其特征在于,所述软包装的保护层远离所述骨架层一层表面的达因值是30~60N/m。
9.根据权利要求8所述的软包装,其特征在于,所述骨架层通过第一胶黏层与所述保护层连接,所述骨架层通过第二胶黏层与所述密封层连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的软包装,其特征在于,所述保护层远离所述骨架层的一侧表面设置有覆盖层。
