本发明涉及一种加工多个车用SGP板材的切割设备,包括底板、悬臂台,底板上转动连接有工作台,工作台的上方设有长板且长板的底部成排设有若干个裁切刀片,工作台上设有数量与裁切刀片相等的刀孔,长板竖直滑动配合有导柱,导柱上套装有弹簧,长板的上侧设有转杆,转杆上安装有凸轮,工作台的底部设有导料锥形框,导料锥形框的下端设有收集箱,工作台的转轴右端固定有一号齿轮,转杆的右端固定有二号齿轮,悬臂台上安装有直线滑轨,直线滑轨的滑块上固定有电机,电机连接有主动齿轮。本发明能够将长板材一次切割成多块,并实现自动装箱,大大降低劳动强度,提高工作效率,有效避免板材切割面毛刺割伤操作者,杜绝健康隐患发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材加工机械技术领域,具体的说是一种加工多个车用SGP板材的切割设备。
背景技术
SGP板材为汽车内饰加工用板材之一,根据使用需求不同要将板材切割成等大小的块状,然后依照配备的汽车件加工成型,目前,传统方式在将SGP板材裁切的过程中,只能实现对板材单个切割,劳动强度高,效率低下,且在切割后的板材需人工收集装箱,切割后的板材上会残留锋利的毛刺,容易割伤操作者,引发健康隐患。
发明内容
为了避免和解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种加工多个车用SGP板材的切割设备。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种加工多个车用SGP板材的切割设备,包括底板、固定在底板上的悬臂台,所述底板上转动连接有工作台,所述工作台的上方设有长板且所述长板的底部成排设有若干个裁切刀片,所述工作台上设有数量与裁切刀片相等且一一对应配合的刀孔。
所述长板竖直滑动配合有固定在悬臂台上的导柱,所述导柱上套装有两端分别连接在长板和悬臂台上的弹簧,所述长板的上侧设有安装在悬臂台上的转杆,所述转杆上安装有在旋转过程中推动长板下移的凸轮。
所述工作台的底部设有出口端逐渐向内收缩变窄的导料锥形框,所述导料锥形框的下端设有收集箱。
所述工作台的转轴右端固定有一号齿轮,所述转杆的右端固定有二号齿轮,所述悬臂台上安装有竖直设置的直线滑轨,所述直线滑轨的滑块上固定有电机,所述电机连接有与一号齿轮和二号齿轮适配的主动齿轮。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述工作台上设有为板材定位的限位凸台。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述限位凸台包括沿工作台长度方向设置的横向凸台、沿工作台宽度方向设置的纵向凸台。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述凸轮设置为两个。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述若干个裁切刀片中相邻两个的间距相等。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构设计合理,具备制作成本低、体积小、易操作的优点,能够将长板材一次切割成多块,并实现自动装箱,大大降低劳动强度,提高工作效率,有效避免板材切割面毛刺割伤操作者,杜绝健康隐患发生,整个装置使用方便,有利于节省车间人工成本,提高企业经济收益。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1至图3所示,一种加工多个车用SGP板材的切割设备,包括底板1、固定在底板1上的悬臂台2,所述底板1上转动连接有工作台3,所述工作台3的上方设有长板4且所述长板4的底部成排设有若干个裁切刀片5,所述工作台3上设有数量与裁切刀片5相等且一一对应配合的刀孔3a。
所述长板4竖直滑动配合有固定在悬臂台2上的导柱6,所述导柱6上套装有两端分别连接在长板4和悬臂台2上的弹簧7,所述长板4的上侧设有安装在悬臂台2上的转杆8,所述转杆8上安装有在旋转过程中推动长板4下移的凸轮9。
所述工作台3的底部设有出口端逐渐向内收缩变窄的导料锥形框10,所述导料锥形框10的下端设有收集箱11。
所述工作台3的转轴右端固定有一号齿轮12,所述转杆8的右端固定有二号齿轮13,所述悬臂台2上安装有竖直设置的直线滑轨14,所述直线滑轨14的滑块上固定有电机15,所述电机15连接有与一号齿轮12和二号齿轮13适配的主动齿轮16。
所述工作台3上设有为板材定位的限位凸台17。
所述限位凸台17包括沿工作台3长度方向设置的横向凸台17a、沿工作台3宽度方向设置的纵向凸台17b。
所述凸轮9设置为两个。
所述若干个裁切刀片5中相邻两个的间距相等。
本发明使用时,将长板材放置在工作台3上,并在限位凸台17的限制下找准位置定位,直线滑轨14启动并带动电机15上移,电机15带动主动齿轮16旋转,并与二号齿轮13啮合后带动转杆8旋转,凸轮9在旋转的过程中推动长板4下移,裁切刀片5接触长板材并将其切割呈等大小均等的多个,凸轮9继续旋转后,在弹簧7的作用下长板4复位。
直线滑轨14带动电机15下移,主动齿轮16与一号齿轮1啮合后驱动工作台3翻转90度,将裁切后的板材翻转落入导料锥形框10中,并最终进入到收集箱11层叠好。
综上所述,本发明能够将长板材一次切割成多块,并实现自动装箱,大大降低劳动强度,提高工作效率,有效避免板材切割面毛刺割伤操作者,杜绝健康隐患发生,整个装置使用方便,有利于节省车间人工成本。

1.一种加工多个车用SGP板材的切割设备,包括底板(1)、固定在底板(1)上的悬臂台(2),其特征在于:所述底板(1)上转动连接有工作台(3),所述工作台(3)的上方设有长板(4)且所述长板(4)的底部成排设有若干个裁切刀片(5),所述工作台(3)上设有数量与裁切刀片(5)相等且一一对应配合的刀孔(3a);
所述长板(4)竖直滑动配合有固定在悬臂台(2)上的导柱(6),所述导柱(6)上套装有两端分别连接在长板(4)和悬臂台(2)上的弹簧(7),所述长板(4)的上侧设有安装在悬臂台(2)上的转杆(8),所述转杆(8)上安装有在旋转过程中推动长板(4)下移的凸轮(9);
所述工作台(3)的底部设有出口端逐渐向内收缩变窄的导料锥形框(10),所述导料锥形框(10)的下端设有收集箱(11);
所述工作台(3)的转轴右端固定有一号齿轮(12),所述转杆(8)的右端固定有二号齿轮(13),所述悬臂台(2)上安装有竖直设置的直线滑轨(14),所述直线滑轨(14)的滑块上固定有电机(15),所述电机(15)连接有与一号齿轮(12)和二号齿轮(13)适配的主动齿轮(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加工多个车用SGP板材的切割设备,其特征在于:所述工作台(3)上设有为板材定位的限位凸台(17)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种加工多个车用SGP板材的切割设备,其特征在于:所述限位凸台(17)包括沿工作台(3)长度方向设置的横向凸台(17a)、沿工作台(3)宽度方向设置的纵向凸台(17b)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种加工多个车用SGP板材的切割设备,其特征在于:所述凸轮(9)设置为两个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种加工多个车用SGP板材的切割设备,其特征在于:所述若干个裁切刀片(5)中相邻两个的间距相等。
