Principle of the basic scheme: initially, both the first valve and the second valve are in a closed state. Substantially as shown in figure 1: a backrest chair for relieving rehabilitation cervical spondylosis comprises a chair, a first air bag 3, a second air bag 6, a supporting plate 4, an inflating mechanism, a shoulder and back rehabilitation mechanism and a neck traction mechanism. The supporting plate 4 is fixed below the seat plate 1 and extends towards the back of the backrest 2, and the supporting rod 5 is arranged below the supporting plate 4. The first air bag 3 is fixed between the backrest 2 and the support plate 4, the first air bag 3 is communicated with the second air bag 6, and a first valve 7 is arranged at the communication position of the first air bag 3 and the second air bag 6.
