Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of body rehabilitation exercise, in particular to a rehabilitation exercise machine with a lumbar support function and a using method thereof.
Background
At present, due to the influence of various factors, the number of office crowds is increased, and the crowds can be sedentary, so that the waist is stiff, the lower limbs (legs) are lack of exercise, the buttocks are in a pressed state for a long time, and the blood circulation is not smooth.
The stiffness of the waist often accompanies the deformation of the curvature of the lumbar spine, and the movement of the waist is limited, especially when bending forward to further press the nerves. When the pressure is obvious, the patient also has radiation pain, sciatica and pain in waist and legs. In severe cases, life disorders, body shape changes, height reduction, asymmetry on two sides, and the like can be caused, and even the heart and lung functions are affected;
lack of exercise in the lower extremities (legs) tends to increase the risk of muscular atrophy, venous thrombosis of the lower extremities, leading to muscle weakness in regression;
the hip is in a pressed state for a long time, the blood circulation is not smooth, the protection effect of gluteus muscles is influenced, and fat accumulation on the hip and local muscle relaxation are caused; in addition, folliculitis and eczema of the buttocks are easily caused in summer.
Therefore, the patients who have the above situations need to perform rehabilitation exercises in a targeted manner.
Recovery is "recovery" and recovery to the original normal or good state. The medical science and technology that is applied to treat dysfunction caused by diseases and injuries and to restore the dysfunction to normal or close to normal as much as possible is called rehabilitation medicine.
In other words, rehabilitation medicine is a subject for physically and mentally rehabilitating both the injured and the disabled, and aims to eliminate or alleviate the functional disorder of the patient, to restore the ability of life and labor to the maximum, and to return to the society and home.
The rehabilitation exercise has the following characteristics:
1, strong pertinence; the rehabilitation exercise can treat diseases and rehabilitation functions of various organ systems, strengthen the body of a weak person, improve the resistance of the body and regulate the emotion condition of the person, and an exerciser needs to take medicines according to the illness state and the constitution condition of the exerciser in practice, so the rehabilitation exercise has strong pertinence.
2, naturalness; the rehabilitation exercise achieves the purpose of preventing and treating diseases through the natural activities of the human body.
After retrieval, the inventor finds that no rehabilitation exercise machine integrating lumbar vertebra rehabilitation exercise, leg rehabilitation exercise and hip rehabilitation exercise is available, and has certain market prospect.
Therefore, the inventor designs a rehabilitation exercise machine with a lumbar support function and a using method thereof, and solves the problems.

it should be noted that the center of the circle where the arc plate 601 is located coincides with the bottom hinge point of the backrest 104, which is suitable for the rotation of the backrest 104.
Then, the user faces to the right side, the buttocks are seated on the hollow seat plate 103, the back is leaned against the backrest 104, the lumbar vertebra is jacked up by the lumbar support assembly 5, and if necessary, the human body is fixed with the backrest 104 and the hollow seat plate 103 through the fixing belt 105;
it should be noted that when the backrest 104 and the hollow seat plate 103 form an obtuse angle, the weight of the back presses on the backrest 104, and the lumbar support assembly 5 also presses the lumbar vertebra reversely to perform rehabilitation shaping on the lumbar vertebra;
then, the user steps on the pedals 108 and does a riding action to exercise the legs and drive the first transmission wheel 107 to rotate;

the sliding sleeve 306 on the left side moves back and forth with the sliding sleeve, and the moving plate 409 is pulled through the first pull rope 405; the moving plate 409 moves left and right under the guidance of the first sliding block 408 and the first sliding rail 407 by matching with the return spring 401; the rollers 404 act on the convex strips 404 in the moving process of the moving plate 409, so that the massage rods 403 drive the massage heads 402 to ascend and descend, and the massage heads 402 extrude and massage the buttocks;
if the user feels that the massage head 402 presses against the body, the cushion can be pre-padded on the hollow seat plate 103;
if necessary, the servo motor 506 is started, and the supporting roller 501 is driven to rotate through the cooperation of the transmission chain wheel 504 and the transmission chain 505, so that the lumbar is massaged when the lumbar is supported.
It should be noted that the supporting roller 501 is designed by referring to the normal radian of the lumbar vertebrae of a human body to form a right-convex arc-like line, so that the supporting effect is optimized.
Example 3
In the embodiment 2, if the backrest 104 and the hollow seat plate 103 form an obtuse angle, the lumbar support unit 5 will continuously press against the lumbar vertebrae in the opposite direction, which is more uncomfortable for the user in the early stage.
Therefore, on the basis of the embodiment 2, the overturning assembly 7 is also arranged;
