Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following detailed drawings in order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement of the purpose and the effect of the implementation of the invention easy to understand.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the visual anorectal endoscope 100 provided in this example is mainly composed of an outer sleeve 110 and an inner sleeve 120 that are mutually matched.
The inner sleeve 120 is used as an anal dilator, integrally penetrates the outer sleeve 110, can stretch and retract in the outer sleeve 110, and completes the anal dilation operation when performing anorectal examination operation.
The inner sleeve 120 is generally hollow and cylindrical, and the top 121 is generally smooth and frustoconical to facilitate the anal dilation procedure.
Referring to fig. 3, the outer sleeve 110 in this example serves as an inspection tube, and is generally of a central cylindrical shape sized to receive the inner sleeve 120 therethrough. The outer sleeve 110 has a viewing port 111 formed on a top side wall thereof, and the viewing port 111 is preferably U-shaped, but the specific shape is not limited thereto. The rear end 112 of the outer sleeve 110 is generally flared to facilitate insertion of the inner sleeve 120.
The present example further provides a handle 113 on the outside of the flared rearward end 112 of the outer cannula 110 to facilitate handling during examination by a clinician. In this embodiment, two handles 113 are preferably symmetrically disposed at the outer side of the horn-shaped rear end 112 of the outer sleeve 110, so as to greatly improve the convenience of operation. The specific shape of the handle 113 is not limited here, as long as it can be held by a user.
Based on this structural scheme, this example further sets up at least one set of subassembly 130 of making a video recording on the inner wall of outer tube 110 for form clear real-time image data in step when this anus intestines mirror carries out the inspection operation, realize visualization in a real sense.
Referring to fig. 4, the camera assembly 130 in this example mainly includes a camera 131 and an illumination lamp 132, where the camera 131 is disposed on an inner wall of a top end of the outer sleeve 110 with respect to the viewing port 111 of the top end of the outer sleeve 110, for acquiring real-time images around the outer sleeve 110. The number of cameras 131 may be 1, 2, 3, etc., according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
As an alternative scheme, the camera can be replaced by adopting a corresponding light probe, and the effect of acquiring real-time image data can be achieved.
The illumination lamp 132 in the camera assembly 130 is disposed on the inner wall of the outer sleeve 110 opposite to the camera 131 to illuminate the region to be observed.
The illumination lamps 132 are preferably LED lamps, the number of which is determined according to practical requirements, and the LED lamps are specifically disposed on the inner wall of the outer sleeve 110 corresponding to the camera 131. The specific distribution manner of the LED lamps can be determined according to practical requirements, for example, the LED lamps can be circumferentially distributed along the inner wall of the outer sleeve 110, or axially distributed along the inner wall of the outer sleeve 110, so long as the illumination to be observed in the maximum range is ensured.
The image capturing unit 130 thus configured may be connected to an external device, such as a PAD, by way of example and not limitation, by wired or wireless means to transmit the captured image data to the external device, such as a control device, a display device, or a data processing device.
In this example, the transmission of the image data is preferably performed in a limited manner by a wired manner, and the external device provides working power for the camera and the illumination lamp in the camera assembly 130.
Specifically, the output end of the camera 131 is connected with a data line 133, and the data line 133 is distributed along the length direction of the inner wall of the outer sleeve 10 and led out from the bottom end of the outer sleeve to be connected with the plug 135.
The illumination lamp 132 is also connected to the plug 135 through a connection wire 134, and the connection wire 134 is also distributed along the length direction of the inner wall of the outer sleeve and led out from the bottom end of the outer sleeve.
The plug 135 is preferably a USB plug, which facilitates connection to external devices and also ensures stability of data and current transmission.
When the visual anorectal mirror 100 is used, as long as the USB plug is connected with external equipment (such as PAD), the camera assembly 130 immediately obtains working current to work: the illuminating lamp is immediately lightened to illuminate the corresponding area to be observed, the synchronous camera forms real-time influence data to the area to be observed and transmits the real-time influence data to external equipment, the external equipment can be used for clear display, the inspection operation without dead angles can be realized, image data can be formed, and the device can be used for research in the future.
Aiming at the visual anorectal endoscope 100 with the structure, the guide component 140 is further additionally arranged between the outer sleeve 110 and the inner sleeve 120, so that the relative movement between the outer sleeve 110 and the inner sleeve 120 is guided in the whole process, the stability and the reliability of detection operation are ensured, and the influence on a patient is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the guide assembly 140 is integrally disposed along the length direction of the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, and mainly includes a guide groove 141 disposed along the length direction of the outer wall of the inner sleeve and a guide block 142 disposed along the length direction of the inner wall of the outer sleeve, where the guide block 142 is matched with the guide groove 141 to guide and limit the moving process between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, thereby ensuring the reliability of the relative movement between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve.
In order to further improve the convenience of operation, the present example provides a handle 143 on the inner sleeve, where the handle 143 includes a handle portion and a connection portion, where the handle portion corresponds to the handle 113 on the outer sleeve, and the connection portion is vertically connected to the handle portion and integrally embedded in the guide groove 141 on the outer wall of the inner sleeve, so that the handle portion is perpendicular to the outer wall of the inner sleeve, and can just make the handle 143 correspond to the handle 113 on the outer sleeve when the inner sleeve is inserted into the outer sleeve 110 through the guide assembly 140.
Furthermore, for the visual anorectal endoscope 100, the camera assembly 130 has a plurality of wires, and in this example, the guide block 142 disposed along the length direction of the inner wall of the outer sleeve is disposed in a hollow structure, so as to be used for placing the wires in the camera assembly 130. Thus, the wires in the camera assembly 130 are integrally penetrated in the guide block 142 and led out from the bottom end of the visual anorectal mirror 100, so that the wires are prevented from being exposed, the wires can be protected, and the influence of the wires on the inner sleeve can be avoided.
In order to cooperate with the lead out, the example further provides a corresponding lead slot 114 on the handle 113 on the outer sleeve so as to lead out the lead, and simultaneously, the handle 143 on the inner sleeve is used as a sealing cover to cooperate with the handle 113 provided with the lead slot to complete the sealing cover.
Therefore, the wires in the guiding camera assembly 130 are integrally penetrated in the guiding block 142 and the handle 113, so that the wires are completely prevented from being exposed, the wires are well protected, and the reliability of the whole anorectal endoscope is improved.
Finally, the scale 150 is further added on the inner wall of the outer sleeve 110 in this embodiment, so as to further improve the practicability.
The foregoing has shown and described the basic principles, principal features and advantages of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and that the above embodiments and descriptions are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention, and various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which is defined in the appended claims. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
