The light source 8 is replaced by a fiber optic spectrometer which can generate different light sources and is transmitted to the corresponding narrow-band endoscope optical fiber, infrared optical fiber and white light optical fiber through the light source interface 20 so as to irradiate the corresponding light source, wherein the light source transmitted by the narrow-band endoscope optical fiber can emphasize the slight change of blood vessels and the mucous membrane surface by matching with a camera, and the blood vessel form and the mucous membrane structure are clearly shown through the bright contrast formed by the strong absorption of hemoglobin and the strong reflection of the mucous membrane surface; the light source transmitted by the infrared optical fiber is matched with the camera, so that the subtle changes of the mucosa can be accurately captured under fluorescence, and the pathological changes which are easy to leak under conventional observation can be found; the light source transmitted by the white light optical fiber is matched with the camera to carry out visible camera shooting and assisted pathology imaging of gynecological vaginal disease examination; the adjusting frame is longitudinally adjustable along the handle at the rear end of the lower duckbill sheet, and the rear end of the upper duckbill sheet is hinged with two sides of the upper end of the adjusting frame, so that the upper duckbill sheet 1 and the lower duckbill sheet 2 can be longitudinally adjustable, and the upper duckbill sheet 1 can be provided with a hinged position for opening and closing the front ends of the upper duckbill sheet 1 and the lower duckbill sheet 2; the connecting position of each hook tooth 63 of the adjusting rack 61 on the adjusting frame 6 and the groove 13 is used for locking and positioning the opening or closing position of the upper duckbilled sheet 1 and the lower duckbilled sheet 2. The connecting pipe 3 is a sterile sleeve pipe which comprises a PP/PE/PS/PC/PVC hose.
When the medical image system is used specifically, a doctor holds the vaginal dilator by hand and places the vaginal dilator in the vagina of a patient, the position of the lower duckbill sheet 2 is relatively fixed, the vaginal dilator is opened by operating the upper duckbill sheet 1, then the image taking component is matched through the light source, and the proper image taking and illuminating positions are adjusted, so that the clinician can observe the pathological change condition in the body of the patient in the medical image system, and can analyze and compare the pathological typical case pictures of the clinical gynecological vagina and the uterine cavity to accurately diagnose the state of an illness of the patient; when further confirmation of diagnosis is required, the clinician can use diagnostic reagents for assistance; the diagnostic reagent flows from the diagnostic reagent reservoir to the cotton ball through the catheter, the cotton ball dipped with the diagnostic reagent can generate color reaction after contacting with the focus of the patient, and the diseased condition of the patient can be diagnosed by contrast analysis of medical image data and multispectral light source diagnosis and contrast with a colorimetric card.
The lower duckbill sheet 2 is relatively immobile after being placed in the body of a patient, and the expansion function is realized only by the operation of the upper duckbill sheet 1, so that the pain of the patient can be greatly relieved.
It is to be understood that: although the present invention has been described in more detail in the embodiments, these descriptions are only simple descriptions of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and any inventions that do not exceed the spirit of the present invention all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A vaginal dilator comprises an upper duckbill sheet (1) and a lower duckbill sheet (2), wherein the rear end of the upper duckbill sheet (1) is hinged with the rear end of the lower duckbill sheet (2), and the vaginal dilator is characterized in that a connecting pipe (3) is arranged between the upper duckbill sheet (1) and the lower duckbill sheet (2), a protective transparent cover (4) is arranged at the front end of the connecting pipe (3), the rear end of the protective transparent cover is hinged with the rear end of the upper duckbill sheet (1) through a connecting seat (5), and the connecting pipe (3) is axially connected with the connecting seat (5) in a guiding manner; the front end of the connecting pipe (3) is provided with a view finding component (7) and a light source (8), the view finding component (7) and the light source (8) are respectively connected with the protective transparent cover (4), and the image taking direction and the light source irradiation direction both face one side of the protective transparent cover (4).

The vaginal dilator according to claim 1, characterised in that said viewing assembly (7) is a single set of cameras (71), the light sources (8) being distributed on a protective transparent cover (4) radially peripheral to the single set of cameras (71); or the view finding component (7) is a double-group camera (71), and the light source (8) is distributed on the protective transparent cover (4) between the two groups of cameras (71); or the view finding component (7) is a single group of cameras (71) matched with the TOF camera (9), and the light source (8) is distributed on the protective transparent cover (4) between the single group of cameras (71) and the TOF camera (9); or the view finding component (7) is a double-group camera (71) matched with a TOF camera (9), the TOF camera (9) is arranged between the two groups of cameras (71), and the light source (8) is distributed on a protective transparent cover (4) at the periphery of a combination formed by the double-group camera (71) and the TOF camera (9); the light source (8) is one or more of a white light LED lamp bead, a blue light LED lamp bead, a far infrared LED lamp bead, a near infrared LED lamp bead and a green light LED lamp bead.

The vaginal speculum of claim 2, wherein one or more of the white light LED lamp beads, the blue light LED lamp beads, the far infrared LED lamp beads, the near infrared LED lamp beads and the green light LED lamp beads are distributed at the radial periphery of the monocular camera (71); or one or more of white light LED lamp beads, blue light LED lamp beads, far infrared LED lamp beads, near infrared LED lamp beads and green light LED lamp beads are longitudinally arranged between the two groups of cameras (71) at intervals; or one or more of white light LED lamp beads, blue light LED lamp beads, far infrared LED lamp beads, near infrared LED lamp beads and green light LED lamp beads are longitudinally arranged between the single group of cameras (71) and the TOF camera (9) at intervals; or one or more of white light LED lamp beads, blue light LED lamp beads, far infrared LED lamp beads, near infrared LED lamp beads and green light LED lamp beads are respectively arranged at intervals and distributed on the periphery of a combination formed by the double-group camera (71) and the TOF camera (9).

The vaginal dilator according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that a data line (32) and a conductive cable (33) are arranged in the connecting tube (3), the front end of the data line (32) is connected with the data end of the viewing assembly (7) in a communication way, the rear end of the data line is led out from the rear end of the connecting tube (3) and is connected with a data interface (34), the front end of the conductive cable (33) is electrically connected with the viewing assembly (7) and the light source (8), and the rear end of the conductive cable is led out from the rear end of the connecting tube (3) and is connected with an electrical supply interface (35).

The vaginal dilator according to claim 1, wherein the connecting tube (3) is provided with guide slots (31) at two radial sides of the rear end, the connecting seat (5) is hinged at the upper end to the rear end of the upper duck mouth piece (1) and provided with a tube bayonet (51) at the lower end, guide rails (52) respectively connected with the guide slots (31) are arranged at two sides of the tube bayonet (51), the upper side wall of the rear end of the upper duck mouth piece (1) is provided with a mounting notch (11), the walls at two sides of the mounting notch (11) are provided with connecting lugs (12), and the upper end of the connecting seat (5) passes through the mounting notch (11) and is hinged with the connecting lugs (12) at two sides; the rear end of the lower duckbill sheet (2) is provided with a handle (21), a drainage channel (22) is arranged in the handle (21), the inner side of the rear end of the lower duckbill sheet (2) is provided with a flow collecting cover (23), and the upper end of the drainage channel (22) is communicated with the flow collecting cover (23).
