Preferably, the side expanding member 132 includes an elastic portion 1321 and a side expanding portion 1322, one end of the elastic portion 1321 is connected to the side expanding link 131, the other end of the elastic portion 1321 is connected to one end of the side expanding portion 1322, the other end of the side expanding portion 1322 extends after passing through the side expanding member 124, and the side expanding member 124 is adjacent to the side expanding portion 1322. The bending section 13222 has a bending angle section, and under the condition of an external action, the bending angle structure of the two bending sections 13222 makes the two side expansion sections 13221 in a substantially closed state, two ends of the elastic part 1321 are respectively connected with the action section 13223 and the side expansion linkage 131, an action position 132231 is arranged on one surface of the two action sections 13223 opposite to each other, and the action position 132231 is arranged so as to form a movable connection relation with the side expansion action piece 124, in this embodiment, the action position 132231 is approximately in a U-shaped chute structure, and can form a sliding relation with the side expansion action piece 124, limit the side expansion action piece 124, and prevent the side expansion action piece 124 from sliding out. The side expanding segment 13221, the bending segment 13222 and the acting segment 13223 in this embodiment are integrally formed.

Preferably, the side expander link 131 further includes an integral connecting portion 1312, and the integral connecting portions 1312 are connected to the two side expander link portions 1311, respectively. The two expansion link parts 1311 are formed into an integral structure by the integral connection part 1312, thereby ensuring synchronous rotation of the two side expansion link parts 1311. Specifically, the integral connecting portion 1312 is an arc plate, two side expansion linkage portions 1311 and the integral connecting portion 1312 are matched to form a U-shaped structure, wherein the side expansion linkage portions 1311 are adjacent to the side plate 1123, and the integral connecting portion 1312 is adjacent to the transition plate 1122.

The expansion of the side expansion assembly 13 in this embodiment is as follows: when a doctor opens the gynecological examination device, acting force is applied to the pressing piece 113, the pressing piece 113 drives the two side plates 1123 to rotate, and the upper expansion piece 111 and the lower expansion piece 121 are opened relatively; the two side plates 1123 rotate to drive the two linkage shafts 114 to move, the two linkage shafts 114 slide in the limiting grooves 13111 and drive the two side expanding linkage portions 1311 to rotate, the two side expanding linkage portions 1311 rotate to drive the two elastic portions 1321 to swing from the lower expansion piece 121 to the upper expansion piece 111, the swinging elastic portions 1321 drive the side expansion sections 13221 of the two side expanding portions 1322 to swing in the same direction, at this time, the action positions 132231 of the two action sections 13223 respectively slide on the two side expanding action portions 1241, because the two side expanding action portions 1241 are of an outward expanding opening structure, the two side expansion sections 13221 are pushed to be relatively far away, so that the two side expansion sections 13221 are relatively expanded, at this time, the elastic portions 1321 deform, that when the upper expansion piece 111 and the lower expansion piece 121 are relatively expanded, the side expansion sections 13221 swing from the lower expansion piece 121 to the upper expansion piece 111, the two side expansion segments 13221 are opened relatively, so that the four-wing expansion is realized by matching the upper expansion piece 111 and the lower expansion piece 121. The closing process of the side expansion assembly 13 in this embodiment is opposite to the opening process, and the elastic portion 1321 brings the two side expansion sections 13221 to close by its own elasticity, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10 together, fig. 8 is a structural view illustrating a state where a locking member and a locking member are coupled in the embodiment, fig. 9 is a structural view illustrating a state where the locking member and the locking member are decoupled in the embodiment, and fig. 10 is a structural view illustrating the locking member in the embodiment. And the open states of the upper and lower expansions 111 and 121 are locked by coupling the locking member 141 and the locking member 142, thereby maintaining the stability of the inspection passage.
Preferably, the locking member 141 has a locking position 1411, the locking member 142 includes a lock moving bearing part 1421, a toggle part 1422 and a one-way locking part 1423, the toggle part 1422 is rotatably connected to the lock moving bearing part 1421, the one-way locking part 1423 is disposed on the toggle part 1422, the one-way locking part 1423 is adapted to the locking position 1411, a force is applied to the toggle part 1422, the toggle part 1422 drives the one-way locking part 1423 to connect with or disconnect from the locking position 1411, and during connection, the one-way locking part 1423 and the locking position 1411 perform one-way relative movement. When the one-way locking portion 1423 is connected to the locking portion 1411, the lower expansion member 121 and the upper expansion member 111 are opened to form an inspection channel, and then the one-way locking portion 1423 and the locking portion 1411 are limited to perform only one-way relative movement, that is, only the opening motion between the lower expansion member 121 and the upper expansion member 111 is performed, and under the reverse action of the unconscious vagina contraction, the opened state of the lower expansion member 121 and the upper expansion member 111 can be still maintained, thereby ensuring the smooth formation and state maintenance of the inspection channel.
Specifically, the locking bearing part 1421 includes a bearing housing 14211, the bearing housing 14211 is embedded in the visual mechanism 2, and two ends of the bearing housing 14211 are respectively communicated with two opposite sides of the visual mechanism 2. One end of the bearing housing 14211 is exposed to the visual mechanism 2 and forms a toggle opening 14212, and the toggle opening 14212 facilitates the extension of the toggle part 1422 from the visual mechanism 2. The outer wall of the bearing housing 14211 is annularly provided with a bearing limiting plate 14214, the bearing limiting plate 14214 is flush with the toggle port 14212, and the position of the bearing housing 14211 embedded in the visual mechanism 2 is limited by the arrangement of the bearing limiting plate 14214. The side wall of the bearing housing 14211 facing the locking member 141 is provided with a moving opening 14214, the moving opening 14214 is disposed along the length direction of the bearing housing 14211, and the width of the moving opening 14214 is greater than the thickness of the locking portion 1411.
Preferably, one end of the toggle part 1422 is rotatably connected to the lock moving bearing part 1421, the other end of the toggle part 1422 is provided with a toggle position 14221, the toggle part 1422 is provided with a lock bearing position 14222, and the one-way lock part 1423 is provided in the lock bearing position 14222. The toggle part 1422 is toggled by setting the toggle position 14221 so that the doctor can apply force to the toggle part 1422, and the one-way locking part 1423 is carried by setting the lock carrying position 14222. Specifically, the toggle part 1422 includes a toggle body 14223, and the toggle body 14223 is located in the inner space of the bearing housing 14211. One end of the toggle position 14221 is connected to one end of the toggle body 14223, and the other end of the toggle position 14221 extends out of the toggle port 14212 and the hand piece 122, so that the toggle position 14221 leaks through the visual mechanism 2 and the hand piece 122, and can be toggled by a doctor holding the hand piece 122. The toggle 14221 in this embodiment can be in the shape of a trigger suitable for being toggled by a human finger. The locking bearing position 14222 includes two opposite locking bearing plates 142221, the two locking bearing plates 142221 are disposed at the other end of the toggle main body 14223 side by side, and the two locking bearing plates 142221 are engaged with the end of the other end of the toggle main body 14223 to form a U-shaped structure. The toggle part 1422 further includes a rotating shaft 14224, the rotating shaft 14224 is disposed on the bearing housing 14211, and one ends of the two lock bearing plates 142221 far from the toggle main body 14223 are respectively rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 14224, so that the toggle part 1422 and the lock bearing part 1421 form a rotational connection relationship to act on the toggle position 14221, and the lock bearing position 14222 formed by the two lock bearing plates 142221 can be close to or far from the moving opening 14214, thereby driving the one-way lock part 1423 on the lock bearing position 14222 to be close to or far from the moving opening 14214.
Preferably, the one-way locking portion 1423 includes a one-way bearing 14231 and a gear 14232, the one-way bearing 14231 is disposed on the locking bearing position 14222, the gear 14232 is sleeved on the one-way bearing 14231, a plurality of first engaging teeth 142321 are sequentially disposed on a circumference of the gear 14232, the locking position 1411 includes a plurality of second engaging teeth 14111 sequentially disposed along a length direction of the locking member 141, and the first engaging teeth 142321 and the second engaging teeth 14111 are adapted to be engaged with or disengaged from each other. The unidirectional movement is realized by arranging the unidirectional bearing 14231 such that the first engaging tooth 142321 on the gear 14232 is movably engaged with the second engaging tooth 14111 on the locking position 1411 only in a single direction. Specifically, the one-way bearing 14231 is disposed between the locking bearing plates 142221, and the gear 14232 is sleeved outside the one-way bearing 14231 and faces the moving opening 14214. The one-way bearing 14231 in the present embodiment may adopt an existing one-way bearing structure, and is not limited herein. In the plurality of first engaging teeth 142321 on the circumference of the gear 14232, the pitch between two adjacent first engaging teeth 142321 is the same, the pitch between two adjacent second engaging teeth 14111 in the plurality of second engaging teeth 14111 is the same, and the first engaging teeth 142321 are matched with the second engaging teeth 14111. The side of the locking member 141 facing the moving port 14214 in this embodiment has an arc structure along which a plurality of second engaging teeth 14111 are sequentially disposed on the locking member 141, so that the structure facilitates the engaging and disengaging of the first engaging teeth 142321 and the second engaging teeth 14111. The locking member 141 in this embodiment is formed in an arc-shaped long plate shape. The physician applies a force to the toggle position 14221 to swing the toggle part 1422, so as to bring the gear 14232 close to the moving opening 14214, so that the first engaging tooth 142321 is engaged with the second engaging tooth 14111, and acts in reverse on the toggle position 14221 to swing the toggle part 1422 in reverse, so as to disengage the first engaging tooth 142321 from the second engaging tooth 14111.
Preferably, the first and second engagement teeth 142321, 14111 are ratchet teeth that are oppositely sloped. The ratchet teeth of the first engagement teeth 142321 and the second engagement teeth 14111 are opposite in direction, and can form an approximate barb structure after being engaged, so that the expanded state of the lower expansion piece 121 and the upper expansion piece 111 is further maintained under the tightening action of the vagina.
Preferably, the locking member 142 further includes a reset portion 1424, the reset portion 1424 is connected to the lock moving bearing portion 1421 and the toggle portion 1422, the toggle portion 1422 drives the one-way locking portion 1423 to disengage from the locking position 1411, and the reset portion 1424 resets the toggle portion 1422, so that the one-way locking portion 1423 is connected to the locking position 1411 and maintains a connection state therebetween. Through the arrangement of the reset part 1424, under the condition that no doctor acts on the toggle position 14221, the reset part 1424 acts on the toggle part 1422, so that the one-way locking part 1423 is connected with the locking position 1411, that is, the first engaging tooth 142321 is meshed with the second engaging tooth 14111, so as to maintain the open state of the lower expansion piece 121 and the upper expansion piece 111, and to maintain the formed examination channel state unchanged, so that the doctor does not need to act on the toggle part 1422 in a consistent manner, and thereby hands of the doctor are released for other operations. Specifically, the reset portion 1424 is an elastic member capable of being reset, the reset portion 1424 in this embodiment is a torsion spring, which is sleeved on the rotating shaft 14224, and two ends of the reset portion 1424 are respectively connected to the locking bearing plate 142221 and the bearing housing 14211.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of the visible mechanism and the locking member in the embodiment. Further, the viewing mechanism 2 includes a viewing housing 21 and a viewing component (not shown) disposed in the viewing housing 21, the viewing housing 21 has a larger end and a smaller end, the viewing housing 21 is disposed in the viewing accommodating portion 1221, and the smaller end is disposed in the viewing closed end 12211; the viewing end of the viewing assembly is located within the smaller end of the viewing housing 21 and faces the inspection channel. Specifically, the visible component may be an existing visible module, for example, a visible module formed by matching a lens, an LED lamp, a control chip, a battery, a transmission line, or a wireless transmission chip, where the lens and the LED lamp may form a visible end of the visible component, the lens is used for capturing an image in the vagina, the LED lamp is used for providing light required for capturing, the control chip is used for controlling power supply, a switch, and other functions, the battery is used for providing a power supply, and the transmission line or the wireless transmission chip is used for transmitting the captured image. The appearance of the visual shell 21 in this embodiment is matched with the inner cavity of the accommodating part 1221, and the appearance of the visual shell 21 is a structure with one smaller end and one larger end, and the whole structure is streamline, so that the visual shell 21 can be smoothly accommodated in the accommodating part 1221 by the structure, and the visual shell 21 can be conveniently withdrawn. When the visual component is disposed in the visual housing 21, the visual end of the visual component is concentratedly mounted on the smaller end of the visual housing 21, so as to form the visual end of the visual mechanism 2, and when the visual housing 21 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 1221, the smaller end of the visual housing 21 is correspondingly accommodated in the closed visual end 12211 of the accommodating portion 1221, that is, the visual end of the visual mechanism 2 is accommodated in the closed visual end 12211 of the accommodating portion 1221, so that the visual end of the visual component faces the inspection channel for inspection. Preferably, the visible end is received in the receiving portion 1221 adjacent to the closed visible end 12211.
Preferably, a catch plate 12214 is provided at the opening of the handpiece 122. The outer wall of the larger end of the visual housing 21 is provided with an elastic clamping sheet 212, the elastic clamping sheet 212 is matched with the clamping sheet 12214, and when the visual housing 21 is accommodated in the accommodating part 1221 through the opening 12213, the elastic clamping sheet 212 is clamped with the clamping sheet 12214, so that the visual housing 21 is firmly fixed in the accommodating part 1221. The resilient nature of the resilient clip 212, in turn, facilitates its disengagement from the card 12214 to facilitate the visual housing 21 exiting the receptacle 1221 through the opening 1221.
Preferably, the visual housing 21 has a lock position 211, and the locking member 142 is located in the lock position 211. The lock position 211 in this embodiment is an installation space having both ends respectively communicating with the opposite sidewalls of the visible housing 21 by opening the lock position 211 so as to facilitate the installation of the lock member 142 in the visible housing 21, and the carrier housing 14211 is correspondingly installed in the lock position 211. The opening 12214 of the handle 122 in this embodiment extends from an end of the handle 122 away from the lower expanding member 121 to a side wall of the handle 122 facing away from the pressing member 114, and corresponds to the locking position 211 of the visible housing 21, so that the toggle position 14221 can be easily leaked out of the handle 122, and when the toggle position 14221 is leaked out of the visible housing 21, the visible housing 21 can still be smoothly assembled into the accommodating portion 1221. A side wall of the hand piece 122 facing the pressing piece 114 is opened with a through opening 12215, the through opening 12215 is opposite to the locking position 211, and the locking piece 141 passes through the through opening 12215 and extends into the locking position 211, so that the locking position 1411 is opposite to the one-way locking part 1423, and the two are connected or disconnected with each other in a fitting manner.
To sum up, form the visual end of sealing through the visual container in the hand-held piece to the visual end to stretching into the visual mechanism in the inspection passageway seals the protection, when avoiding infecting, still makes visual mechanism can reuse, has reduced the use cost of visual expander. the expansion mechanism comprises an upper expansion assembly and a lower expansion assembly, the lower expansion assembly comprises a lower expansion piece and a handheld piece connected with the lower expansion piece, the upper expansion assembly is connected with the handheld piece and can rotate relatively, the upper expansion assembly and the lower expansion piece are switched between an open state and a basic closed state in the relative rotation process, when the upper expansion assembly and the lower expansion piece are in the open state, an inspection channel is formed between the upper expansion assembly and the lower expansion piece, a visual accommodating part is arranged in the handheld piece, and a visual closed end of the visual accommodating part extends into the inspection channel; and
and the visual end of the visual mechanism is positioned in the visual closed end and faces the inspection channel.
2. The visual dilation checker according to claim 1, wherein the lower dilation assembly further includes a rotational bearing disposed at an end of the hand piece proximate the lower dilation member, the upper dilation assembly being rotationally coupled to the rotational bearing.

The visual expansion inspection device of claim 2, wherein the rotation bearing member comprises two rotation bearing plates and two first rotation shafts, the two rotation bearing plates are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the hand-held member, the two first rotation shafts are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the rotation bearing plates, the upper expansion assembly is rotatably connected to the two first rotation shafts, and the visual closed end of the visual accommodation portion extends into the detection channel from a position between the two rotation bearing plates.

The visual expansion inspection device of claim 2, wherein the upper expansion assembly comprises an upper expansion member, an inspection member and a pressing member, the inspection member is connected with the upper expansion member, the pressing member is disposed on the inspection member, the inspection member is connected with the rotation bearing member and can rotate relatively, a force is applied to the pressing member, the pressing member drives the upper expansion member and the lower expansion member to rotate relatively, the detection member is formed with an inspection opening, when the detection member is in an open state, an inspection channel is formed between the upper expansion member and the lower expansion member, and the inspection opening faces the detection channel.

The visual expansion checker according to claim 1, wherein the expansion mechanism further includes a side expansion assembly, the side expansion assembly includes a side expansion linkage member and two side expansion members, the side expansion linkage member is rotatably connected to the hand-held member, the upper expansion member is connected to the side expansion linkage member, the lower expansion assembly further includes a side expansion member, the side expansion member is disposed on the hand-held member and located at a side of the side expansion linkage member close to the lower expansion member, one end of the two side expansion members is connected to the side expansion linkage member, the other end of the two side expansion members extends in a direction away from the side expansion linkage member and passes through the side expansion member, the upper expansion member and the lower expansion member rotate the side expansion linkage member during relative expansion, the side expansion linkage member drives the two side expansion members to swing and pass through the side expansion member, the side expanding action piece acts on the two side expanding pieces, the two side expanding pieces are opened relatively, an inspection channel is formed among the two side expanding pieces, the upper expansion assembly and the lower expansion piece, in the relative closing process of the upper expansion assembly and the lower expansion piece, the action of the side expanding action piece on the two side expanding pieces is gradually eliminated, and the other ends of the two side expanding pieces are closed relatively.

The visual expansion checker according to claim 5, wherein the side expansion unit includes an elastic portion and a side expansion portion, one end of the elastic portion is connected to the side expansion link, the other end of the elastic portion is connected to one end of the side expansion portion, the other end of the side expansion portion passes through the side expansion unit and then continues to extend, and the side expansion unit is adjacent to the side expansion portion.

The visual expansion inspection device of claim 4, wherein the expansion mechanism further comprises a locking assembly, the locking assembly comprises a locking member and a locking member, the locking member is disposed on the pressing member, the locking member is disposed in the hand piece, the locking member is detachably connected to the locking member, and the locking member locks the opened state of the upper expansion member and the lower expansion member when connected to the locking member.

The visual expansion checker according to claim 10, wherein the locking member further includes a reset portion, the reset portion is connected to the lock movement bearing portion and the toggle portion, respectively, the toggle portion drives the one-way locking portion to be separated from the lock stop portion, and the reset portion resets the toggle portion, so that the one-way locking portion is connected to the lock stop portion and maintains a connection state therebetween.

The visual dilation checker according to claim 9, wherein the visual mechanism includes a visual housing having a larger end and a smaller end, the visual housing being disposed in the visual receptacle and the smaller end being located within the visual closed end, and a visual component disposed within the visual housing; the viewing end of the viewing assembly is located within the smaller end of the viewing housing and faces the inspection channel.
