Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the disinfection control method of the dishwasher is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a sterilization control method of a dishwasher according to the present invention.
In a first embodiment, the sterilization control method of the dishwasher includes the steps of:
step S10, monitoring the current state information of the dish washer;
step S20, judging whether the dish washer meets the preset disinfection condition or not according to the state information; if yes, go to step S30; if not, returning to execute the step S10;
and step S30, controlling to start a preset disinfection device in the dishwasher so as to carry out disinfection treatment through the disinfection device.
The sterilization control method of the dishwasher of the embodiment is suitable for various types of dishwashers such as a pull-down door type dishwasher, a table type dishwasher, a cabinet type dishwasher, a drawer type dishwasher and the like. Wherein, corresponding degassing unit is preset in the dish washer, including but not limited to devices such as ultraviolet lamp, and degassing unit is used for carrying out disinfection treatment to the dish washer internal environment. After the dishwasher is powered on, the current state information of the dishwasher is monitored in real time or regularly. For example, a corresponding detection period, such as 1s, is preset, and the current state information of the dishwasher is regularly monitored according to the detection period. Wherein the state information includes current operation state information of the dishwasher, air information in the dishwasher, etc.
And then, judging whether the dish washer meets the preset disinfection condition currently or not according to the detected current state information of the dish washer. For example, according to the current operating state information of the dishwasher, it is determined whether the dishwasher needs to perform a sterilization process, for example, the sterilization process and the drying process of the dishwasher are associated, and when it is detected that the dishwasher is currently performing the drying process, it is determined that the dishwasher currently satisfies a preset sterilization condition.
For another example, according to the current air information in the dishwasher, it is determined whether the dishwasher needs to be disinfected at the moment. For example because the bacterium generally breeds easily under suitable temperature, according to current air temperature in the dish washer, judge whether dish washer is current to satisfy predetermined disinfection condition, if detect and obtain the temperature that current air temperature is suitable bacterium growth in the dish washer, then judge that dish washer is current to satisfy predetermined disinfection condition.
And when the dishwasher is judged not to meet the preset disinfection condition currently, returning to the step S10, and continuing to monitor the current state information of the dishwasher so as to judge whether the dishwasher meets the preset disinfection condition currently again according to the monitored state information.
And when the dish washer is judged to meet the preset disinfection condition currently, controlling to start a preset disinfection device in the dish washer so as to carry out disinfection treatment through the disinfection device.
Optionally, if the sterilizing device is an ultraviolet lamp, when it is determined that the dish washer currently satisfies the preset sterilizing condition, the ultraviolet lamp is controlled to be turned on to perform the sterilizing process by the ultraviolet rays emitted from the ultraviolet lamp.
It is understood that the sterilization treatment may be performed by other means, such as ozone, in addition to the above-listed means for performing sterilization by emitting ultraviolet rays through the ultraviolet lamp, and is not limited to the ultraviolet sterilization means.
Further, after the step S30, the method further includes:
step a, timing the disinfection time of the disinfection device;
and b, controlling to close the disinfection device after the timing reaches a preset time.
Further, in order to improve the intelligence of the dishwasher control, in addition to controlling the dishwasher to automatically perform a sterilization operation, the dishwasher is automatically controlled to stop sterilization when sterilization is completed. Optionally, a preset time period for the disinfection device to effectively disinfect is preset, and the preset time period may be set according to actual conditions, and is not limited herein. When the sterilizing device is controlled to be started, after the sterilizing device is used for sterilizing, the sterilizing duration of the sterilizing device is timed, and the timed duration is compared with the preset duration. If the preset time length is not reached, controlling the disinfection device to continue disinfection treatment. Otherwise, if the timing reaches the preset time, that is, the effective disinfection effect is achieved, at this time, the disinfection device is controlled to be closed, and the disinfection is completed. Therefore, in the whole disinfection operation, the user is not required to carry out any operation, the disinfection operation is completed automatically, and the use experience of the user is greatly improved.
The scheme that this embodiment provided, through monitoring the current status information of dish washer, according to this status information, judge whether dish washer satisfies predetermined disinfection condition at present, if dish washer satisfies disinfection condition at present, then control starts preset degassing unit in the dish washer, carries out disinfection treatment through degassing unit, consequently, has improved dish washer disinfection effect.
Further, a second embodiment of the sterilization control method of the dishwasher of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the step S10 includes:
step S11, detecting the current air humidity and air temperature in the dishwasher;
the step S20 includes:
and step S21, judging whether the dish washer meets the disinfection condition currently according to the air humidity and the air temperature.
Further, since bacteria growth generally requires appropriate temperature and humidity, in this embodiment, the current air humidity and air temperature in the dishwasher are detected in real time or at regular time after the dishwasher is powered on. And then, judging whether the dish washer meets the disinfection condition currently or not according to the detected air humidity and air temperature. For example, the detected air humidity and the preset humidity threshold value are compared respectively, the detected air temperature and the preset humidity threshold value are compared, if the detected air humidity reaches the preset humidity threshold value and the detected air temperature also reaches the preset temperature threshold value, at this moment, it is determined that the dishwasher currently meets the sterilization condition.
Optionally, the step S21 includes:
step c, comparing the air humidity and the air temperature with a preset temperature and humidity mapping table, and judging whether the air humidity and the air temperature are in a preset temperature and humidity range or not;
step d, if yes, judging that the dish-washing machine currently meets the disinfection condition;
and e, if not, judging that the dish washer does not meet the disinfection condition currently.
Optionally, a corresponding preset temperature and humidity mapping table is preset, the preset temperature and humidity mapping table comprises corresponding humidity ranges under different temperature ranges, and the air environment where bacteria can easily breed is in the humidity range corresponding to the temperature ranges. The preset temperature and humidity mapping table can be obtained according to temperature and humidity data obtained through a large number of experiments.
After detecting and obtaining the current air humidity and air temperature in the dish washer, comparing the detected air humidity and air temperature with a preset temperature and humidity mapping table, and judging whether the detected air humidity and air temperature are in a preset temperature and humidity range. If the air humidity and the air temperature obtained through detection are within a preset temperature and humidity range, that is, the air humidity obtained through detection is within a preset humidity range in a preset temperature and humidity mapping table, and the air temperature obtained through detection is within a preset temperature range corresponding to the preset humidity range, it is judged that the dish-washing machine currently meets the disinfection condition. Otherwise, if the detected air humidity and air temperature are not in the preset temperature and humidity range, the dish-washing machine is judged not to meet the disinfection condition currently.
When the dish washer is judged not to meet the preset disinfection condition currently, the current air humidity and air temperature in the dish washer are continuously detected, so that whether the dish washer meets the preset disinfection condition currently is judged again according to the detected air humidity and air temperature.
And when the dish washing machine is judged to meet the preset disinfection condition currently, the preset disinfection device in the dish washing machine is controlled to be started, and disinfection treatment is carried out through the disinfection device.
The scheme that this embodiment provided, detect through current air humidity and air temperature in to the dish washer, according to air humidity and the air temperature who detects the acquisition, judge whether dish washer satisfies predetermined disinfection condition at present, if dish washer satisfies disinfection condition at present, then control starts preset degassing unit in the dish washer, disinfect through degassing unit, disinfect under the suitable bacterial growing's of air circumstance in the dish washer promptly, consequently, dish washer disinfection effect has been ensured.
Further, a third embodiment of the sterilization control method of the dishwasher of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and in this embodiment, the step S10 further includes:
step f, monitoring whether the dish washer finishes washing currently when the dish washer washes the dishes;
the step S20 further includes:
step g, if the dishwasher is not washed completely, judging that the dishwasher does not meet the disinfection condition currently;
and h, if the current washing of the dish washing machine is finished, judging that the dish washing machine currently meets the disinfection condition.
In the second embodiment, the air environment in the dishwasher is detected to carry out disinfection treatment under the condition that the air environment is suitable for bacterial breeding, so that an effective disinfection effect is achieved. In addition to this, it is also a good time for disinfection when the dishwasher has just finished washing the dishes. In this embodiment, when the dishwasher performs dish washing, the washing process is monitored to monitor whether the dishwasher is currently finished washing. When the dishwasher is monitored not to finish washing currently, namely the dishwasher is also executing washing operation, at the moment, the dishwasher is judged not to meet the disinfection condition currently. Meanwhile, the washing process is continuously monitored, and whether the washing of the dish washing machine is finished currently is monitored. And when the current washing completion of the dish washing machine is monitored, judging that the dish washing machine meets the disinfection condition currently. At this time, the control starts the disinfection device preset in the dishwasher, and the disinfection treatment is carried out through the disinfection device.
The scheme that this embodiment provided, when dish washer carries out the tableware washing, monitor the washing process, whether the washing of monitoring dish washer is accomplished at present, if the washing is accomplished, then judge that the dish washer satisfies disinfection condition at present, at this moment, the degassing unit who presets in the control starts dish washer, carry out disinfection treatment through degassing unit, also carry out disinfection treatment under the condition that the dish washer has washd the tableware, the breed of bacterium has been stopped, therefore, the dish washer disinfection effect has been improved.
Further, a fourth embodiment of the sterilization control method of the dishwasher of the present invention is provided based on any one of the above embodiments, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after the step S30, the method further includes:
and step S40, controlling to start a fan preset in the dishwasher so as to perform drying treatment through the fan.
In order to further ensure the disinfection effect of the dish washer, in the embodiment, after the disinfection treatment is performed, the fan preset in the dish washer is controlled to be started, air in the dish washer is ventilated through the operation of the fan, and the drying treatment is performed through the fan. After the dishwasher is kept in a dry environment, the condition of providing proper humidity for bacteria breeding is prevented, thereby further ensuring the disinfection effect of the dishwasher.
It should be understood that, the step S40 may be executed after the step S30, or may be executed simultaneously with the step S30, that is, the drying process may be performed by controlling the start of the fan while the sterilization process is performed, and the order of execution is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, while the step S40 is executed, the following steps are also executed:
and i, controlling a heating pipe preset in the dish washing machine to be electrified so as to perform drying treatment through the heating pipe and the fan.
Further, in order to ensure the sterile effect of dish washer, and improve the efficiency that dish washer carries out drying process, after carrying out disinfection process, the dish washer is except that control start fan, take a breath to the interior air of dish washer through the fan operation, still control the heating pipe circular telegram that presets in the start dish washer, heat the air in the dish washer through the heating pipe, under the dual operation of fan and heating pipe, carry out drying process to the interior air of dish washer, when reaching to make keep dry environment in the dish washer, high temperature has also further strengthened the disinfection effect of dish washer.
